Not a local, but always good the check out an outlet, on the smaller size but I imagine on occasion has decent discounts (not today though- things not discounted today I could see had had reduction price labels removed, there was confusing signage as to what was discounted). Poor customer service, they were interested in socializing with each other and complaining about having to pay capital gains tax than helping customers. Thoroughly off putting.

Popped in on a Sunday, encountered a rude saleswoman who found the need to patronize me in front of other customers because I questioned the price of a product. She literally yelled at me from the other side of the store. I won’t be returning nor will I recommend any friends or family to come into your outlet. Rude staff that clearly didn’t want to be there on a Sunday.

Popped in on a Sunday and had a very rude staff member making it very clear that the cushions I chose were not to her liking... the other young staff member felt embarrassed and looked at me with a apologetic look. The abruptly manner of the staff member has put me off and I don't feel like I would return any time soon.

Walked into the store and one lady was very helpful with my questions and the other lady just yelled and demanded customers to use sanitizer, yes it is needed to be used atm but a please with a nicer attitude would get you a long way. After that I felt unwelcome in the store and left with out purchasing anything.

I love this little outlet store. If you want some luxurious bedding, but the price tag makes your eyes water, this place usually has loads of stock at 40 - 60% off. You can definitely get cheaper, but not at this quality. Staff are always lovely too.

Really helpful staff, and awesome location. It's so cool to see how they've used the original factory as a shop. Parking is all 2 hours though which is annoying
