Thank you Udit for helping us with the process of getting our car. The car is in great condition. No complains there. The journey of purchasing the car with Udit was very smooth. Udit called me promptly on my online enquiry. He first invited me to come over and have a look at the car. But on understanding the travel I would have to make he offered to send me a full video tour of the care so I can avoid travelling in case I don't want to go ahead. On the day I went to see the car, I was given a quick look and presentation in the parking and then test drove the car. Udit understood the finance aspect and gave us complete walk through of the process. Was very prompt in the comms through out and was available for every query straight away. The delivery date had to be changed a couple of times and Udit happily agreed to the change of date on ever occasion. The car was washed thrice on different days as the delivery date kept changing due to various reasons but he was patient and understanding. Overall the experience of buying the car from Nissan Berwick was very pleasant. Would surely recommend.

This is the third time I have bought a Nissan car in Australia. This is the first time I have had a Dash Camera fitted and I really appreciate the help Vicky has given me with the installation of the Dash Camera. Vicky was very knowledgeable about the product and followed up with me via email rather than just verbally explaining how to use the M14 Dash Camera System, which helped me understand it better. If any of my friends or family ask me about putting in a Dash Camera, I will refer them to Vicky. She is so easy to talk to and so attentive that it was like having a customer service experience in Japan! All the team at Bewick Nissan are very friendly and helpful.
