I could not recommend both Berwick/Clyde vet and their sister vet Lynbrook any more. It is the best vet you will ever experience. We were desperate to find a vet to look after out little boy (he's a ragdoll cat who stopped eating and is also dealing with CKD) after being unhappy with our previous vet. We were recommended by our local community to take him to Jess who is working now full time at Berwick/Clyde Vet which has recently opened and her care (along with all the other nurses there), love, how switched on they are was one of the greatest experiences we've ever had. We thought that maybe something bad had gone wrong with his kidneys, but it was immediately picked up that one of his tooth was infected which explains the no eating (this wasn't picked up by the previous vet). Our little boy had to stay over night with a drip before going under and having 4 teeth removed. He's about to be 13 so this was a stressful situation with him going under. We were sent frequent updates with photos in the morning, during the day and just before we picked him up. They called me right before the procedure, during the procedure and right after to confirm everything was okay and if there were any updates. They knew exactly what to do and how to best keep him safe during this procedure. When we picked him up we were taken through all his blood work, x-rays and documents in elaborate detail so that we understood what everything meant and what was going on. They have even put us on a 6 month plan to get him to be as happy and as healthy as he can be when we return a week later for a free dental check up to see how his mouth is healing. We were given an aftercare plan. Pain medication that they had already been pre made!! I got a Youtube link texted to me that explains what exactly happened during the procedure. We were also given a tooth fairy certificate!!! (this vet is so extra I can't deal). This vet goes above and beyond, we saw a HUGE improvement the following day (he is SO MUCH HAPPIER) it felt like our little angel was at daycare and I could not recommend going to this vet enough! THANK YOU so much. We are eternally grateful for looking after Oscar so thoroughly.

We are new to the area and found this wonderful vet just up the road from us. I can not praise them enough in the level of care they provide for your furbabies. We struggled to find a good vet since moving from NZ, I’m pleased to say we are no longer looking, we have found the right vet for us ❤️ Highly recommend this vet you won’t find another like it, from the level of care to the extras like updates and photos of your pets when they go in for a procedure is lovely touch, it takes away any anxiety you have worrying how it’s all going. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the team of nurses and doctors, it’s wonderful to know our Romeo is in great hands.

Today I took my geriatic cat to Dr. Kunal and was amazed by the love, warmth and professionalism with which they took care of Thomas. Cats typically hate going to vet’s, but Thomas could sense the love and was most comfortable through a procedure that perhaps at any other place would have to be done under sedation. The clinic was very neat, hygienic and had a nice welcoming vibe to it too. I would highly recommend Dr. Kunal at Berwick Clyde Vet to pet parents. I assure you that you wouldn’t be disappointed with the genuine love, care and professional attention that your fur baby would receive!

If I could have a higher rating I would! The team at Berwick Clyde vet went above and beyond for my beautiful fur baby today. Due to being ill myself I was unable to get to the clinic and had to get my mum to take my dog Bruno following a number of seizures. I was absolutely beside myself being unable to be by his side. The team sent me photos, videos and updates. They even went as far as relaying a personal message from myself to my fur baby and recorded him hearing my words of strength and love. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart to all the wonderful team at Berwick Clyde Vet.

Visited your practice for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised that the pricing was quite reasonable in this day and age! More importantly, from reception to the vet the staff were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just obviously loved their jobs. Kudos to the clinic and I think your daily huddles sharing your reflections is a great step in working against the horrible rate of vet suicide in this country

Dr. Kunal and his team have such a caring and empathic approach to the animals and their owners. We have always been super happy with how our pet cat has been looked after under their care. The care given to my parents & their elderly pooch in the final weeks of her life was wonderful. When it came time to say goodbye Dr Nagaich was very caring & supportive. What an amazing clinic! I have been a client of their sister clinic since it’s opening but this clinic is next level. The team are so knowledgeable and definitely go above and beyond. They take the upmost care with all animals and the education they provide really sets them apart. A fantastic addition to the area.

We recently got a new puppy and went in to ask a couple of questions and book injections. We were greeted and welcomed then treated with respect and kindness. Their reminders are a fabulous idea as well to give monthly medications! We have definitely found our vet, can't recommend them enough!

Alina was very pleasant and handled my cat Harper with ease even though Harper can be quite stubborn. She made Harper feel relaxed as well as myself and I didn't need any treats :) Alina also explained every step she was taking extremely well and I felt at ease the whole time. I'll be back.

Amazing vet practice! All the staff are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. We have seen vets Jess & Kunal in the past couple of weeks and they have been so thorough, explained everything to us and made sure our German shepherds Negan & Quinn were relaxed and happy.

Without a doubt, the loveliest team, so caring. I could not feel happier and more at ease to take or leave my pets here, good old-fashioned service and follow-up calls after appointments, you just don't find this sort of service anymore. You girls are the best.

I took my 5 month old puppy to Dr Kunal at the Berwick clinic. He thoroughly examined my pet and gave me great advice. The other staff members too, were very friendly and professional. Overall, I would bring my pet here again, if anything.
