Horrible horrible customer service. The attendant is extremely rude. The machines are dirty (I checked 8 of them) with lysol wipes and they each had dark residue in them. I asked the attendant to wash them and if she could give me something to clean them with and she brought a dry cloth. I told her they needed some type of solution to which she got an attitude and then sprayed ONE but did not wipe it out. I explained to her you cannot leave the germs just sitting in the machine you have to wipe it out. Then another customer came in stating it smelled like gas and I too smelled it. She got really upset and we argued for 30 minutes. She said very unintelligent and childish things. She also said they didn't have gas and I explained to her there is gas since there is hot water and consequently a hot water heater. She really made a fool of herself. She began shouting and hollering dumb things and was on the phone gossiping. After being frustrated for being called out she left for 20 minutes and came back with food and no other attendant was there. When she got back she tried to gossip with other customers but they also shut her down. The police and fire department had to be called and she continued to try and get them on her side after she was embarrassed. When they wouldn't she got rude with the fire fighter and he walked out. This place needs a new and friendly staff member. She is completely incapable of basic business and customer service logic. She was even shouting "la la la" so she couldn't hear us as if she was a toddler. She also looked very unkept, unclean, and unprofessional which is unacceptable in a place of business.

I thought this was going to be fantastic, no more lugging quarters to the laundry. I have been going here for several months and using the app. The app glitched a few times and over-charged me a total of 7.50. Contacted the Speed Queen through the chat process via the app. Never heard back from the owner regarding a credit. Contacted laundromat, via FB messenger after the third overcharge. FINALLY heard back from owner and was told that I was trying to SCAM THEM for free laundry services. Never received a refund for the over charging and even though I have screenshots as proof of the app malfunction, owner refuses to credit and even closed my account.

They offer the Speed Queen app which is so convenient. It allows you to put money on your account and not have to mess with having cash on you or deal with quarters. The place is clean and so far I have not had to wait for a machine. Only complaint is bathroom is always closed and there is no sink in the laundry area to rinse your hands if you get soap on your hands. Hopefully they will have the bathroom open soon or add a sink in the near future. (Still no bathroom access avail or sink to wash your hands off. Place is still kept very clean and attendant is available if you have any questions or concerns.)

Pros: There was not a wait! :-) I quickly got my laundry in machines around 3pm, on a Friday.It’s close to my apartment. (I’m currently waiting on maintenance to replace my broken washer unit). There is a security guard keeping watch of everything as well. The place was clean, and had signs in both English and Spanish. Overall seams like a pretty professional facility. Cons:Machine number 5 didn’t work today.it’s one of the two biggest washers there. A couple of the much ones took a quarter from me with out counting it. I know technology isn’t perfect. So I’m posting this just as an FYI to the owners.

The customer service here is horrible, I feel like I’m a great bother when I am asking for some simple help in this place. If you don’t like to deal with people you should not work in this type of place. Also when you open to put the soap in the washer it is so dirty inside. Will never come get again.

Well it is a clean place but my last visit was awful. My clothes did not wring out and the were soak n wet and I had to wring them out by hand by the time I spent 15 dollars in the dryers my clothes smeeled and I am not ok with that they said something was wrong with the pipes

Good music, very clean and the owner is very well attentive to the customers and neighbors throughout the plaza. If your looking for a nice place to wash, dry and fold with extreme comfort. Bay Laundromat is where I would recommend you come! Very well done!

Fist time visiting this laundromat and I was impressed it was cleaned well organized however the restroom didn't have hand soap nor toilet paper, now its imperative washing hands.i will visit again if only to see if supplies is put in the restroom.

Bathrooms are out of service. The website stated free wifi but there were no signs with the password and no staff on site to ask. Also I believe dryer #27 was broken. Overall the place was clean and the machines look new.

Decent place, not busy when I go. Timed dryers. Edit: 10.23.2022 It was vusy as all ever, but I did go on the most busiest time of the week, Sunday afternoon smh. Still halfway decent.

Poor customer service. The price is absolutely absurd... And the person operating this facility has an issue with dealing with people. I will not be coming back.

This place is incredibly clean and efficient. Highly recommend if you need to do laundry. They take excellent care of the machines and it's a reasonable price.

Their dryers STINK. My clothes came out smelling worse than before I washed them. I have to re-wash everything at another laundromat AND I'm out $20.

Brand new facility, clean and well kept. Excellent Wash, dry, fold service. Love the rewards through the Speed Queen App.

Although there were a lot of people, it was clean the entire time by staff and everyone was friendly and courteous.

The lady that works here has always been so nice and welcome! Being new around here she made me feel welcome!

Some shady people but otherwise clean and great machines to wash and dry.
