Morgan and Morgan may be the largest, but in my opinion that is their “Achilles heel”…they’re so large that they are not able to make you priority! Especially, if you don’t have a million dollar case! I had an accident in June 2023 as to where a driver ran a red light and totaled my car. I had 3 MRI’s and had to visit the chiropractor for 10 weeks. I was out of work for 2 months and could no longer commute to my second job due to not having a car! It wasn’t until the last week of October 2023 as to when I was forced to settle with the State Farm adjuster, because the attorney assigned to me case never got involved. The case worker Bridgette Hogan mishandled the entire case, in my opinion, due to inexperience or just overwhelm with other cases. I communicated with the attorne Tiffani once or twice (via text/email) during the entire time. Outside of the 40 percent that Morgan & Morgan charge to represent a case that is not represented by an attorney is also ridiculous! Morgan & Morgan received more of the settlement money than did, and I had to constantly follow up with calls and emails to get status updates. I was told something different about the case every time I communicated with the caseworker. If I was told that I would be contacted at a certain date or time, it never happened and I again was doing the calling and emailing for updates. The adjuster pretty much controlled the settlement, no fight or anything from the attorney to try to increase the settlement amount. I was the one injured, without a car and staying on top of the case worker to follow up. Felt like I was at fault for being in my lane and car totaled and injured from the driver running the red light! I was given misleading dates and information consistently! I settled before Halloween of 2023, today is November 15th and I still have yet to receive my check that I was told would only take 7-10 days to process. I only received $3,464 dollars. (MY fault, correction $3,264, because at the last minute I was told that Morgan & Morgan holds $200 for 90 days to make sure nothing else is owed, even though the case worker stated that she know I won’t owe anything)! Not to mention my check sat in the Atlanta office for a week after the adjuster mailed it out, I was told that the check went to Texas to be processed the reason it was taking so long. Meanwhile it was sitting at the caseworker’s secretary desk, and magically appeared after I called several times to ask about the time period. Caseworker’s explanation to me was , she was training someone, so she haven’t been reading emails or taking calls as normal! So after a week of wasting time, the caseworker then tells me about the 7-10 days of processing that I mentioned earlier. SMH, these ppl care only about themselves and their compensation! Do yourselves a favor and go to a lawyers office who can prioritize your case and a lawyer who is not too busy to handle your case properly. Worst experience ever! Morgan and Morgan associates do not care about small settlements, please don’t waste your time! This was my first accident ever so I didn’t know any better! I hope this is not a reflection of Dan Morgan himself!

Honestly I have no words of positivity at this time being my case is still pending. Truthfully starting to wonder if I should have gone with another firm. I hired Morgan & Morgan over a month ago and haven’t spoken to my lawyer once. I we tried calling messaging via the app and email and my responses are all automated it seems. My case worker responds once a week and that’s it. I was born n raised in Florida and grew up watching the commercials with John and his family and always said they are for the people. Feeling the company has gotten so big that it’s no longer for the people but simply for business. Update 7/21 I responded to the feed back via email attempted to call my attorney once again several times and attempted to reach my case manager again several times. All attempts thus far have been failed or no response has been given. Since 6-14-23 I have been told still waiting on insurance information and hospital records I obtained insurance information in less than 6 minutes on the phone and yet still no contact from my attorney has been made. I have to say this is honestly by far probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced especially in a time of such. I do want to than my case worker for the contact she did make, considering my lawyer has made none. After doing all the research my self and gathering the information I thought was being done by my steam I know now it’s all in vein. I will no longer need legal representation and for the most part don’t think I’d ever hire Morgan and Morgan to represent me again in the future. Big or small I thought the company was for the people. Seems my instincts were right and some of their staff doesn’t feel the same.

