I came in on a hot day and found a parking space in front of the pharmacy doors. Turns out that door was locked and everyone had to walk 300 ft to the next door and had to be herded like cattle into the store where there were no carts. I saw a shopping cart from a different store outside the main door so I grabbed it the guy says you can't use that it's not a Walmart cart I said well you should send people out to pick up the carts. There was so many people in the store it was crazy busy and we have nothing to put our merchandise in.That's the only thing I expect out of a store is to have something to put my stuff in if you want me to shop there I'm not going to carry it in my arms. Lack of awareness on management and the employee at the front door who is counting people coming in could have made a call to management telling him they had a problem. I won't go back to this Walmart.

I visited the Walmart there. First I was picking up a product I had ordered online. When I ordered it, it said that the store carried the product. They were still processing when I arrived, so I did some shopping. Then, I received a phone call telling me that they didn't have it. They did offer a substitute that was more expensive, but I would only have to pay the original price. I didn't want the offered substitute, but I suggested something else. The man met me in the store and I was able to show him what I wanted. He immediately approved it. He had to take it back to pick up to process it, but it was ready by the time I was done. He was both professional and friendly. I was very pleased with how things were handled.

I absolutely love my Fry's. I can always find what I'm looking for. The employees were Absolutely Amazing and Beautiful. They are more than happy to help you and even take me to the area of where your items. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I especially love all the employees and how are so polite to you. I would also Thank you so much for helping all of us get through this Pandemic. You ALL work so hard . I know that people don't think about what all of you have gone through to get ALL of us through this. Service here is so slow and inconsistent. Waited 30 mins in the cosmetics department waiting for the person for the keys to show up to unlock the case. It turns out non of the workers knew who had the keys. The person that did have the keys left the building. After giving up and continued on shopping we decided to try one more time when the keys magically showed up. Then to make matters worse the cashier RJ was extremely rude & inappropriately placing items in the bag upside down where they got messed up

This place has a lot going for it; Wendys, Sonic, Harbor Freight, Starbucks, Dennys, Jamba Juice, Sally Beauty Supply, and a lot more. I haven't been in all of them, but it's handy to have so many frequently needed places to shop in one area. Oh, of course, there is a Walmart, too. Not my favorite one, but when I shop I don't shop for what the store is like; I shop for what I need, and it gets the job done. If you are picky about Walmart, go much further north and east; for example, Tatum and Bell.

There's a Walmart I shop at here if I have something to pick up This Walmart's handicapped dressing room is used for storage. Since I need it to try on clothes, it's always a hassle. There's also a Denny's, that I've eaten at a few times. Typical Denny's- slow service, but the food has been good. There is a car wash that cleaned and polished the leather on my old Power Wheelchair once. That was nice of them and they didn't charge much, either. I know there's a Wendy's, but I've never been to it.

First time visiting this particular Walmart it was really nice and the beautiful thing about it was that every all that you walk down taking your tie shopping it was fully stocked up and if they had several items to choose from I thought that was pretty awesome and most importantly they had so much toilet paper and paper towels and laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent is essential items I mean that was a win-win situation for me what I like about this Walmart do plan to visit again soon

Just what I expected from a hardware store, what I didn't expect was to be followed around the store by an older gentleman pushing a broom. When I asked him if I was in his way he said "Nope he was just enjoying the view." That's what I call inappropriate!!! I usually do not shop at that location due to the area. Not to mention they only have one person at the register when there was at least 8 people ready to check out. I will stick with my regular Harbor Freight located in Avondale.

Everywhere I looked in Walmart today is there were employees working not talkin working they were busy all of them and there was a lot of them too I couldn't believe my eyes and I was in Walmart on top of that jump back man this is the Walmart to go to! They were also helpful in every Department. I left my phone in the bathroom and guess who had it, the lady that cleans the bathroom know one stole my phone! The employees were right on top of it. Go figure I give this place 10 Stars

This is my favorite Walmart, the staff here are ready to assist u, I normally find everything I need here in stock. A big shout out to Brenda (Manager) she is awesome with a smile on her face alway's. The staff here are very professional and take their job seriously!... The walmart on 59th ave n' Northern have nothing on this this Walmart...I couldn't believe how lazy n' unrespectful the staff at Northern are nonprofessional at all. Corporate u better look into that store!...

