Rude female manager. Told my grandson off because he didn't come and help her to put the tall boy he'd bought on the trolley. It turned out to be faulty but when he had to return it the following day the male owner was even more rude. I was telling a friend about it and she is in her 80s. She told me that she had to get firstly her daughter and then her son to go to Bennetts with her because the same man was so rude to her when she complained about a piece of furniture she had purchased that she was too afraid to go on her own. My family will never step foot in there again.

After a very bad experience with Harvey Norman Cambridge furniture department I went to Bennetts, upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by the owner. The service I recieved was exceptional nothing was a bother and all staff were so friendly , I purchased a product of much better quality than I would have got from Harvey Norman and at a lower price.I cannot recommend this store highly enough

The range of bedding is extensive and better than any other furniture store we went to. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Prices are higher than I was expecting, but for the quality I am happy to pay it. The even put the bed together for me on delivery.

I tried out a recliner armchair in the Kingston store, and it was soft and comfortable so I ordered it. The armchair I got was hard, and even after a year I just can't get comfortable on it. I have to get rid of it. 3 stars is being generous.