I exposed all that I'm going through. You sent a response email with a link that I have attempted to respond to on multiple occasions and so far all have failed. I need direct contact as my case is unique and I cannot communicate entirely, without assistance from a family member. I'm broken, and i know it. Get my medical records and go from there. I'm still struggling very much. I've learned to walk again, but i am not stable. So many muscles are not responding due to the pain caused just by attempting to use them. Without serious pain medications, it's not possible to attempt serious rehabilitation. I have a great therapist who challenges me and has given me tools to keep working towards rehab at a rate that i can tolerate. Baby steps, but I'm still fighting. I fear insurance will soon end my progress?? Bankruptcy is imminent and I'm concerned about that. But I cannot get back to my ability to function at a reasonable level. I don't drive, due to severe pain that is unpredictable and distracting. That was my life after retiring. Helping my Family as all good Grandparents will do! I've scared the boys good. I hope to teach them, to never give up. When hope & progress exist, you cannot quit!!! I am a victim, I need you to fight for me as well. My focus is not at all what it once was. I have a long road ahead. Weeks of taking shot given to me by Dr. Made me sicker than I have ever been in my life. If I had not stopped taking in it, I wouldn't be here today, and i know that. I pray, that those affected like myself are compensated not only by rehabilitation, but completely. And that few if any experience this! Positively yours. Patricia Moran.

I contacted this law firm for the "free consultation" that they provide. After leaving my information on their website for an immediate callback, I never received one. I followed up the next morning at 9am and a young woman answered sounding very sleepy. She asked me to explain my concern. Before I could finish she cut me off mid sentence to say that she was going to transfer me to a person that would complete my consultation. Once on the phone with a man, he asked me to explain my concern again. This time I was able to finish. He asked me alot on scripted questions. The process took approximately 21 minutes to complete. When we were finished he asked to put me on hold to contact the attorney to see if they would accept my case. This man put me on hold for 27 SECONDS EXACTLY. Then returned stating that he explain my case details and "The Attorney Said" that they would not be able to accept my case. He then proceeded to offer me a website to lookup other attorneys. I asked him how he explained EVERYTHING that we discussed that took 21 minutes in 27 seconds with the attorney. Totally Impossible. But, if that's how this law firm typically handles their clients or potential clients I'm glad that they declined to accept my case. That was a blatant lie and a waste of my time. That man NEVER spoke to an attorney on my behalf. While I'm passionately trying to retain an attorney to represent my Minor daughter. She is actively suffering.

Everything was going great until it was time to start the case. I downloaded all necessary documents on the app as well as pictures. I had to resend most of this information to start with. I had to basically force him to call me about updates on the case and the past few times we talked I knew that he had done nothing with the case. This was after he had me to send him documents. Now we will be stuck paying extra doctor bills due to his lack of attention on our case. This I really don't understand due to not being at fault for the accident. I have done more research myself than my lawyer. I will still have to pay the 40% to you guys and my son is not even finished with most of his therapy. Sorry for the bad review but sometimes the truth is what people need to hear. Just wanted to give an update to this review. I spoke with the case manager a month ago. I was informed then that he would be sending a demand letter to the insurance company for a settlement for the doctor bills. Here I am a month later and had not been contacted in any way to get an update. So I emailed him and got the same exact response that I got a month ago. This fully let's me know that they do not care at all for you as all the commercials say. I am so disappointed with this whole experience. We were never seeking to get rich . We just wanted fair representation.

I found it difficult to explain my complicated case to her. It seemed as though she was assuming she knew what the case was about, which was not at all correct. When i think she finally understood, I was quite taken aback by the next couple of minutes. She asked what I thought my monetary losses were. As I was not quite expecting the question, I truly had no idea and told her that. "Well, we need to have a number!" So I guessed (and later, having actually tried calculating the losses & was blown away at the total). After having given her my guesstimated losses, her immediate response was that my case did not meet M&M's criteria!! If that was the case, why did the gentleman i spoke to just before her tell me my case was acceptable and could be handled by the department handling business issues??? I asked her that and was told he apparently just didn't know. My opinion was that once she heard the monetary guesstimate she was no longer interested and that M&M was only taking high yield cases!! So much for your coined phrase "For the People"!!! I'm a People too, a Senior People who has been stolen from. Am I angry? Yes I am and I don't anger easily. But when I'm told my case doesn't involve mega bucks, so the firm isn't interested, I'm no longer angry ... I'M LIVID.