I do most of my shopping there, close and convient to home. Many stores to choose from, Walmart, Costco, Ross, PetSmart, Dollar tree... Target at the other end and many more in between, even a theater to catch a movie is close by. Pretty much a one stop shop for anything you could possibly need or want. Sadly Payless shoes will be closing soon... It's worth checking out if you're in the area... All the stores are kept clean. Good area for the family with children.

The parking is quite ridiculous, but easy access by rail. A good place to spend time and get all your shopping needs done- Target has occasional sales that make it worth shopping, and I think Walmart is trying to tick off customers by preventing some from entering who use backpacks as their carry alls. Very frustrating if you're trying to buy items and cannot leave your backpack anywhere...I miss Costco being at this Mall, it was just better back then.

I still like the store, but some of the employees were not practicing safe Covid19 guideline. The gentleman at the door was doing no counting at the door and others were crowding around me at the entrance. Many employees were not keeping their faces covered with their masks. The store was more crowded than usual. This is not the time for dangerous behaviors like this. If I see this again, I will film it and send it to the channel 15 news.

It’s always really full and I always have a hard time finding anything here, the employees don’t help for anything and it gets on my nerves that it seems bothersome to them when one asks for simple things like where can I find such item. Now the lines, don’t get me started that just gets me mad thinking about it. Don’t normally leave bad reviews on any Walmart cause I mean it’s Walmart but this one is by far the worst.

This location has a great number of spots to come and sit down at for a bite to eat. Bethany Towne Center also features great spots such as a Jamba Juice and a Starbucks located right in the heart of the complex. They keep the entire area very clean and very neat. It is refreshing to come into the heart of Phoenix and still be able to enjoy the better things in life. Which is of course some smoothies and good coffee.

Love the ease of access to the Walmart the harbor freight you got Starbucks Jamba juice. Food places Wendy's sonic and Dennys Wendy's has great service they are quick to take care of you sonic is a little quicker at getting the customer taken care of but they sometimes mess up the orders but always quick to fix it Dennys it's always busy long waits but once you get in its fast and friendly service

This whole shopping area is very spacious, and even when it gets busy parking is readily available. Pretty open layout of overall parking so every way leads out and won't find your self in a closed in area with no exits to main streets... Impressively kept clean, or atleast cleaner than average shopping centers. Great store variety to shop and/or enjoy services offered and well known businesses.

The walmart is good usually has stuff in stock others might not. The harbor freight is great, friendly staff and great deals. I wanna shop there more. The sonic is one of the best. I always leave smiling and in a good mood from their. Thw starbucks is meh. Drinks taste diff everytime and the staff is very neutral. They are not rude or mean but are not friendly either.

The Dennys at this location is the absolute worst when it comes to quality of food.. Visited several times. With large groups and not just one dish or item. Each time several of us in the group had issues with or meal.. like when 2 to 3 people at your table has to send something back or meal just all out not tastful.. It ruins the whole hanging out dining experience.

I can say Walmart actually impressed me. I found a bike there I never expected to find and it was at a very good price! Hi I cannot remember why I was there and what store I visited, but I do remember going to Sonic in that area for a Sonic Strawberry Limeade drink and I liked it - the price was reasonably for a large drink and I plan on going back soon to get another drink and try some of their food items on their menu. I recommend that you try the many different limeades.

Of course it's nothing like the used to be known great Christown Mall. But since the change it's tried to maintain stores for all needs to keep some type of attraction. Therefore they have a good range of food from wings to Mexican food. I love the theater there & great choices for all budgets rather the dollar store in the plaza to Ross to Target.

