Don’t come here unless you want a few new scratches on your car. I had the gold service done for £40 including a polish, hoover and wash. They managed to scratch my doors and rims. I now have to get a paint correction done because the car looks like I went across it with a knife. I’ve been coming here since I started driving and the quality has become unbearable at this point. They have left thick polish all around the car, dirt and marks on my windscreen and other windows are still there even though I mentioned to them to go over it again. They treated me rudely and told me to go and that it’s done when I simply asked for someone to go over my windscreen because polish and marks were left on it. They will not treat you well unless you know them personally as I have seen today when a lady with her car greeted the owner and he ordered his staff to leave my car half way to get started on hers. I had to wait an extra 35 mins before someone came back to my car. I will not be coming here again

Went here on Eid day, avoid at all costs, and check your car if you’ve been here. Quite a few new scratches on my car (which were definitely from the wash as I had a small paint job done a week prior and after it my car was flawless since I check these things thoroughly), and after coming home on that day I had a good look and after having to wipe off some powder and water marks they left I noticed a bunch of scratches on areas they wiped. Dissapointing job anyway, charged £15 for a wash and vac which neither the wash or vac was anything worth that price as a lot of areas missed. Prices advertised on signage also very different to what they charge you. Will be avoiding and telling anyone else I know that goes or wants to go to avoid.

Use to be a great car wash and great value for the service. Went down this morning it get my car wash after not being here for months. All they do now is spray the foam shampoo and jet it down. Upon asking I was told they do not use a sponge to clean car anymore. So needless to say I just paid and left the place not to return. It is a shame as it was a good carwash not to far from my place but for the money I am going to get a better wash at a Tesco carwash!

These guys do a great job of washing your car both inside and out. they have various options of wash / hoover / wax etc. You can even get your car valeted from here. I have used them several times and have been impressed with the finish. They even have a loyalty card, get a stamp each time you get a car wash and the 6th one is free. They accept card payment too which is very handy. I would recommend these guys.

I've been to many car washes and this one makes me smile over and over again. Reasons are they are thorough,spend time cleaning your car,reasonable costs and the manager has good eye for all cars directing his staff to cover areas they may have missed. Overall for the price it's good value. They do loyalty cards. My. Kids seat needed cleaning they hoovered it with a smile. .. All in all a happy customer...

The quality of the service has gone down considerably recently. I'm not sure if it's because of new owners or different staff but my last few washes were not worth the time or money. The inside of my car has not been properly vacuumed and there is always a lot of white fluff, presumably from old cloths that need replacing. To top it off my wing mirror was scratched the last time I went Not going again

They do a great job when you actually get to the front but getting there can be tricky. There are multiple queues which end up as two so at some point someone who has been waiting less time is seen to before you as they moved to the end before you. Could do with some better queue management but the clean itself is good. Not somewhere you want to go if you are in a rush, can take an hour easily.

Would not use this car wash ever again!! The sign said £10 to wash and dry vans. After having the van washed they then told me to drive off. I told them that the van hadn't been dried yet, and to that they said it would cost another £5. Never paid that much at other car washes. Absolutely unprofessional and the wash wasnt great either.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Honestly the most worst car wash I have been to, despite telling them how much dirt they missed they still seem to have missed it and not only that they scratched my window and left marks on my car exterior. Will never be visiting again and will not recommend!

Avoid this place!!!Workers act as if your are not paying for a service. Guy was complaining whilst hovering the car. Boot wad not hoovered properly. If they can’t be bothered to do what you are paying them to do…they should just close up shop!

The worst carwash in Leicester. Really bad customer service and didn't do a proper job cleaning either. I had to go home and clean it myself. Looks like they didn't even touch the inside. They also refuse to accept their own loyalty card

This guys are now offering value for money car wash with hoovering inside for £5.00. Friendly bunch and decent cleaning products used. Give them a visit, you wont be disappointed. I like value for money. This is one of them.

Mr bubbli is very bubbli... my car wash is always with bubbli... they have never disappointed me.. good service... friendly guys... ask them to do something extra.. they do it with a smile!! Tip them for their hard work!!

Took wife's car to be cleaned paid for inside and outside to be cleaned but they didn't clean the inside properly still dusty and not hovered properly won't be going there again

Decent priced hand car wash, with friendly staff who are always joking and laughing! No pretentious gimmicks here, they do exactly what they say they will and with a smile!

Lovely accommodating staff who offer more than just a clean. They will help fix punctures on tyres for a good price. Further more they sell used part worn and new tyres.

Slow service I saw only one jet wash in operation had to remind then as left soap on my car also dis wash properly as left dirt on my side steeps will avoid.

Did a good job cleaning my car, good place to go, would go again. However, there are some around the area for £2 cheaper providing the same service.

Fast and cheap car wash and dry. They do a good job but gets very busy at times on the weekend. Best to go on the weekdays or early in the morning.

People washing our car left us waiting for a long while and made rude comments about the car when washing. The wash was of an average quality.

Slow service. 1 jet wash only which cant cope with number of cars there. I would avoid and go elsewhere as I left with soap marks over my car

Always busy they always rushing we don't get what we think alloys wheels cleaning, drying ur car is not good you have to tell them clean it

No one knows what they are doing. Absolute garbage place, find somewhere else or wash with a garden hose, you'll probably do a better job.
