In May 2022, I reached out to Bey and Associates for a second opinion on my car accident case. The at-fault driver who hit me had no insurance, and the insurance plan I was on did not have uninsured motorist coverage at the time. My first lawyer withdrew from my case because the at-fault driver’s insurance policy could not be located. They had Progressive search the insurance databases and they could not locate anything. All of this was stated up front with my case managers from Bey & Associates. I told them there was no insurance that would be able to settle the case and I sent them my file with the previous lawyer showing the work they did trying to locate the at-fault driver’s insurance. I wanted a second opinion to see if a lawyer would be able to help me with a lawsuit, as I’ve never experienced this before. It was at this point they should have told me they wouldn’t be able to take my case. However, they still did. It took seven months for this firm to tell me exactly what I told them and showed them from the beginning: there is no insurance they can use for a settlement. I don’t know where the communication got broken down, but it should not have taken seven months to be told something I informed my case managers at the very beginning BEFORE I was taken as a client. It only took my first lawyer a few weeks at most to inform me there was no insurance to recover from and withdraw from my case. I told Bey and Associates this fact from the very beginning and showed them my file as evidence that there was no insurance coverage they could use. But for some reason, it took them seven months to come to the same conclusion as my previous lawyer. Which again, I informed them of this before I was taken as a client. Needless to say it was a colossal waste of time and their communication was poor. I’ll need to file a lawsuit myself. But it would have been much better if I didn’t needlessly wait seven months to be told they couldn’t help.

I’ve had 4 different people say that they are suppose to be representing me but now I don’t think anyone is on my case. Every time I call I never hear from them. It’s been close to a year since I opened my case with them and I have no idea what’s going on. Hopefully I can update this post with some good news.. as of now. . This has been a horrible experience. UPDATE: I became their client about 1.5 YEARS AGO. I still have not heard anything from this firm. UPDATE: 6/30/22 Mr.Donte called me a week ago when this post was updated. He was very professional and assured me that my paralegal would reach out to me. Apparently she reached out and I missed the call while at work. Today he provided me with her personal work number. I pray that we can resolve the suit soon. Instead of 1 star I now gave them 2 but it is strictly from Donte. Hopefully I will be updating this review with the final solution. UPDATE: My case is now settled. It settled today on 6/14/23. I would recommend this firm you just have to be patient.

I have absolutely no complaints. From the very beginning to end Bey & Associates have been nothing but helpful. I was injured in a car accident January 4, 2022. I was very pleased that they didn’t “rush” the process. They allowed me to finish all instructions from my doctors, checked on me throughout treatment and reassured me that they was there for me. Ms. Linda was AMAZING!!!!!!!! She throughly explained everything to me on level in which I could understand; so well even that it left no room for questions and I usually have lots of questions. She called me when there was no updates just to check in and she called as soon as certain paperwork can in. She made sure to gather all facts in the case and asked questions for clarity on their end also. They made absolutely no decisions without my consent and helped me understand pros & cons of each decision. I hope to never have to be in situation where I have to need their services again but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Bey & Associates is one of the "BEST" law firms I have the privilege of working with as they represent me due to my recent car accident. Their level of professionalism, empathy and ensuring through text messages and phone calls that as their client I am getting the care I need to recover is beyond outstanding to say the least. My experience with Bey & Associate was very pleasant. When I got into my car accident I didn’t know how I would bounce back. Luckily Antara Chapman recommended her law firm Bey & Associates and set me up with Crystal who handled my case. Crystal was very efficient and attentive. She answered any questions i had thoroughly and made the process stress free. Bey & Associates has a good network of doctors and chiropractors who all took good care of me. They were able to get the max settlement from the insurance and their team member Angie was very helpful when it came to finalizing everything. When I walked in there office to pick up my check they were very welcoming and their lawyer Taylor Middleton was very pleasant and thorough in explaining the breakdown of everything. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone going through a similar situation.

I’m guessing that these reviews are fake because my experience with Bey and Associates was a nightmare from the start. I couldnt even tell you who my attorney was because they switched “case managers” every other month. They dragged my case out for years because they assured me that I could get paid more due to the severity of my case. After almost 3 years, I closed this case with a couple of thousand dollars at most. I probably could’ve walked away with more, had their fees not been astronomical. I trusted these people but all they do is take advantage of others due to the vulnerability of their situations. They don’t care about you, they’re just like any other business in this ferocious capitalistic society. All they care about is exploiting your case to make a bag. Do not work with Bey and Associates

I had never had a CPA before and Kim Bey was my first introduction and I'm really happy that I found her services online. The staff is extremely friendly and generous with their time. Kim's meeting with me were of significant benefit because she provided me with tax advice that I would not have otherwise known nor would have taken credit for and if I had my own returns. Although I was a bit apprehensive about the pricing, I realize that if I wanted my taxes done correctly and with good services that I had to pay for the value. I also love the online system that this company uses to store my documentation as it made it very easy for me to upload the forms on their website.
