Beautiful Seiko watch with good discount. I am a Seiko collector and I got my new Seiko from here. Only downside is your very poor after sale customer service. Will only cater you when they knew you’re buying something. I politely asked your agents to readjust my Watch band as the guy who adjusted it first did not do a good job. It was very uncomfortable. Was forced to get it readjusted outside and now it’s very good and comfortable. Will never buy my Seiko collections here again. And to think, my girlfriend bought her Diamond Ring here worth 5 grand. Never again. Both of us will never purchase anything here again. Very bad after sale service!

CORAL the manager of Bayside Frankston whent above and beyond to track down a piece of jewelry that was on sale. THERE was only two left in the country and she managed to get it for me! She's a lovely lady and very helpful. Since she's left, my review has dropped from 5 stars. Some of the other staff are rude and I was unhappy with the quality of most of the jewellery. Majority is silver filled gold however it's three quarters of the price of gold anyway and an absolute rip off! I asked for them to get a piece of jewellery in for me from a store 15 km away and they refused!! Since they've lost Coral they've lost customer service!

Fantastic shopping experience at Bevilles Jewellery shop, in Bayside, Frankston. The staff were attentive, helpful and very happy to assist me... . ALL of the staff who were working on Tuesday 27/4/21. (They all helped me in some way.) Well done Bevilles Frankston !!
