Okay so I came here because it's close to my house. First time anyone has ever been rude to me. For being early for an appointment. The lady at the front desk told me I was an hour early. And I said well better to be early than late.Right? So after that comment rubbed me the wrong way. I tried to get over until. I asked her for my paper work back. After she made copies. And I clearly had my hand out. And she still put them on the desk and sat down. I was done after that. So I told her to cancel my appointment. And I left. Long story short. I will not be back. THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS. Front desk lady you are going to make them lose alot of business.

I damaged my knee from a fall and my doctor recommended a physio close to where I live. I'd never noticed it before (because I didn't need to). What a lovely friendly place to heal. It was so welcoming and I felt like they really listened to me, were very sympathetic to me and went straight to work with great confidence and enthusiasm to figure out a plan for my recovery. I healed quickly too which was great, but I kinda miss going there. Every one there is so lovely and helpful. I'm so glad I got to go to such a nice place to do physio.

The whole staff at STAR East Nashville is great! I had never done physical therapy before and didn't know what to expect. They made me feel - not like a patient or a problem to be solved - but like a friend with a challenge. Their guidance and understanding are very encouraging. I've been doing the exercises and have seen improvement in just a couple weeks. STAR's help makes me confident that my situation will keep getting better. I recommend STAR Physical Therapy of East Nashville without hesitation! Thanks!

I strongly urge you to stay FAR away from Sandy Murphy, the clinic director. I worked with her 6 years ago, and thanks to her awful care, I have permanent damage and my issues developed into a chronic pain syndrome. Sandy ruined my quality of life. She was always dismissive of my concerns, pushed me to the point of pain, and put words in my mouth. I'm horrified to see that she's still practicing. If you have any desire to get better or be taken care of, then stay as far as you can from Sandy.

The wait was a little long I got there early but my appt time was 3:30. I wasn’t seen til fifteen minutes before five. This was irritating. However the therapist was helpful and patient as I couldnt hardly walk at all. I look forward to working with her. Also a heads up. You need new nice furniture in waiting area. What was there was worn looked getto. Just being truthful. Not a good look for a professional business. I realize I was in East Nashville . But we got money just like. Brentwood.

From the moment you walk in you are acknowledged and feel welcome! I noticed some poor remarks in the past concerning a receptionist but she must not be there anymore. Liz, the receptionist there now was very kind and helpful whether on the phone or in person! All the therapists are very kind and extremely good at what they do. The facility is kept very neat and clean. I highly recommend this STAR location!

I came with a knee injury and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a Good morning. The next time I came in I had to have my 3 year old with me.. The stuff greeted me and allowed my baby to assist with different activites she had for me. They are always smiling and making sure we are comfortable with whatever they need for me to do. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking..

I had an excellent experience at my first visit to STAR Physical Therapy. Everyone was friendly, but professional. The location is great with plenty of parking. It was neat, clean and well-organized. Most importantly, my therapist was exceptional. I know I will receive the right instruction and care to overcome my physical ailments. Thank you to all the people at STAR!

The care that I was given was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Alex and Meg exhibited kindness, caring and was genuinely considerate of my concerns. Everyone that I met, from the front desk to the therapists, were friendly and accommodating. The gym was impeccable. It was clean and well organized. I recommend STAR Physical Therapy 100%.

I have been a patient with Sandy Murphy for the last 6 months. She is always accommodating and flexible with my demanding work schedule and finds a way to work me in. I have had amazing progress since starting therapy. I always leave feeling better and she is very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this clinic to others.

I can’t say enough good things about STAR in East Nashville. I have been there for therapy for my back, following knee surgery, and now a pinched nerve in my neck. They have always been friendly and concerned. More importantly, they have always helped me recover so that I was much improved when I completed my therapy. Go STAR!!!

I have completed 6 weeks and will be starting my second set of 6 weeks next monday. Everyone at the Star location on East Main St very nice. It begins at the receptionist and carries through to therapist. They are polite, patient, and understanding of your pain. I highly recommend this location.

I felt like this place is very attentive and passionate about my recovery and rehabilitation back to my normal life. The staff is always professional, polite, and courteous which is always great for a healthy healing. Relaxing place that I would recommend for your physical therapy needs. ❤️

Had knee scope surgery Friday still sore still stiff. Appreciate the way Sandy Murphy help me through the first treatment with lots of TLC .Staff at the front desk very professional doing their job and rescheduling. Will recommend to any one needing Therapy.

They are very caring professionals. They work with you and for you based on your needs. The facility is clean and sanitized. The Clinic Director Sandy Murphy is warm and friendly and strives for excellence from the patient and her staff.

The front desk lady Alley has a bad attitude and is not very pleasant person. I show up and had questions about my paperwork and she started getting a bad attitude with me and snatched the paperwork from me when I was done filling it out

This was my first visit and the girl at the check-in was so nice. Didn't have to wait long when th therapist came and got me. She went over everything with me and was so sweet and gentle. I was very impressed with my visit.

The Star PT staff meticulously worked to find out exactly what was going on and came up with a thorough and effective plan to restore my mobility. I couldn't be happier!

When starting with star i was in so much pain. The dr. said i be out 2 months maybe but its been a 1mon. and 2 week no brace and back driving.

Very good at listening to the issues I'm encountering and worked out a great treatment plan. Looking forward to getting better with STAR PT!
