I put a 5 star rating for this branch about 3 months ago based on their costumer service. But now after several follow up and not much success I can say they don't know what they say and how to do that. If you can't do something please stay a side and let others do that. It is a shame to see the difference between what someone says and what they do. My previous review: Very helpful and friendly staff. Specially the branch manager who helped me to sort my home loan.

Firstly I bank with ANZ, across the road. While depositing some Money into another persons bank SA account yesterday , I could not think of any more professional bank tellers in my almost 50 years of banking than the two ladies yesterday (Friday around 10am). They were warm, confident, friendly, proud of their bank yet not arrogant, and most importantly professional. It takes exceptionally bad or great service for me to write a review. Well done!

Went in today t withdrew some money couldn't had the most friendliest male teller forgt his name, very pkease t indeed in fact most of the people I found to be good been going there 4 quite some time now 10/10 4 good service thks.

Popped in to get a new card. It was busy and there was a line-up but all customers were seen to quickly. The worker helped find the best options for me and was very friendly. Good experience all round.

Went in this morning for a inquiry and wish I never went. The customer service was terrible all round, especially the rude old blonde lady at the teller.
