Literally just went here because my husband has been looking for a veloster for awhile now. Finally thought we found one. Drive an hour away but when we got there noticed the car had been repainted with a horrible paint job. (You couldn't tell unless you're someone nit picky like me) so that was one red flag. Then I asked him why the hood didn't look closed and he said he thinks they all just look like that. And I was like noooo. That was red flag two. Then my husband got in the car and it wouldn't start so he pulled up another car and jumped the car and when the hood was open I noticed a big crack in the plastic behind the engine so I'm like ohhhh this car has been wrecked before so I asked the guy if the car was in a wreck and he said yeah. So that's good he didn't lie. So we were like we'll maybe that was just the one car so we go to look at this charger and it was the exact same color as the veloster with the same bad paint job so we just decided to not get any car and get the heck outta there. So I got in the car like "babe, did you look at the reviews on that place" and he said no so I did and what do ya know everyone says all they're cars are wrecked. They really are y'all. Thank god we didn't get one!

I bought A 2005 Ford Explorer sport track with 104,000 miles I had it six days and the engine went out. They came and got it they told me it was a starter which later they discovered it was the engine instead of refunding me my down payment money or putting me in another truck they wanted more money down for a different truck. And on top of that they expected me to pay for a truck that was broken down six days after I got it they so call was trying to work with me by asking me to give up half of my down payment . The sales person/manager is a nice guy so he seems! Don't let them fool you supposedly my car was not a rebuilt title vehicle but it still had been in an accident And the engine went bad I also have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the county commissioners office to file a complaint dealerships like this shouldn't be in business

I literally regret ever buying a car from them. I bought a 2006 Mustang six months in, I try to get a simple alignment to find that it had been in an accident. I have bought a rebuilt title vehicle before from a different dealership and all issues were given to me before purchasing the vehicle. THEY NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. I live over 40 miles away and they don't even accept cards so it is an inconvenience to drive all the way to Nashville just to pay it. BUT I REFUSE to mail them anything without having a receipt. Get a car fax, bring a mechanic, do EVERYTHING before buying a car from them, but its best NOT.

If i could give them no star i would, please people even if they happen to have your dream car, don't fall for their Scheme! #bad customer service i ever seen after they get your money, at first they seem cool, but once you buy their car, they don't want to give you the time of a day to answer any questions you might have about the car. For example, if there was something that's supposed to come with the car. They just dismiss your questions on the phone. #0 customer service. # don't fall for what seems like nice cars from the outside. The devil is in the details.

The people were very friendly, however i recently bought a genesis coupe 2.0t and they sold it to me with a blown turbo, not only that but the power steering pump was bad, and they refused to give warranty. I called and asked if there was anything we could do to fix this, as most dealerships would fix a car they sold that has issues and i got “it was sold as is” and ended the conversation there. the dealership is good but make sure the car is all good before buying from them because they won’t help.

Repoed my wife’s care claiming she was 2 payments late, when she wasn’t late at all, and still made us pay $1100 for the repo fee even though it was a mess up on their end, wouldn’t ever suggest “bell auto sales” to any one when purchasing their next vehicle. Just extremely unprofessional. Oh, and this is the 2nd time we have had To deal with them, the first time the repo wasn’t successful due to the fact that my wife hadn’t even made a payment but they still came out and hooked up the car

Bell Auto is a phenomenal place to purchase a vehicle! The people are honest and forthright and they are loyal to customers who are loyal to them. I purchased a vehicle in 2013 with 30,000 miles on it and I am purchasing another vehicle today!This is my go to place because of the the service and the type of vehicles they sell. No junk! Not to mention the customer service is excellent! Check them out! These folks will put you in a vehicle and will not let you walk, I promise!

WARNING This place is awful, horrible, absolutely the worst. All the comment you see with positive feed back of from customer who get a small discount to comment on them. You get a car here it will break in a few weeks. They literally lie to your face and take advantage. They don’t tell you there cars are rebuilt. These guys are scammers I suggest go to any other dealer but not this one. Plus the cars aren’t even safe to drive. Think about your family and invest elsewhere.

I got my first and only two cars at Bell Auto! I will go to them for the rest of my car purchases! The staff is very nice and helpful and will help you throughout the entire car buying process. They have a large selection of vehicles that suit your needs! Both of the cars were amazing and I love my current car so much I will not be getting rid of it until it’s 100% immobile. I highly recommend going to Bell if you’re thinking of getting a new car for an affordable price!

Excellent customer service!! Always a great a selection of cars!! I bought a car from Bell Auto after having my car for almost a year the air compressor went out. I took my car up there and told them the problem they made an appointment for me with the mechanic. My air compressor was fixed and I wasn’t charged anything!! They even gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. I couldn’t have ask for better service!! I highly recommend BELL AUTO!!

Would rather give this company a 0 star. Just made a call call to them for a car 2014 GMC terrain. Price listed is 1500 down payment or buy out at 2 900. I offered to buy the car out right and they said the 2,900 buy out, was only the down payment. False!!! LIE!!! NOT GIVING AS ADVERTISED!!! Report into BBB will be made due to lack of bussiness not making the correct calls on their business end with prices. The car is priced and selling in offer up.

They are horrible ! The staff is very impatient and he sold me a car with so many problems and said there’s a warranty but every time he says he can’t take care of it. And they also throw in discounts for the people who buy cars from them so they can write down a good review .. I wouldn’t trust this place there’s is so many more auto dealerships on Nolensville I wouldn’t waste my time on this one or bring my money here ! Take it from me

Had such a great experience with Bell Auto. I got a Toyota Camry with very low mileage 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It runs and drives great! Bought a car from them no lights on dash or anything . The next day the check engine light came on , was told they erased the code to sell the car . When I called to inform them of the problem they hung up in my face . NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

Nice cards but the down payments are ridiculous… For that amount I rather go to a dealership. Times are still hard and these businesses are taking advantage of people.
