The Longines Perpetual Calendar is something of an interest to every watch enthusiast. Due to high demand, we couldn't find this morr often and upon checking out, we had figured it out that we can see it here. So one day, we have been to this place and a wonderful lady showed this and had a detailed discussion on the movement, availability and quotation. As I was eyeing someother watches too, I mentioned to get back to them at the earliest and as we are done, the representative started addressing other customers. Now the real nuisance starts. Interconnected to this outlet, there is an omega store, and I also had the Omega MoonWatch in my check list. While approaching that sotre, another representative frombraver brooks was so much making sure to convince us to buy this Longines and sorta created some uneasiness while checking out the moon watch. I earlier waybted to rate with a 5 based on my first experience but the unnecessary nuisance this other person created has made me give a 3. To the management, don't force people to buy and no customer will be interested in unnecessary suggestions. There are many Longines and Omega stores elsewhere and in this current world, everyone is well informed about the models and no one needs any unnecessary guidance. Due to this, I can clearly say that you lost your business. In case I consider the Longines, I would prefer going to some other outlet.

What a waste of my time. I ordered a watch online and wasn't given the option online to have the links adjusted. So I got it delivered to store. When I got there, I was told that they can only make alterations before I pick up my order and it cannot be done in store. There excuse was, it's there way of following the goverment guidelines for Covid. As it was a gift, I thought I'd go ahead and wait for them to make the alterations by sending it back. However, when I asked for this, the staff at stored asked me how many links I want taken off. I told them I would need to check the watch, but they said due to Covid, they can't even open the box in store for me to check the watch. I was somehow just meant to know how many links I wanted taken off a watch. They couldn't even give me the measurement of the bracelet links to have a guess. When i emailed to complain to customer service, they once again offered me to send the item back to them. I might as well send it back and get a refund and re-purchase the item from a shop that gives a damn about their customers.

Absolute joke. I went in and asked them to add one more segment on my ceramic bracelet. The shop assistant came out with a broken segment and acting as if nothing had happpened and then argued with me that it was not her fault and it would not fit (which was utter rubbish, as it was the oroginal part they provided with the watch, plus i could clearly see it would fit even after it was broken ). After 20 minutes, and talking to the manager (or someone who they claimed was one) I was promised that they would order another watch, give me a new segment and call me as soon as it arrives. I received an email with an order confirmation. After several weeks I called them and was told they were still waiting. Never called me back after. It was the last segment I had so it is ca £200 down the drain. Go to a proper jeweller and spare yourself the pleasure of dealing with the teenage staff there.

Wow, surprised that I had such a great service in a Jewellery store. I bought an engagement ring this week with the help of an incredibly knowledgable and helpful lady named Mandy. She explained all the details of every ring, was kind enough to bring me choices, suggestions and to give me time to think and assess. She was very patient, considerate and incredible to interact with. I didn’t feel judged or discriminated against and I am not white. I hold the firm belief that it’s not the business that create success it’s the people, and Mandy is definitely one to keep, she is exactly what all stakeholders need. Incredible experience and I actually happily went above budget in my experience with her. Just shows.

Faultless experience. Originally phoned the Westfield branch and spoke to Jessica who was first class in placing a reservation for me. Despite living far from the branch, both Jessica and Rebecca assured me the item will be posted to me when it arrives and Rebecca maintained contact with me via email. Yesterday I received a call from Kit (apologies if I misspelled your name!) confirming it was on its way to me. It has since been delivered and I am very pleased. I would like to use Beaverbrooks again in the future.

Poor customer service. Before I was let into the shop I was asked when my wedding was almost as if I couldn't enter to have a look. One heavily tattooed lady kept looking at my up and down as I was looking at different rings and didn't know much detail about them. Wasn't able to look around the shop myself, got asked to sit down whilst they were brought over to me. Worst experience and will definitely not spend a penny here due to customer service provided

We bought a watch for my birthday (yay!) in this store yesterday and we couldn't have been happier with the service in general. We got that boutique experience many places aspire for - very kind and engaging staff, comfy areas for customers to sit in, good atmoshpere - that left us feeling seen and appreciated. Thanks to Reece, who took the time to get to know us a little bit instead of just focusing on a sale. We're looking forward to coming back!

I order 2 rings in-store and one of the rings I was supposed to receive was a wrong size which I got told would be resized for me, I then received an email saying that it is in-store and called on the phone to the Stratford branch after which the lady on the phone was very rude and wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible and said that if that was what was said then it will be done. I will never buy a ring from here again

We had the BEST experience with Kirby! She was extremely helpful and informative and told us everything we needed to know before purchasing any kind of ring. We had a lot of questions, and Kirby managed to answer every single one which left us feeling better about making a choice. She didn’t make us feel pressured into buying anything then and there. She was just absolutely brilliant and helpful! Could not recommend her enough!!

Walked in to enquire about the Bamford G-Shock that Beaverbooks exclusively stocked. Though the watch wasnt yet in stock, I received a warm welcome and the store took my name and number. Much to my surprise, I received a call a few days later. I paid over the phone and then collected my watch the following week. Though not an expensive watch, I received another warm welcome on collection. Great service and recommended.

Bought a TAG Heuer watch here a couple of years back, and the strap needed replacing, so came back and asked what to do. Beaverbrooks staff said that I needed to send the watch to Switzerland!! Subsequently, I went to TAG Heuer in Oxford Street today, they said that was nonsense, and will replace the strap in- store for me. I think your staff need retraining, or your store practices are lazy. Not coming here again.

Amazing customer service, my wife had to service her vintage heirloom Longine DolceVita. Beaverbrooks were very good taking care of the watch and sending away to be serviced. They were also very informative about potential delays due to sourcing parts for this particle model. Pricing was competitive compared to other locations. They even offered drinks to my children to distract them while they were in the store.

I can't recommend them enough. Their engagement ring collection is impressive, and the staff are incredibly supportive. A special shoutout to Danny for his expertise and guidance in helping me select the perfect ring. My fiancé is thrilled with it. Plus, they provide lifetime cleaning, future purchase discounts, and optional insurance. The flexibility to resize the ring later is a great touch.

We had lovely service from LC at the Westfield, Stratford branch. I have coincidentally been served by LC the last 2 or 3 visits to Beaverbrooks, to buy watches and to get one fixed. She always makes you feel welcome and like nothing is too much to ask. Beaverbrooks has become my "go to" jewelry store. We have also had great service from their Omega store too.

Having problems with my omega watch, a jewellery shop in lakeside putting a rubbish battery in now it has closed down, so l went to the omega shop in westfield at stratford, we'll you could not have a nicer person than ELOD ,so helpful, big smile, could not do more ,shame there are not more people like him, the world would be a better place.

Ben provided exemplary customers service and technical know how of the watch I was intrested in, without any sales pressure. Their price matching policy meant that I was able to purchase it straight away. Thank you also for finding a compromise with a gift I was getting from another retailer ( I much prefer yours).

Would recommend however staff sometimes need to put themselves in the customers shoes before reading the script from the rule book.

Good designs but limited stock and sizes. BE VIGILANT FOR ANY REFUNDS. While returning a product my refund amount was incorrectly entered in the card machine. By coincidence I checked the refund amount in card machine, and noticed that I am getting £100 instead of £550!!
