Very poor customer service and lack of work knowledge and professionalism. When I tried to cash a check, the female manager called the person who wrought the check to verify, and the manager said that the person did "not remember the check number", so they declined the check. But when I called the person, he said that he had given the check number to the banker and verified. When I tried to go back in the bank, they locked door because it was past 4pm. The manager lied to me... either because she wanted to go home early or tried to make people deposit money in their bank. This is another reason most people that I know don't bank with BOA....and they are about to lose another one.

Upselling at this location is rife. Only one teller open while the sales people work the line to offer you products. After twice being approached by the sales staff I "loudly"vocalized my disdain of this hoopla. I was told to "be quiet" by a salesperson wearing a bow tie. Telling me to be quiet inspired this review...congrats! A salesperson working the line established that an elderly lady was about to withdraw $5k. It was loud enough for all to hear.....Shhhhh! Conversations regarding banking should take place in a private space at the counter. Every time a customer enters a branch it because they need to do some banking it's not a sales opportunity.

A huge difference from this location compared to Mira Mesa boulevard!!! I had called in 5 minutes before to make sure my transaction would be accepted since it was declined at Mira Mesa boulevard and when I walked in Andrew at the front greeted me asking if I was the one who just called in!!! This immediately brought a smile to my face and made me feel Welcomed. Then met the woman I spoke to on the phone as well as complimented the Manager of this branch.. This branch is not chaotic, no long wait times, very chill and very nice friendly people that you could tell are happy to be there to help! Thanks to everyone!

Be careful when you bring cash deposit here to teller m(He was Spanish). Teller will scam you. I brought this branch for $100* 40 counted in envelope with sealed. But after counting he said 39 instead of 40. I can’t believe because I just counted at home 10 mins ahead of time at home. But I don’t have any evidence. So just trust him that time but finally figured out he scared me. My mistake was I just gave whole envelope to teller not counting together. Please always count in front of teller. Even after 2-3years I still really can’t get over. Be careful.

I Usually don't take the time to write a review but I have to say this is the worst bank of America center I've ever been. I'm working near that area so I had to go there 3 times. first time- they opened 15 minutes late so I was late to my appointment Second time- they couldn't cash a check due technical difficulties they said Third time- I was there at 1pm to make a transaction and they were closed during business hours I Never been so disappointed with a bank of America location before so if you can avoid this location I recommend you to do it

Horrible customer service Got to the bank at 5 and that branch closes at 6 Big line with only one teller open Few “officers” in cubes but no one interested to help. Manager talking to the customers in the line and advising them to come back the next day if she feels she will have to spend a few extra minutes. The officers are literally asking customers to rate their service 9 or 10 (unbelievable) Time to move my three business accounts to more friendly banks.

Ok, I want to say this is the worst experience for me visit the bank, I usually use online bank unless I have to go. I got there 5:35 they tell me come back tomorrow with appointment . I only need do a wire transfer. And I went to with my baby in car seat they let me wait online for 15 minutes only one cashier lady is serving the customer. She was so chatty with the guy front me , meanwhile there were two ladies sitting in the back not helping me .

They have one lady working the counter, who appears to be a moron. I am definitely moving my business banking accounts from this bank as they could not even process a wire transfer when I waited in line and drove to go to a branch. And why bother having customer service people who don’t serve the customers. @owner I don’t use social media, its for morons. And soon, I wont be using your bank ever again.

The most unfriendly and rude staff I have encounter in any branch of B of A or any other bank.They always pretend they are busy so they don"t have to help their customer specially the bank manager. When you asked to do a transaction , they say why don;t you do it at ATM machine. Bank of America should fire all the staff on that location before they lose most of their customer.

Bad location. Dont value customer's time, operate during peak hours with one teller and no greeter to help you know what line to go to. Interior is outdated with furniture with stains on it. Never been to a bank branch this outdated.

Great people, great service, I get better experience with every visit to this branch, they care to get you done fast with big smile on your face. wonderful staff and the manager Num is the best of the best.

Friendly and very good!! They take care of me, and what is the vest for me. They don't try to sale everything to me, jus what I really need.
