PLEASE READ!!!! I know it's long!! So, this place has been a complete headache! The first week that I had my car it was running completely fine. Then the second week, one day while at a red light (with my daughter in the car) the "check gauges" light came on and the check engine light. I couldn't accelerate past 5 mph! So the next day, they came to my job and got the truck because I was too scared to drive it all the way to Phoenix with it cutting off...had me thinking everything would be okay. They "inspected" the vehicle and said that it needed a computer part (I don't have a clue about car parts btw) and that it would be "fine" once the part was put in. So during this whole process I had to go three days without a vehicle because they don't do loner vehicles. Even though before I signed a contract, they said that they do give you another vehicle while they work on your car if something was wrong! Straight BS!!! Plus, after I got my truck back 2 weeks later it did the same thing!! Once again while driving!! This place obviously doesn't know what they're doing. They make it seem like the do to get your money. Something is not right! After reading the last review I definitely won't be coming back to you for any work done!! Now they're taking me through more BS saying there was a problem with the VIN# and I can't get my plates until they fix the VIN. So I come to let them do their Inspection for the SECOND time to fix the VIN# and I've been here for three hours!! I don't know how long it takes for these things to get done but, even oil changes are faster!! The FIRST time my stepdad brought it in, the wait time was the same and nothing was accomplished! I've only had this car for 2 months!! As soon as I'm able to dump this place I will!!! It's messed up you have to deal with places like this. I regret getting a vehicle with them I should've just kept looking. Please don't get a car from here and go thru the same problems that I am. Or if you do, Please Before you buy a vehicle with them if you're able too...make sure the VIN #'s match and go get an inspection BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!

I guess they will go beyond great lengths to get into someones google account to write themselves a 5 star review, instead of actually making an effort to earn one. Back to 1 star I will update. EDIT: Best Auto is petty as it gets. First they write their own google reviews, and then when you catch them and change it to 1 star, they go ahead and go to another one of their other locations and write another review! They will briefly address that they "do not write their own reviews" and then continue to write comments that have nothing to do with my review of them putting up fake reviews. Just read their response. Honestly, you guys give your self 5 star reviews and write BS comments and you know it. You have never serviced my vehicle, fixed anything, or even clean the vehicle before selling. Go ahead and read more of their replies and see how they talk to people who give low reviews, calling them "despicable", and "waste of human beings". I wonder if there's another review out there under my account for Best Auto??? Since I don't know about them until I get an email of how many views I got on my review for Best Auto. As a person of the internet age, I love checking out reviews of businesses and as someone who looked at the reviews before I came and NOW I KNOW THEY WRITE THEIR OWN REVIEWS; This is shady as it gets! As shady as it is, it's enough for me to NOT recommend this place to anyone, even someone with bad credit. There are plenty of OTHER places you can go that will not WRITE THEMSELVES A 5 STAR REVIEW ON YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT, no matter your credit score. I am certain that is AGAINST Google Policy and the fact that they have the nerve to call people "FRAUDS" in their responses?? No Best Auto, YOU ARE "UNSAVORY" FRAUDS! Who cares about the cars you sell at this point!

we needed a vehicle very badly. we live in AZ and it was so hot. we came into their dealership. they accommodate our situation and we were immediately approved. thank you Best Auto!!! 02/15/2019 Update: I'm just going to use bullet points for the betraying business practices here. * had to take my car back to fix power steering pump *failed emissions several times before my Jeep would pass *bad oil leak *As for Out of pocket cost we've replaced the starter, antifreeze reservoir, radiator, water pump, doors starting making squeaky sounds like metal on metal, ac vents fell out, power window stopped working, plastic trim went from charcoal gray to light blotchy grey. And on top of everything else we had to switch finance companies 3 times. Then because if this our credit score dropped 16 points because they did not report one of the finance accounts closed that was with a previous finance company... I called office Mgr Liz and she stated that the previous account was reported closed. When I looked at my credit report again the account was closed once I informed her about my credit problem. Then it went down another 3 points. Credit report dates for the change all wrong.This dealership is a big joke. I was initially happy that they helped us now I wish we would have gone elsewhere. Shame on you Best Auto for taking advantage of us consumer's. I'm going to report them to THE BBB.

Worst place EVER. First time buyers do not purchase vehicle here. It will ruin your credit. I got a Chevy Cobalt 2008 close to $10,000. Within a week of having vehicle transmission light was turning on. I took it to get fixed. When I left the dealership car broke down and I almost got hit in traffic. I reported all this to the BBB. Best auto try to say that I was out of my warranty. I was seen within the 15 days but it didn't count to them due to the fact that it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I was going to get my car fixed every week. So instead of paying $10,000 for a car that did not work I turned it back in. Worst experience of my life. Plus every time I went to get a repair they would break something else in the vehicle. Now it's claiming $5,000 on my credit. That's a bunch of bull due to the fact and I didn't even do my first payment because the vehicle was no good.

