This place is AWESOME! Colleen and Andrea have helped me so much. I have a Prolapse of the bladder and of course it freaked me out. I didn’t want my condition to get worse or have surgery. It was suggested to me that I try Colleen at Be Ready. Best decision I have ever made. Not only is she helping me with my prolapse (which has gotten a lot better in the 5 weeks) but she has also taught me the correct way/positions to workout. I thought for so long I was doing these exercises correctly but clearly I was mistaken. I found a new love for working out, my mental health, and my nutritional health thanks to these ladies. I can’t wait to see what else they throw my way. If you have any doubt on where to go for any prolapse or physical issues, this is place for you! They are personable, honest, and they push you to the fullest potential. Thank you guys for everything ❤️

Where do I begin. I had my daughter and my body never went back to its original pre birth self. I was overwhelmed and thought that I had to accept a new normal. I wasn't able to pick up my daughter, cough, laugh, or exercise without peeing myself. It was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. I saw a deal online and thought what do I have to lose!? I met with Dr. Colleen and from the very moment I met her I was comfortable and had hope that I could make strides in a positive direction. She makes individualized exercise land for you to work on stretching your pelvic floor at home. If you have had a baby in the last year I strongly encourage you to make an appointment even if you think you are completely healed. Dr.Colleen treats her patients as a whole and you feel seen and heard. I know I will be back after my second pregnancy!

I would give more stars if I could. Ross is hands down the best physical therapies I have ever been to! I've seen several therapists before for random injuries, and they always give me very light weight/ band exercises and some stretches to do, and when that doesn't completely fix the problem they say I've progressed as far as I can. Ross was completely different. He did a very thorough evaluation and gave me serious strength exercises to correct muscle imbalances and improve performance. I went to him for a different approach and he did not disappoint. He's fantastic for injury rehab, but also for nagging overuse and sports injuries. He's very supportive and encouraging and I always left my sessions feeling good about myself and ready to tackle the next round of exercises. Go see him, you won't be disappointed!

Have been suffering for an injury to my elbow recently . Working out 6 times week I go anxious and was looking for some exercises to reduce the pain and avoid a huge Injury . Be ready Therapy have been amazing to support me . Doctor Ross identified at the first session my injury and provide me a dynamic and effective rehab methodology. We decided to keep a flexibility between each session to allow me to work on my mobility movement without pressure and be able to adjust with Doctor Ross based on the level of pain . 5 weeks later I am almost painless . He is extremely thoughtful, professional, and has such an advanced understanding of proper movement and injury rehabilitation. As an avid Crossfitter, my shoulder had become severely inflamed and my range of motion was limited. From January to present, Ross thoroughly evaluated and treated my shoulder, as well as taught me skills to strengthen my shoulder on my own. On Memorial Day, I was able to do 100 pull-ups completely pain-free. Ross has my highest recommendation for optimum health and well being.
