Second time I have been to Grenfell St Branch on last Wednesday and today at around 3:45pm. Service non_existence. Walked out this time. Male staff member clearly angry. Embarrassing. I had to leave and will not return to this branch ever again. If zero star was an option, I will give zero for this branch