My husband and I bought a car there mid December when we test drove it we informed the sales person that the ac wasn't working , (Manny) he told us he would get it fixed not to mention that the car was filthy in the inside never got washed or cleaned from the inside , anyways so recently we turned our ac on and it's still not working took it to get diagnosed come to find out it's the compressor and it runs up to 850$ plus labor called the dealership and they said too much time went by and they can't do anything for us ,I thought since it was supposed to get fixed they'd do it since it was something that we had informed the sales person of when we first got it I don't think I'll be referring or buying from here again ! We went to see about a vehicle and spoke with Julio and he assured us that we would have a vehicle by the end of the day when we g. ave him all our paperwork.....after giving him the info thru email ....he NEVER called us to inform us if we would be financed...I called him 3 times and was told he would call me back asap...that was a lie and I never did speak with him. I spoke with his manager that gave us the info and would not try to find a way to work with us...very unprofessional and not willing to work with you...anyone reading this has to go to TAYLOR'S AUTO off 19th ave and Grand and speak to Mario whom helped and went above and beyond to get us the 2013 Dodge Journey with 61,000 miles. Best auto doesn't not work with you and they won't bother with you if they can't make commission from you.

Been a customer for about 45 days since the time I walked in great service and straight to the point they don't B's you around ... I have got my car noticed the transmission was slipping advised the store manager (Myrna) right away ... Any time I called and asked for update Myrna is and was always polite and gave me a direct answer the mech . (Cecilio) who work on my car did a awesome job an in a reasonable time and was not left with out my car for weeks on out ... They gave me brand new transmission and worked with me (Sandra) on my down payment and first car payment would definitely . Worst car dealership in AZ I got a car from them on Friday and by Monday the check engine light came on. Yes they said they would fix it but its been a week now an I keep having to go back to the dealership for the same problem Auto zone said its my throttle body but the dealership says its the sensor and after doing my research u can't just replace the sensor so every time I come pick up my car after a few hours to a day the check engine lights keeps coming back on they will not give me a refund an they are just trying to milk the problem until my 15 day warranty is up so it will b my problem DO NOT GET A CAR FROM. HERE THEY SELL LEMON CARS

Would give it no stars if I could. So called "mechanics" either have no idea what they're doing or intentionally sabotage your car to keep you coming back. Management is friendly and accommodating but does nothing to ensure those working under them do good work. Will always say they will fix the issue only to cause an entirely new one. Lied about the history of the car and do not keep record of work done on car. Car is easy to get, hard to keep. So if you do get a car here under NO circumstances should you bring it back for work. Under warranty or not, free sabotage is never good. Better off paying real mechanics.

I purchased a 1995 Suzuki Samurai in September. My saleswoman Rebecca was extraordinary. She was able to answer all my questions and was able to disclose all previous body and mechanical repairs. I was recently in a divorce and my wife took everything. She was very understanding about my situation and was able to get me in a vehicle that same day. After driving it for two weeks, I noticed a rattling noise in the engine bay. I called Best Auto and they instantly took me in and repaired a faulty alternator. What a truly genuine experience. Thank-you Best Auto for the great customer care and vehicles.

People like lies, putting this company right. of best car. when in reality they sell ruined cars. This place was a horrible place to take my daughter for a first time buyer. All they care about is money a not pushing quality!! After two days of dealing with them we got no results and tried to play us like the lender was having problems financing her plus a huge down payment!! $1700 so i took her to Other guys automotive got her a way better deal better car small down payment and the same lender they lied and said they was having issues with !! Liars stay away all they care about is collecting MONEY with nasty dirty ass cars!!!!

The employees are treated bad by there supervisor and are used when they use you then they lay you off telling you they are going to call u to take a break and then never answer your calls after they state you still working for them months after they tell u one story they sell cars with transmission problems they try to fix with crazy glue. Owners have preference and are not fair with employees rhis place is a joke i go elsewhere to purchase another vechile there should be a good foundation and this place is far from that

My wife and I financed this car in 2020. 2013 dodge journey. Unfortunately we made a bad decision. But at the time we were happy and greatful. So far our car had broken down 6 times and the check engine light is on once again. So I guess that's 7. Best auto couldn't do anything for us and neither could the finance company. Tried trading the car in when it was all fixed and dealers would only give negative equity and cash value $300.00 just my experience. I hope you all have better experiences

This car dealer ship is horrible. I got my car in July 2020, within three months my transmission went out. I brought the car back to them two times for service, And they claimed there were no issues. I was driving home from work and my car stalled and wouldn’t move out of the intersection. They are ignoring my calls and they will not help me. If you want to be stress free, do not purchase a car from them. I have been paying a car note on a car I cannot drive.

I recently purchased my dodge from best auto, it's ran great with no issues and customer service was great and I was able to get my vehicle with ease. Everybody was really friendly and I even stuck around to chat for a little bit. I had a few questions after I left so I called and spoke with Ariana and she answered every question and had perfectly. So over all I'm very satisfied with best auto!

I've been to many car dealers before but this one was the most helpful and assertive. I came in with a 92 Honda civic and was able to trade it with my reasonable down payment ($500) and was able to drive away with newer model car. I recommended a friend to Best Auto who was in search of buying a new car. He came in, test drove the car, and voila, walked away a happy dude. Thanks Best Auto.

Bad place to buy a car. When I went to buy a car about like a year ago it was running good for the first month, then on the next month the check engine light came on when I went to the dealer to have it fixed they said the warranty of the car was over. They only give you 1 month of warranty. That's some ridiculous stuff. What a rip off.... I do not recommend to anyone.

Great staff and positive thoughts and thinking. Really great staff willing to look under MY price range. Little things that they could do better but really not that big of a deal like just the cleaning of the cars, but overall I have it a 5 because how they were willing to work with me and make sure I leave happy with the car I fell in love with.

This place is a scam. My experience was horrible. They sold me a car that only worked properly for like 4 months tops then the engine blew out and other issues occurred.
