I will give a minus review if possible. The entire sales staff at the dilsukhnagar location are frauds and cheats. I went with my family on Saturday evening (June 3, 2023) and purchased a metal cot. I paid an advance of 50% with rest of amount to be paid upon delivery. The sales executive Mr. Feroz (phone # 799xx xxx24) assured me of delivery by Monday evening. I have called multiple times daily for past 4 days and they inform me that the delivery will happen 'today'. Today (June 8, 2023) I spoke to manager Mr. Dhruva (I think. He didn't give name properly) and informed him to give me back my money. He was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. My bill number is 1262 and I have called Bantia company to give me back my money. Lets see what they say.

I visited with my family to purchase dining table, with the help of Madhavi, the very good behaviour employee, selected three models and met Mr.Hussain, to know the exact prices and transport cost who is in chair. As a 74 yeas sr.citizen , taking the rates on paper....and suddenly the employee told me that he can spare only five minutes to a customer i.e. to me. I think it's a mannerless fools behaviour. It's not a good kind of manner. Now I am in second thought, whether to purchase dining table tomorrow, from such kind of fools behaviour working in Bantia, with senior citizens and customer, or go to another shop who respects customers and senior citizens. I am expecting some reply from the owners or from the management

I am one of the customer in Bantia ..unprofessional behaviour of staff ..no response regarding servicing & in hyd Dilsukhnagar is the wrost branch I have never seen such a staff vth no response …from past 50 days I am calling them for servicing that which I have purchased which is not properly stricted completely threads r visible & I called them for 4 -5times …please don’t go to Dilauknagar branch u vl also become mad calling them 100 times for all those things..No managers r responsible named Arun …he vl grab money for the product which we r going to take then he vl keep quite and tells nothing….while we r calling….wrosttttt branchhhhhh…please don’t experience all these…

Worst branch. All the sales persons n managers are rude. Don't visit this branch. They willnot talk with the customer, they are always busy in phones. Lot of favouritism for the persons who they know. If a new person visit the branch they are least bothered. All the furniture I brought from this showroom got damaged with in 15 days and few items they didn't delivered yet. When I asked about this they were very rude. If I was in showroom I would have slapped with chapal right away. No respect towards female customers. No after sale service. Absolutely waste n fake showroom. If I had chance to give negative rating I would have given -100

The worst place to buy furniture. First of all the. Sales people have no idea about the furniture like the cost, warranty, discount etc. & d manager is very rude towards the customers and he simply throws the price and not giving any other required info. We left the shop without any delay after he engaged over the phone when we sat there for 10 min, moreover they didn't call us back while we were coming out. Don't visit the particular branch.

Been there a week ago for purchasing a sofa and found out that there are some exclusive collections here. Quality and price both are convincing. Sales Man Niroop gave a decent description of things and I'm very pleased to have that kind of a salesman on my side as I was a bit confused about material and all. I hope Bania furniture maintains same quality of materials as well as salesmen.

We purchased Beds in an exchange offer and the person who took our old beds said we would get a refund of about 1790Rps from Bantia. Its been 15days that they never refunded that amount and now when I ask them with higher voice they say its 1000rps. If you are so greedy to steal customers money then do it openly. We can donate. Worst Management and no ethics. Waste company.