I visited walmart and Harbor Freight I got out of there with some awesome deals and can't wait until the coupons the Harbor Freight cashier gave me goes into effect! I figured for the prices they advertised and all the FREE stuff that it had to be junk. Man was i wrong. Harbor Freight is my nes favorite project and home improvement store.

There are only a few reasons why I shop here. I visit Sephora inside JcPennys and XI clothing store. I've never had any problems with people at this location and there is security. It's an oldy but a goody. The Harkins at this location is clean, but very busy. All in all if it has the store your looking for it will be a good visit.

The shopping center is centered around Walmart Supercenter so you can expect a busy shopping for the Walmart shopper. If youre not into the hustle and bustle of Walmart, you can unwind at starbucks or grab some food at several restaurants in the center. It's not well lit up at night so I would recommend a daytime visit.

It is a beautiful park. The bathrooms are clean. The fountain goes off every hour, breathtaking site. Lots of things to do. Visit the Veterans Memorial. Bring your smart phone to scan the QR codes to hear the information there & on the Statutes located on the trail around the lake. Bring a swimsuit for the splash park.

Very busy plaza. Decent parking. Number of fast food restaurants and stores. The major anchor store is Walmart. We came here for Wendy's, but ended up getting Sonic since Wendy's dinning room was closed and the drive thru was severely backed up. We have been to the Denny's before and it is busy but as you would expect.

I go here a lot Walmart get pretty busy around 5 o’clock at night so if you don’t like crowds I recommend you stay away. There is plenty of other places to visit harbor frieght has cheap tools at good prices and sonic is a nice change in fast food. The parking lots has stepped up patrol with the polices help.

There were a bunch of us from leashes for living what are service dogs that were in training to get used to being out in public around a lot of people in the mall going into stores coming back out having people greet the dogs have kids greet the dogs plus it's a nice place to go don't mind at all

Shopping center is very busy with a Denny's on the corner and a Harbor Freight is located in the shopping center.The center has a lot of construction and blue collar workers visiting the area. Walmart is experiencing a little bit of culture shock and is trying to adjust to that environment.

I used the grocery pick up service at this location. It was my first time using this service for Walmart, and I have no major complaints. It went smoothly and made my day easier by not having to actually go into the store....no fighting the normal long check out lines Walmart is known for.

Not bad for a little shopping strip mall is what I’d call it I suppose. They have a pretty good selection of stores and places to grab something to eat. It’s also pretty clean and not ran down, it looks well kept. Definitely a spot I frequent regularly when I’m in this area. 4/5 stars…

Stopped by this Walmart to pick up a few things I forgot while I was traveling north ,,, BIG mistake,,, very scary. I literally thought I was taking my life in my hands being there. Gang activity in the parking lot for anyone to see. Even when I was in the store never felt safe

We're fairly familiar with this center, having lived near it for a year a while back. A few businesses have changed, but Harbour Freight and Walmart are still there. There's also a fantastic Pho restaurant. Was visiting friends near by, so might go back to this center again.

Not my neighborhood Wal Mart but do come by here often because of the surrounding businesses. The Denny's always seems busy and everything else around here as well. Nice plaza. So much to do here even if the area isn't the best still good to eat, shop, and spend your day.

This center has a lot of things to offer. It is home to a Walmart, which isn't too bad. But also a nail spa, fitness center, and quite a few eating spots and other businesses I'm sure I missed. I was at nationwide vision today. The grounds are kept pretty clean too.

Walmart lost my respect they don't let those scooter out of there stores anymore my mother and aunt that are handicap struggled to get get into Walmart and then after shopping they struggled to get back to there car. Hopefully karma comes back to the CEO of Walmart

Lines are ALWAYS insane! And the majority of the shoppers are scuzzy. It's not in the best area and you can really tell when you look around at this Walmart. Rarely is the staff pleasant but dealing with the clientele would make it hard for anyone to stay pleasant

Nice area for shopping and inexpensive fast food joints. 2 Redbox dispensers in Walmart. Wendy's in the area. Firestone automotive repair shop. Denny's, Sonic, $tarbucks, Harbor Freight, Car wash. Jan 2 went to 3 Walmarts. All long lines, no close parking, ugh!

