We have been coming here for a while. Back in 2021 my dog needed to cross the rainbow bridge after 18 wonderful years with us. As I wasn’t strong enough to do this on my own my mother so kindly went down and helped my dog cross the rainbow bridge - my mother chose to get my dog cremated after approx 2 weeks of waiting I was told I could go down and collect my dogs ashes. Upon arriving the lady behind the desk said “are you here to collect your girl?” I said “yes” she brings out a Rottweiler! I said “that’s not my dog!” She said “oh? Who are you here to collect?” I said “my dogs ashes? Roxy’s ashes?” She apologised and got the ashes for me. Although it’s been some years & I get mistakes do happen we have since welcomed another bundle of joy into our lives and I’m willing to give you guys another go.

These guys are great. They take good care of my pets and will answer all my silly questions. They are very friendly and the receptionist (she may also be a vet nurse but I usually see her at the front desk) is awesome and always treats us like the best customers. She greets my dog every time we come in and is very considerate of my young children. The vets have never made me feel obligated to go through expensive procedures and take the time to tell me all the options available, including the "wait and see" option which is not in their financial interest but may be best for those without the finances. Everyone there is always smiling - their cheeks must hurt!

I have been seeing Dr Craig with my dog since he was a pup over 7 years ago, and have been so impressed by the care, skills and kindness he has given both my anxious dog and myself, that I followed him, when he set up this vet hospital, despite the extra travel involved with each visit. There is no other vet that has ever found effective ways to deal with my dog's anxieties, or that I would trust to operate on my dog, other than Craig. I am also very impressed with the Vet Nurses, who are all lovely and very efficient at their jobs. I would highly recommend this Vet Hospital to any animal lover.

I have visited the hospital in an emergency of my dog, the doctor didn’t even bother to touch the effected area, and came up with ( it’s really bad definitely broken) we need to do an X-RAY to see what is going on ($550) I said it doesn’t seem to be broken as the dog is not in pain and is so calm, Dr ok then I will give him a pain killer jab may be he will be fine by tomorrow morning. If u don’t know what u r visiting them for don’t bother cause the local vets are better then these ones. I will never go back And don’t recommend for anyone

Vet advised upon an annual check up that our 16 year old cat required teeth to be removed. Booked our cat in for the procedure on this belief. Day of procedure advised post operation no teeth were actually required to be removed yet still charged a hefty bill for effectively just teeth cleaning. Next time we will know better to ask for in writing from any vet which teeth require removing before considering booking in for the procedure. Very disappointed as we thought we had found a reliable new vet for our pets.

We have adopted many older dogs over the years, most with unknown histories and varying needs, and Dr Craig was their vet and surgeon. When he left our old vet practice we followed, such is the confidence and faith we have in him. Now we have two great vets in Drs Craig and Neil who are thorough, up-to-date and caring of the animals (and their owners!). We have implicit trust in them and the wonderful vet nurses Keishia, Tiffany and Sarah, and highly recommend this practice to anyone who cares about their pet

I followed Dr Craig Reeves to the Berwick Springs Vet Hospital when he and Dr Harding first opened their practice, even though it is an extra 30 minutes from home. Craig is an excellent surgeon, and a supremely knowledgable vet. He has a patient affinity with the animals, which my anxious dog needs. Craig is equally patient with anxious owners - offering reassurance with his clear explanations of your pet's diagnosis and the treatments available. The best vet practice I've ever visited.

If it was possible to give a 10/10 I would, These guys are incredible!! - Had a little emergency with 1 of my 3 dogs Bonnie a Jack Russell and it was handled so professionally, Craig did an unbelievable job with her and Neil was fantastic when I came back for the re-visit. (Bonnie is also 100% happy and healthy now!) On top of that, the Veterinary Nurses are absolutely fantastic :)) I wouldn't recommend any other Veterinary facility to anyone! Happy world veterinary day to all the team at BSVH. We had to have our beautiful Elly put to sleep in January. The consideration and kindness we received both during and after Elly’s passing was wonderful. We have been through the same experience several times at other vet clinics. None of them matched the thoughtful consideration and gifts we were given by BSVH team to assist with our grieving.

My beautiful cat Lucy for the last year has been in the most beautiful care from all the Vets and the most beautiful staff that greet you with a smile and welcome with your pet. Couldn't review highly enough, the care that has been given to my Lucy with her mouth issues has been just wonderful, knowledgeable and what I can do to make my cats life Lucy better. Thankyou so much for all your care.

Neil is incredible!! Hands down the best Veterinary Hospital I’ve ever been to. He is caring, takes the time to explain what is going on in and what options there are and doesn’t just jump to the most expensive option. He always makes the time for customers and clearly really cares about the animals he works with and their health and care. Thanks for being so great Neil!

I had my girl Daisy there for treatment of pyometra. From booking the appointment to the consultation and surgery and post operation care, the whole team worked together helped my girl back to be happy and healthy again. After spending almost $3000 on having cancers removed from my dog the nurse and lead vet decided to charge us $6 for bandages....after they delayed my dogs surgery to make extra money on a "emergency surgery". I thought this place was different from ultimate veterinary clinic in Narre warren but they're both the same. Money hungry scubs

I went there for the first time today, based on reviews - I can certainly say, I was welcomed in a friendly manner, the Vet (Craig) was extremely thorough, answered all my questions and explained treatment in a way that was easy to understand - Would definitely recommend this Vet and will be returning if the need arises!

Fantastic service. Very stressful time when my dog suddenly couldn't walk properly. She was assessed and organised to go for further investigation which resulted in immediate surgery. Diagnosis from Berwick Springs was accurate amd appropriate referral was made. Highly recommend this clinic.

Great vets, but no customer service and since moving they care more about making money than your animal. Phones were down for a week, they change appointments and still expect you to wait an hour, they forget to prescribe medication and frankly you and your animal deserve better.

Wonderful experience with berwick springs. Our concerns and opinions listened too. Questions answered ad nauseum, we didnt feel rushed. I feel nothing unessential was pushed (medications etc) and cost less than we feared. Sick dog not sick anymore which is probably the best bit.

Berwick Springs Vet is great. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and very helpful. They have been taking care of mine and my mum's terrier Cindy for a while now and are always willing to help. They don't rip you off too like other vets sometimes do!! Highly recommended

Craig, Neil and the vet assistants are wonderful. They've looked after my pets for many years and I can't thank them enough. Someone needs to do something about the driveway though, since driving past dumpsters from the restaurants is not pleasant.

My appointment ran excessively late, not even a courtesy phone call. When I asked how long it would be before my dog was seen, I was told "As long as it takes". Won't be returning.
