I had been here today for waxing and threading and have had a bad experience. Firstly this saloon is not clean at all. It stinks. I did read the reviews regarding the unhygienic environment and had hence carried my own change of clothes( I would have never given here but my regular beautician is away and I had an event coming up so I had to try these guys).During Waxing inspite of telling them that the direction of my hairs need to be noticed before trying to wax they did not care. After waxing they applied oil without even wiping my waxed hair with a wet wipe. On return back home I did notice that lot of portions still have hair left. Since the hair was not pulled in the opposite direction of the growth most of my hair have been cut instead of being pulled from the roots. Looks so much like being shaved rather than waxed. This is a unisex saloon and people working here keep moving in and out of the room where you are being attended.without even closing the door properly. The knobs of the door do not work. This made me uncomfortable. Threading was a nightmare with my skin getting peeled and now has bruised. The lady who was threading had the thread broken number of times which does convey that she was not experienced with threading at all(No waxing skills either). When I pointed this out to the owner she did not even apologize for what had happened. And another thing they encourage you to pay cash to save on the tax.I payed by my credit card and the proof of it. Overall a bad experience and would suggest you to stay away from them. If anyone of you knows how and where can I report them please let me know as I have proof of my payments and pictures of the services provided.

I love the prices and the way Mandeep always tries her best to settle the appointments times and dates i want. She is very co-operative. I love this salon and rely on her so much that i always travel every other week all the way from hamilton to Burlington. Ever since i got my haircut, eyebrows and waxing done, i don’t think for a minute travelling long distance. Love the place, love the new renovation, its a game level up for me. Mandeep did my eyebrow she did an amazing job I got perfect shape. I just visit Canada for 6 month vry first time and worry about my beauty services specialy about my eyebrows but I absolutely love this salon for all my favorite services of hair, facial, wax and always perfect eyebrows! The customer service is amazing! I'm greeted with smiling faces every time. The prices are also so good!!! I would highly recommend visit this place once to see for yourself.

Great salon! Mani is amazing with hair styling and coloring. I don't even ask anymore, I just let him do his thing. Definitely knows what he's doing because I'm always thrilled Me and my husband just loved his work !!! I am extremely pleased and super impressed. I have been going to Mandeep for more than a year now, since we moved to Burlington. Mandeep is a top notch professional and a very welcoming and pleasant person. I rely on her hair colouring and styling expertise, waxing as well as for facials and the outcome has always been great. I am very lucky to be one of her clients.

I don't often get makeup done so I went there to get fake lashes put on. They didn't have a lot of selection for lashes but the application was good and included mascara and liner. The place is a little sketchy and relaxed - if you're looking for an upscale experience I'd go elsewhere but it did the job for me!

The place was amazing. I visited for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Mani is just amazing, I got my haircut done and beard trimming and I was really happy. Extremely bad haircut for my daughter. Needed layers... you can see a straight line instead of blended layers... this is worse than an amateur... are you guys really in salon business Am sure a kid with craft scissors can do a better job. I would not recommend this place for haircuts. Very bad...

This salon is so affordable and does a very good job. I have been there about 10 times for threading and waxing and have never had a bad experience. The staff take their time to get every hair and make sure I approve. Seriously better than most salons I have gone to and I pay half as much.

Great service. Got a head massage done by Mandy. It was so good. I fell asleep on the chair. If you are looking for a place to get pampered and relax this is it. I highly recommend the head massage. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating.

Mandeep, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Their women package is a great deal. I got a fruit facial, head spa, mani-pedi and threading. They were very professional and helpful. I also had very nice conversation with the ladies.

It's a nice and clean place, just wish the prices for just getting eyebrows and upper lips was not as much! It's too expensive.. not just their parlor, just everywhere.. $15-20 for just eyebrows and upper lips threading!

Worst experience. I went for face wax and came home with a big wax burn on face. They lady didnt bother an apology or even telling what happened. She should have atleast communicated for me to take a timely action
