Nice little park in the summer but it’s main purpose is the skating rink in the centre. Benches are made for skaters to put on skates and rest or watch your kids while they skate. Looks a bit odd in the summer months but I think most people

Nice and wide open. Sort of strange that there's nothing in the middle... It's just sort of there. I'm sure there's events sometimes, but while I was there it was empty. The benches surrounding the park are well built with minimal graffiti,

It is what it is. Just a small circle. Field turns into ice rink in the winter. Benches. No playground etc or a sport encouraged field with marks on the grass etc. No coverage/trees for privacy if you're wanting that

  • Carissa Liu

A pretty busy place in general. It has a nice little clearing of grass in the middle next to an art piece that lights up rainbow at night. The park itself is pretty small but is still a nice place to sit and relax.

Love this park- gem of a place! Often go there for an outdoor workout and walk. Sunny in the middle and some shade around the outside. You feel like part of the community when you're there.

This is a nice community park for the area, which our family just calls the "Oval park" because of the walking path. The addition of a skating rink this year is a wonderful touch.

This is a great park for Beltline families and sun seakers. With picnic tables and a a ton of additional benches, you cant go wrong with a visit to this Park. Sun all day long!

Handy and pleasant for the inner city. Nice place to hang. That weird sculpture grows on you. I hate the concrete oval path! Why not more green space? There are already

One of the nicest designed pocket parks in Calgary, the barberries look great in the summer and the Chinook arch is a pretty awesome interactive feature

Great park, some green space, some benches and some weird light up art noodle. What more could you ask for on a nice evening in YYC!

Peaceful place where you can sit and relax on a grass or sit on the bench and see the bird or others littles animals could be pass.

I love this art installation called the Chinook arch. If you play a video on your phone the lights dance based on the sensor.

Little gem, got to work out here last summer, and fake skate this winter, that make a pretty great park don't you think?

  • Matt Hancock

Good ice, but if you want to sit to put on skates you will have to walk across concrete to get to the ice ‍♂️ …
