Would like to give this place a higher score. But my biggest problem are the customers. They park like garbage, then exclaim why do we park so close. If you see the photo, they were over the line. The UPS store clerk is always facilitating, the 7-11 guys are funny, the bagel place is great, just don't get the bagels if you are very particular. They just don't taste right, not bad or old or anything like that, just like something went wrong steaming. Avoid parking around those whom can't park.

I'm not crazy about shopping and definitely not crazy about malls. But this looks like a cute. Very efficient Mall because of everything that's going on now. It is pretty much empty (almost like a ghost town) But was given enough imagination you can almost see the people gladly happily walking around obtaining those things those things that they seek to purchase!!

IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS. WE WERE THERE FOR MY DAUGHTER'S 35TH BIRTHDAY. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE I HAD GLUTEN FREE FOOD. WE WERE 12 PEOPLE. THE WAITERS WERE EXCELLENT AND SO WERE JOSEPH AND CAROL (OWNERS). WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS WONDERFUL RESTAURANT FOR 34 YEARS. SAME OWNERS. MY DAUGHTER WILL ONLY EAT CHINESE FOOD AT THAT RESTAURANT.

For a quick fix, this place has a Pizzaria and bagel spot that are tasty. The Chinese restaurant is no longer there, and sorely missed. There is a 7eleven that has snacks and most grocery items but a pharmacy and barber/salon would be great to have (there use to be a solon... The pandemic has taken away too much).

ALL 7-Eleven employees at this location and the one on 14th Ave. in Whitestone need to wear their masks. It's absurd to potentially expose your customers to covid-19. We're all in this together. The sooner we ALL wear masks, the sooner we will eradicate this virus and can have EVERYTHING GO BACK TO NORMAL!!!

This is a pleasant little mall serving mostly the neighborhood of Baybridge. There is a little bit of everything: pizzeria, dry cleaners, Chinese restaurant, place to pick up some food but not quite a large supermarket. There is a good size parking lot but it can fill up pretty quickly.

Ok choice of stores. Best Chinese food in Bayside & really nice Eye Care center ( great dr & staff). Parking can be issue at busy times. Only negative is smelly elevator to 2nd tier of stores. Could use a cleaning & sir circulation.

I miss this spot. All the services here are great. But the most amazing is Cindy owner of her nail and hair salon. Lovely and personalized attention. I f you need last minute grooming come here early she will make it happen.

I used to shop at a few stores here. Stop and Shop, Home Goods and the Vegan store(which is gone now) but if you like The Gap, Shoe Shopping, drug store, Men's Warehouse, eateries and a movie theatre plenty of free parking.

Just had to hop in to the UPS Store literally for 5 minutes. There were no other customers and the gentleman who helped me was pleasant and quick. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes with a receipt in hand.

My wife had to drop off a package at the UPS store. Quick and easy . There are alot of different stores with in the shopping center. Go explore , there might be something you like with in the shopping center.

Baysbridge szechuan Chinese Restaurant is the best Chinese food in the area! Food is so fresh and delicious. Wait staff so friendly and efficient. Robert is very involved owner and cares about his customers!

Went to the Chinese restaurant in the Baybridge Shopping Center- the original, or at least previous owner Joe is back- both hospitality and food were excellent- everyone loved their choices- I will go back-

I went to the Bayside Family Eyecare and they were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend. When I finished went to the bagel spot where I brought bagels which were delicious.

Great pizza the grandma is my favorite. I even eat the linguini white clam sauce when I order dinner. Good service friendly owner and I can't leave without my espresso, the best in queens.

It a nice place to stop by. I personally go here to get the pizza, stop by 7 eleven or get a breakfast sandwich from the bagel shop. So if you're in the area stop by eat and relax

We go there occasionally to have Chinese food. We also stop by the 7 Eleven to get lottery. We also like this FedEx store, helpful and friendly service. Plus also is the parking.

The Chinese restaurant was sold by the original owner it's way overpriced the food stinks unsanitary I would not eat there eat at your own risk

I visited the physical therapy. I did not shop at this location at all. I might get a pizza or buy some food later during my therapy sessions

So disappointed, today 3/28/22 ordered sesame chicken, it was terrible. Use to chunks of white meat, theirs was flat and tasteless…

Has so many useful stores: 7 Eleven, Eye glass place, cleaners, bank, pizza and chinese restaurants, UPS, and nail place.

Shopping center with several options and plenty of parking. Pizza, bagels, Chinese food, 7-11, and several other stores.

What a sadness! After many many years of delicious food and atmosphere to find it is yet another casualty of corona!

Went to 7-11 for a Columbian iced coffee and they DON'T sell it! I was very disappointed and had to get hot coffee.

All the stores are very clean. Good bagels at bagel store, 711 always has fresh coffee and the UPS guys are great.

The availability is there for a lot of different things it's definitely a good place to stop in and take it out

Nice place but the carpark is very dark, very surprise that a carpark to business places has limited lighting.

Small strip mall with a 7 eleven, a really good pizza place and ups. Easy park and very convenient.

Quite, empty after hours to grab a snack then go sit by the Throgsneck Bridge to clear your head.
