The first time I came here they did a fabulous job and it's such great value for money. However, on my second visit, firstly the main reason I came was because there was a dead wasp in the well of the window button - I didn't tell them about it because I figured it was pretty obvious and they'd be cleaning that anyway. When they'd finished, the wasp was still there!! Which makes me wonder how thorough the clean actually is, if they can't even spot a whole dead wasp I a very obvious place (it wasn't hidden, it was the first thing I saw when I got in the car). Secondly, they took advantage of me as a young 'clueless' woman - I know my brother has paid £12 for them to clean that car inside and out before, and when I asked the guy how much it was he said it was £20. So two very mixed experiences.

Good at cleaning cars , but bad attitude spoilt it, being shouted at. Paid as the amount as agreed before I entered £20. Then at the end guy tries shouting at me that it is £25 because he cleaned the car Matt's? Stayed carm under this situation, but honestly speaking that was a terrible experience. Guy also took my car keys, at one point. I managed to carm the situation, someone could have got into a fight. Also to mention this price did not include wax/ polish.

Whole family has been using this place for years and the service they provide has been more than excellent however past few visits I had to point out windows not cleaned inside, floormat not cleaned no spray on wax. When I point these out, no apologies offered but instead adement that it's been done despite the evidence.. Seems like this place is no longer passionate about their services..

One guy was walking round inside with a cigarette in his mouth. Also bird poo wasn't cleaned off my roof. Looks like it's different owners since I last used a few years ago and it's gone downhill. Note, I couldn't take my last car there due to speed bumps on road scraping my exhaust.

Car was still visibly dirty Inside was barely vacuumed crumbs on seats still & no cleaning down sides of seats, no plastics inside were cleaned I was told £15 & the then tried to charge £20 poor service do not recommend! To point out I’d happily paid £20 for a good job

Awful service. Refused to wax my car as said it was too cold, it was 16c. Missed cleaning multiple areas within the car. Staff were sexist and more interested in the two high end cars that were there at the same time. Then charged me £15 instead of £12. Go elsewhere.

Poor service, took my car in to be cleaned and the boot don't even lool like its been hoovered, windows not wiped properly, dash board not cleaned properly or even door shuts. Also the sear were not vacuumed as it should of been. Not going back.

I went there for the first time today (Sunday). They charged me £20 and they charged my husband £15 on Saturday we both have the same make car and they also stole my £1 for my shopping trolley in the car. Not pleased and won’t be recommending

I took my car for inside outside wash and as I was busy on a work phone, upon reaching office I realized they did not clean much from inside nor the door panels or boot panel was cleaned. Left all dirty. Worst car wash never going back

Smoking whilst cleaning car which is extremely unprofessional, and chipped off a lot of paint work on doors, bonnet and registration plate! Do NOT go here if you want a good wash

Fairly good car wash, but the finish is not 100%, and they spend longer on expensive fancy cars. My rear glass was already dirty when I left. Won't be going back.

Small hand car wash, reasonable price like most hand car wash places, might have to wait on the main road when busy.