My case has yet to be finalized, it is still in its infancy. The first place I called there was breakdown in communication very unprofessional and lackadaisical attitude. So I started doing my research and I came up with Morgan & Morgan I told him my situation and they told me that they had to have it reviewed by their team I thought it would be a call back instead she told me to hold on the line the review team was really available it wasn't more than 5 minutes and she came back and told me that they accepted my case after that it was immediate action and concern on their behalf, and everyone I've spoken to familiar with Morgan & Morgan has told me that I am in good hands. My situation was as such that I was afraid or ashamed to even consider that I might be eligible for some sort of compensation due to the gaslighting that was inflicted upon me by the owner of the company. Mine is not a car wreck or a slip and fall a situation maybe unique to this company, but one that they are willing to challenge. Thanks Morgan and Morgan!

I currently have an open case. I haven't received a call from her as of yet. Miss Mary is the only one that I have spoken with. And two weeks ago it was someone that did a intake. For me at to explain my incident. It is very frustrating to continue to get calls from different people from Morgan and Morgan to explain the same incident that occurred to me. Over and over again. I was just notified Miss Erica Brown was the manager which I thought it was Miss Mary who was so polite and kind. I received another call from another member a Morgan Morgan. Which wanted me to explain my incident a third time. At that point I was frustrated because a lot of things have occurred since the incident. Personal things not related to my injury.And to continue to ask me to explain the same thing over and over again about my accident. Became frustrating to me. I felt like the people who I explained my incident too should have passed the information and the documents to the person who is truly managing my case.

Wow you see all the ads and they want to talk about how they want to help the little guy but that’s the biggest lie I’ve ever seen. I was in a pretty bad car accident and it wasn’t my fault, the other guy even got a ticket and said it was his fault and I got a fractured neck and jacked up shoulder and it looks like I will be wearing this neck brace for a long while from what the doctor is telling me and my wife called them after we left the hospital and it’s going on a month now and not a word out of them. The insurance company is trying to cheat me out of money for my truck that was totaled and good old Morgan & Morgan says well we can’t help you on the property problems just the injury part. Well I’m getting screwed out of $15,000 on the value of my truck and they don’t care. If I were you I would find someone else to help you because these people won’t and as soon as I can find somebody I can trust I will kick these people to the curb.

They sent my stuff over to another attorney they're paralegal calls me back and said that my case wasn't big enough for them and they were sending it back to Stacy thacker who was supposed to be the paralegal. And letting her know and they were telling me that she would not have to get back in touch with me because they were letting me know when I had no notification that I was even going to be notified by separate attorney then I called today and they can't even find my case and the girl that's supposed to be in charge Lisa says well we must not going to be able to take your case well I think you should notify somebody of this considering I've done all the paperwork I would consider your advertisement TV and answering service to lies . Also gave my information to another attorney office with our asking me.

Do not use Steven Fair as a (MORGAN AND MORGAN) Attorney. He is the worst attorney that I have ever used. He wasted my time on a clear case where me and my wife was rear-ended. After 7- months he said he can't help after telling us on several times calling and touching base that it was being handled. He will tell you one thing about your case and turn around a few days later and call you and tell you the same message. To prolong the case which should have already been taken care of. He tried telling me I signed something from the other side which I had proof i didn't that it was just the other side telling him wrong. I will never use them again for anything . The bad thing is I used them on a lot bigger case and they had no problem with it, cause it was a bigger case. I thought they built their business by winning. Small to Big cases, NOT just big cases.