With Walmart taking up most of the parking lot, it's a very busy place. There are quite a few good places to eat at this location. Also have been really pleased with Firestone, so while they're working on your car you got plenty of places to eat or go shopping.

There were about four rv/ camper/ trailers parked on the property. They all looked as though they were living there... And had been for some time. I usually go into the Walmart while I'm here.... I also love that there is a harbor freight available.

We go there each day they go there and buy Starbucks coffee which is staff is great good people always greet me and know who I am when I start to order then I sit out front and watch for the sun to rise it's kind of a nice way to spend the morning

I always go to this walmart, always great customer service . We also get all of our auto care done here quick n convenient. The lines arent to large the cashiers are very helpful and quick as well as customer service ive never had any issues.

Like shop here because I can find a lot of cool things for me and children to have during this covid-19. Plus it's close to where I live and don't have to wait to get it mail when I need it sooner and pus I pick u my mother meds here too!

It was packed place was really busy. Wide variety of things they have to offer in that area. Parking was easy and checking it out was too. Finding things was easy in the store. We were at. Parking lot clean and people were courteous.

Price does not scans and they cannot sell the item at the Walmart. They should do better inventory checkup. And the customer services play blame games and do not want to be responsible for their job. Also no managers in presence.

This mall is always busy you got Walmart there Target you have Chase Bank you have KFC you have the Chinese buffet you have the theaters there so a bunch of options there if you want to shop eat or for evening for entertainment

There's a part of this store, by the end of the freezers, that smells really bad. Shelves are bare most of the time. Convenient for everyone in that area. That's why the shelves need restocking quickly. I don't like this much.

The Walmart is decent and i love going to that jamba juice. A cop walked up on me once when i was in my car just to ask me if he could check my arms for tract-marks. . . Kinda weird bit i guess its common around there. . .

It's Walmart, what can I say. Besides I work there. Clean and easy to get around. Good customer service. If you can't find it, just ask and we will find it. Not usually to long of lines and our cashiers are great.

place is always packed but everything is usually stocked and clean. if you go through the Wal-Mart entrance you may be overwhelmed by all the people. I suggest using the Costco entrance or go in through wing stop.

What a fantastic place. A dollar store where everything really does cost a dollar, a better than average Target, and an eclectic collection of shops that will satisfy just about anybody. Make this a Sunday stop!

Visited Walmart. It was ok. It's the Christmas season, so it was very crowded. Found the items I was looking for, but there was no one around to help. The store has a strong smell upon entry.

Sally beauty supply in this shopping center doesn't have a large selection of ethnic hair products. Also they were out of the eyebrow pencil I like. The associate was very friendly though.

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the panhandlers. It's newer, well lit, has Wal-Mart right there as well. Nice place if You're headed there. Even Harbor Freight is well kept up!

It's always full of damn near homeless people. Stinking, sweating, cussing at everyone. Smoking fentynal is the norm for these guys. Just sucks our neighborhood has come to this madness

It was surprising that this store had some hard to find items. It's well stocked and pretty much clean. The parking lot should be lit up more but other then that it's a good Walmart!

Always love shopping in this plaza. Stores had not quite opened yet when I was there but the grounds were beautiful and misters were already going as it was fixing to he a hot day.

bought a bottle of Irish cream posted price on shelf was 9.89 at check out I was charged 14.99 even showing a pic of tag they said it was not their fault blamed it on distributor.

It's like I say for all the town centers, be careful, lock your doors, put your steering wheel locks on and don't give money to the peddlers, and you'll be 100% great!!

Wal-Mart is the worst I have ever been to. People begging for money on every parking lot isle. Shelves empty alot. Staff not helpful. Really sad. Carts usually empty.
