Ms. Saffy and Ms. Begum who are employees who help manage the coffee shop are so sweet and classy. As well as professional employees. I have worked in Austin, Texas for over four decades now. My experience at another given diner was extremely off putting. Yet these two extremely beautiful, classy, empowered and professional young ladies always have a warm smile and always make everyone whom visits feel at home. Thank you MUCH for being the reason why people continue to visit our city of Austin. And for making our city one of the best places to live. Cheers Stephen

Their selection is great! Their service is top-notch! Cons: Their coffee has given me food poisoning that wiped me out for days - they don’t even attempt price matching - their systems are out of date. Don’t order the coffee here + expect higher prices, and for their inventory to be inaccurate and you should be good! With low expectations, I enjoy the environment.

It's awesome how Barnes and Noble defied the trend of many bookstores succumbing to online competition. The store remains a destination, whether for solitary visits or family outings, boasting an extensive range of books, magazines, and graphic novels. While the staff is welcoming, their numbers are limited, leading to slower checkout experiences.

Is a nice library and is always clean, the personal is really nice and so helpful. They helping me to find the books that I was looking for and also recommended me a few more that was related! Also the fact that they have a Starbucks coffee inside the shop make the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.

Love the Barnes and Nobles Starbucks cafe! The aura is always so calming and relaxing and they always make my drink correctly. To add, the cafes are owned by Barnes and Nobles not Starbucks so I prefer to actually go to the Barnes and Nobles cafe over Starbucks itself. There are also so many food options!

The view you get when you walk through the entrance of this B&N is amazing!! A huge place full of everything and anything! The staff was super friendly and helped us find a book as well. We were visiting Austin and decided to check this place out and it exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful building, friendly, helpful staff, and a great selection. They have a huge puzzle selection that rotates so there's always something new to build. I seriously love this place, also the fact that it's attached to a gamestop makes it a favorite for my whole family.

This store has such a charm with its heavy wooden doors and staircase down. The high airy ceiling and upper level give it a cathedral like vibe. I love supporting our local brick and mortar B&N. They always have a wonderful selection of new books and small gifty items.

My daughter and I love this Barnes and Nobles...great selection, always has the books we are looking for! Lady at checkout was super kind and was able to get a new discount card when my phone number was not found...lots of deals, cards and specialty gifts available!

I do a lot of shopping online, but I love to go to the Arboretum location of Barnes & Noble. The temp inside is always good and there are a ton of books to peruse. The cafe area is big, too. I also like the upstairs area to sit and read if

I appreciate the fact that there is still brick n mortar bookstores, however the cafe has the rudest, most unhygienic staff! There is one lady behind the counter who literally smells and looks like a homeless person. She is extremely rude!

“Barnes & Noble offers very competitive pricing on many items, resulting in the best value for our customers. However, we do not honor requests to match the prices of our competitors for individual products. If you've already placed an

Friendly staff and good service. They helped me hold a book in the front check out desk, and when I come to pick it up it’s really quick and easy. They have a loyalty problem, if you pay to become their member, for a year you can enjoy

Always love me some Barnes & Noble this one was really nice, but the layout was way confusing. Check out was practically hidden sections were broken apart it made things a little difficult but not impossible to manage.

  • Sean Carter

Simply for the price matching alone you should check out Barnes and nobles. Not of course to take away from the amazing customer service as well. Always coming in here for my books as well as my d&d needs.

My favourite books store in Austin! With 2 floors, they have hundreds of books, magazines, and other goods. Perfect place to buy books or gifts. Lots of free parking available.

  • Charles Williams

Miss actual bookstores in this digital age so my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find one during this trip. We had to hold back on purchases because of our luggage.

The two ladies were exceptional in there service and attitude. If you are looking for a coffee and a treat from the Cheesecake Factory, this is the best place to come!

  • Alicino Moura

I love B&N! Several books, a huge store, and Starbucks inside. You can see several themes, read about a specific book, and ask for a specialist employee to help you.

  • Kelly Chen

One of the best Barnes & Noble. Good selection of books. I like that there is wifi and a cafe inside the bookstore. Great place to have work meetings and brainstorm

  • Christopher Bird

great haven in a world that is decidedly bereft of bookstores. plus the cafe always hires the nicest employees and is an overall excellent place in its own right.

  • Victor Plata

I love going to this place, even when online has taken the lead of this market, the experience to see and flip the book pages is un replaceable. The have it all.

  • Chelsea Branning

Had a big order for work and there were quite a few issues on the corporate side. Edna and Avery were super nice and fixed everything quickly and efficiently!