I can’t find my pictures but a car was doing a 3 point turn at night in a blind spot on a 2 lane road. I came over the hill and smashed him. He told the cop it was his fault and he was ticketed. The way the cop wrote up the report was not clear. We kept trying to call him but never got the chance. Anyway, the guy changed his story and the judge dropped the ticket. I had hsp charges from t-boning him and going to the ER. I was doing 55mph the speed limit although applied brakes when I saw headlights in my lane. Morgan and Morgan still got me Money. $50,000 and they got their share. I was so happy. I’m fine with no problems now but they did send me to Piedmont for a large bump that came up on my chest. It turned out fine too. His is good. They settled with the hospital and I had zero problems. They also stayed in touch and returned calls and text.

They maybe "For the people" but not for us. My husband and I started a case with them on August 30 2023. To date we have had NO contact with our supposed case manager McKenzie McCord. I called 2 weeks ago and left a message and my husband sent an email to date no response. Currently we are on the phone for 20 minutes 11 seconds the operator is still TRYING to find someone to speak with us. We are closing our case with them they are too big for us. We are going to find a smaller law firm like Foy and Associates so we can get that individualized care. My husband had a case with Foy and I tell you that case manager called constantly. Morgan and Morgan is NOT there for us. We chose the wrong lawyers. After 22 minutes and 30 seconds of waiting he came back to tell us that the department was closed.

As a Military Veteran who was defrauded and recently working with Morgan and Morgan's "Attorney's" on my Slip and Fall case. Throughout the processing period the attorney's on my case switched numerous time to the point that I forgot who I was working with. I was even informed that some of the individuals were no longer with the company after supplying them with my sensitive and personal information. I requested medical and chiropractic recommendations and was provided none. We told to contact my Primary Care Physician where I then informed multiple Attorney's that I do not currently have a Designated PCP and if I could be referred to someone within Morgan and Morgan's network. Shortly after I was informed that my Case was dropped despite the proof provided and Community admitting fault.

Do not waste your time. Extremely money-hungry people they do not represent what they preach. “ we are for the people” is a joke, I was forced and rushed to sign proceedings and papers. I also corrected my case manager on the wrong paper she said” Don’t worry about it it's just numbers that will not reflect your settlement”. They have people in the office who told me she is not good at math while explaining my settlement to me. Their employees get fired every day I went through 3 case managers because they were “let go”. Disappointed, still hurt, and highly angry. Nobody has emailed me back in regards to further matters, they are ignoring me I have proof through emails and phone calls. Just choose a different firm altogether, hope I helped someone not waste their time like I did.

Never in all my years have a come across a worse law firm. They should have either taken my case or denied it. They took my case, called and checked on what was going on with me until it was time for surgery.I lost my medical insurance and they insured me the lawsuit would take care of my physical therapy. They waited 3 weeks after my surgery til it was time for me to to go to physical therapy, and Dropped my case. I couldn't believe it. Now I'm sitting in a brace not knowing what to do next. They should have researched before agreeing. You don't act like my lawyer for 7 months and then flip me the bird. I don't know if they don't like poor people or people of color but this is a Horrible Law Firm and will Drop you right in the middle of a case

I didn't get my case results just yet but I know this law firm is heaven sent I had two lawyer on my case that plainly told me that my case is to big for them simply went off faith and called Morgan and Morgan and they did the consultant and said they can help me the customer service was great they spoke vary confident and they were vary professional I hope everything in my case stays in great standard because this injury I suffered was vary trumatizing to me not only me but my family so I pray the are able to turely help me I've been in pain to long suffering but as of today talking with Morgan and Morgan I feel a little peace and that's a blessing knowing god has people in place to really be there.thanks Morgan and Morgan.

