Went to this branch on Friday for lunch with my family, we got seated and everything was okay at first, then one of the waiters which was a bit tall with a beard took our order, we first gave him our main courses and drinks, then we decided to take starters too but we had to look at the menu again for a while and asked our waiter questions about them to set on what we wanted to get, then gave our waiter the order, ( which was cheese stuffed gnocchi). Moments later, the waiter came with the order and started putting many starters that we haven’t ordered, we kindly asked him that this wasn’t our order, we ordered only one kind. The waiter suddenly started to get mad… he told us that and he wrote what we asked him, even though we haven’t, what I assume he did was write down every order we “read out loud” to each other so we can set on one!!! He started saying that it wasn’t fair and mumbled other things I couldn’t hear. He then took the plates and told us in a loud tone “So Rude!!” We were so confused and shocked at his manners! This was our first time experiencing something like this, we went to many restaurants around the world and never saw a waiter with such attitude, even though it wasn’t our mistake, a normal waiter would at least read the orders out loud again to make sure the orders are correct and would do everything to make customers pleased at their restaurant! Not in this case, we even asked him for small plates and he answered with “no thanks”, we asked again to make sure he was talking to us, he said he was busy, even if he was busy, he can bring the plates when ever he’s done!! The other waiter came and helped us and was nice with us. But what he did made us hate the place and we didn’t even want to eat later because of how we were treated. I’m trying to find a reason for this attitude, is it because we’re tourist?? Even though this happened in this specific branch, I would never visit this restaurant again, and would never recommend it to anyone. Customers should always be pleased in a place they visit and decide to stay or eat in! We came to have a nice meal, not be treated in this rude way.

Went here with my boyfriend on Tuesday night while we were staying in London. The restaurant was very busy and we came around an hour before close but the man serving us went above and beyond to deliver excellent service and make our visit special. My boyfriend ordered from the set menu and got a main and a dessert for £19.45, he ordered the Pollo Cacciatore pasta and cookie dough. I ordered the Prosciutto Buffalo with a gluten free base. Food came quick and my pizza was cooked perfectly, tasted beautiful! Definitely the best Bella Italia I’ve visited by far! My boyfriend loved his pasta, nothing special but he says it tasted delicious! We were even offered cheese, chilli oil and pepper to top our dishes. The cookie dough was gluten free so we shared this, the man serving us even brought over 2 spoons for us! It tasted beautiful and came straight after we finished our food! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, exceptional food and service. Will definitely be coming back here if I am ever in London again! 5 stars!

Generally, not great. A bunch of vegan options shown on the menu on the outside are actually not available (just stricken down in their actual menus inside). The food we got (pasta only) was okay but definitely wouldn't order it again. The service was nice, but the payment optipn they are pushing (paying online without needing anyone from the staff) is not super optimal, we ended up needing the traditional method anyways. Overall, if you want a glass of wine and some starters (we had the bruschetta and was lovely), it is a good choice. If you're actually hungry, I would probably pick another place.

I have just had one of the best meals in a very long time. Bella Italia is a favourite of mine but the food is always amazing, something that some restaurants lack (unfortunately) is their customer service however today I had the pleasure to meet Teresa and have her as our waiter. She was lovely, we had many laughs and she made us feel comfortable! We are supposed to be in Venice on holiday right now, so we came here in honour of that and I have loved every second of being here!! Also just how authentic the staff are in general, hospitality is 100% which is always my goal when finishing places to eat out! I’ll be back!! Thank you Teresa- hope you have a good day!❤️

Excellent service and great food! Big should out to Ivett who looked after our table - super professional service, she made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and nothing seems to be too much for her. My 10 years old son who visited London for the first time felt quite overwhelmed after such and extremely busy day and he was the one who commented that Ivett really MADE HIS DAY! the way she approached him with the smile, kindness and a little personal interaction, she made him feel like home. This restaurant always has a long wait as the staff is too short for the customers. After having an appetizer time, I wanted to wait a little longer, but the waiter came and said that for some unknown reason there was a problem in the kitchen, so we had to wait 30 minutes, and another table said we had to wait about an hour. But even before the waiter said this, I saw that when customers came in, they returned all of them saying that it was closed.. I thought it was almost closed during lunch time.. I tried to pay for drinks and only a portion of it, but they told me to just go.

First time out with the family in such a long time. Made the most of our Tesco's voucher here and had the best food, service with a smile and the atmosphere was amazing. Thank you to all the staff - our evening was indeed much needed.

I thought the meal was very overpriced, there was me and my daughter, we both ordered chicken milanese, it came with about a dozen small chips, a piece of brown lettuce for £17.00, also ordered a garlic flatbread snd we got 4 tiny pieces for £7.00, 2 soft drinks and the price was £54.00!!!, the new way of paying online does not work well at all, very disappointed with our food.

Had a wonderful time at Bella Italia! The staff were courteous and the food was delicious. There was large party that had come in and we still hadn't received our orders yet. I would give 5 stars, but when the waiter came with our drinks, the glass had water marks, and something was stuck on the side. Everything else was fine. Be aware that a 12.5% optional service charge is added when you pay. We would have tipped anyway, but the service wasn't that personal to warrant 12.5%.

It is Bella Italia for Italian dishes, it is a chain, mind you, but the food was well done, as if it was a genuine Italian owner. Very busy evening until very late evening but excellent service and great food. Need a quick meal after very long day and this team arranged a table for us within minutes. Drinks and Starters arrived promptly and it was delicious. Little longer wait for the main meals but we can understand that they were extremely busy. When the meals delivered to table they were tasting delicious as always and well worth the wait. Definitely visit This Bella when we are back.

Had a very good welcome by one waitress. 1st course was cold so was changed no problem. We then had another waitress who brought our main course and her attitude stank. Our meal was banged on the table. She was rude to customers around us. She then wanted to know why we wanted the service charge removing. Not a good experience.

Mediocre food (starters and main), swimming in oil, and very bland; the most bland Italian food I've ever eaten sadly. The extra star given is for the amazing dessert which was very nice indeed. But then again you can't really get that wrong, right? Would I recommend this restaurant? No, sorry I wouldn't recommend it. And one last thing I have to say is that it is very, very cheap, but not value for money at all.

He's served our take many times before and as always he listens, recommends and cares for an enjoyable experience, with a smile too. We were attempting to go to another restaurant but they couldn't accommodate us (2 hour wait and we were a group of 9 people); this was recommended instead. I was very pleased with their service. This Bella Italia is very good. Food is nice and one do not have to wait long. It is quite busy at lunch time. Deserts are excellent. The only thing I would probably improve is decorations. The decor is pretty standard and it needs something... to catch your eye.

Came here at a super busy time, where there was a promotion on Wantu, the restaurant was super busy. Even with only 2 waitstaff, the service was still very good. I felt sorry for them, being understaffed. Food was still pretty good however, but not outstanding.

Warm, welcoming and snug. Could have stayed there all day. Enjoyed the food, good quality. What I like most was that we weren't being rushed out the door for the next paying customers. Will definitely go again

We ordered two pastas which both were new for us. They were good. One of them was new Smokey carbonara and the other on was chicken with mushroom. The chicken one was more delicious. Service was good and staff was friendly.

Went in to try it before a play and was a little disappointed. The burger was a little over done and the lasagna was a little bland for our taste. Someone else might think differently.. I gave them a 3 star to be nice..