My only issue is a lack of communication during the first months. I was unaware that during the beginning of the case, it would be a 30 day check in. For some that may be OK, for others it feels as if nobody cares. This should be changed. At minimum a bi-monthly check in should take place. Many things happen during the first 2-3 months to client after an accident, and there is always questions. It quickly devolves a client's resolve when things happen and are unable to get responses from their attorney and the attorneys team. Even if the two week check in is just " how are you, is there any questions you have"? Even 30 seconds of communication twice a month is better than 30 minutes once a month.

This has been the worst experience ever! After a month of submitting documentation of my claim, I was emailed today saying Morgan no longer represent me. I heard this first yesterday from the insurance company that was being sued. My case wasn't a big case but my car was totaled and injuries were not life threatening. I picked Morgan and Morgan because of his commercials saying everyone is important. I think John Morgan is a good man but his attorney and case manager that was assigned to me unfortunately stopped answering emails, calls or texts after two weeks. She gave no reason why I was no longer being represented. That was the final email from attorney Brooke Sexton. Beware! Read the reviews!

After a very few question about my use of Roundup and my Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma she informed me that my case wouldn't be taken by Morgan&Morgan. When I asked about what criteria was used to make such determination, she said such information is not provided. The conversation was very matter-of-factly and dry and I think she used some kind of an application to make a determination. I can't say I am impressed but this is probably how large firms handle it and you don't get to speak to the actual lawyer. I will inquire about whether I have a case with a smaller firm where I can hopefully have a short conversation with a lawyer and not an assistant.

My experience with Alisson was amazing. She listen and explain everything to me and made me feel great just knowing that someone who never met me or know me feels my pain and understood what I was going through. K owing and understanding how much I hurt and not only about me but also understanding how afraid I am and worry about that my daughter who I almost lost five times because of health and who can because very sick again and the landlords k ow how sick she is and that my grandchildren has asthma and so do I where this place isn't suitable for anyone. she made me feel like I really have a good chance with Morgan And Morgan.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. Very poor service. They make someone sign paperwork not knowing what they are signing. Then they never communicate with you at all. I have tried to reach out to them for over a week and no one will call me back. Don’t ever use them at all. They don’t care about you at all. They don’t even call to check on you or follow up. I reached out every form of communication possible besides driving face to face with no response. I had to send a letter requesting release of services in hopes they will actually read it. I should’ve read reviews before. Just Don’t use them.

My case manager seems more like a prosecuting attorney for the woman who hit us than someone working for us. We hired a lawyer so I wouldn't be as stressed about all of my medical appointments and just dealing with this accident. Every time I speak with her I hang up with so much anxiety and stress that I almost regret hiring M&M to represent us. I would actually like to have a different case manager and someone needs to teach her better communication skills, she definitely doesn't seem like she cares about my welfare at all. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with M&M thus far.

Not too much experience so far. I have been with M&M since early August. No real updates from anyone. Then someone called to check my status and said that I was no longer with M&M. I emailed the attorney and she told me I was but I had been assigned someone else. Ms. Russel has not kept me updated at all. My insurance company is asking me to call my attorney. The only number I have is Tyler and he will not call back. Morgan & Morgan will not give me the number to the second attorney assigns (Ms. Sexton). Does he still work with Morgan & Morgan? If so, maybe a wellness check on him is in order.

I sent an email to my case manager that I would like to speak to the attorney that will be working my case and as of this date, I have not received a call from my attorney. Morgan and Morgan has done the complete opposite of what John Morgan claims, which in my case are ALL LIES. My attorney did NOT put her ALL INTO MY CASE, MAYBE 5% of her time. I had to settle in mediation for half the original amount at the end of July. I still have no compensation because I am disagreeing with the itemized document. I wish the firm would have told me earlier that they could not represent me or that I didn’t have a claim. I received a text message declining my case instead of a call as to why they dropped me. I guess big companies get by without compensating lifetime injuries and we the people have to suffer and sustain degenerative changes, arthritis, and daily pain because of the lack of representation and treatment.
