They were selling an airsoft gun for $179.99 when the manufacturer sells the same product for $134.95 that's a $45.04 difference befor taxes. When I asked if they price match they said no, and I get it people have to make profit but isn't this ridiculous. Of course they have the smaller things there like co2 cartridges, bb's, targets, safety gear, ect. The employees are amazing. My only problem is that they price gouge and theres not to much of a selection for airsoft there besides a handful of brands.

Came to this location since it's close by. Was looking for a specific type of shoe in my size, The manager named Socrates John and his co-workers were very helpful and friendly! John went as far to check the back room and help me check the racks to find my size. Unfortunately they didn't have the shoe in my size but the customer service that we received was above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and will be back for fishing gear. Thanks again y'all!

I kept telling the man behind the counter that my gun came without sights what so ever and he kept asking me "what came on your gun?" This man made it literally difficult to make a purchase. Then he went and made cruel remarks about some students walking outside. Basicly said high school was easy and only colleage should be celebrated. This man was difficult, arrogant, and I only was able to walk out with one of the 2 items I wanted.

They need to add three x to their line up. I had to drive to jc penny 14 miles away in order to shop for my size. How can I hit the gym if I don't have stuff to work out in. The manager was very nice but they need more stuff for bigger people that want to loose weight at least a 3x. I spent over 150 at jc penny when I should of got it across the street at big 5. They dont care 3x and bigger

I have been going to the store in Laveen at least every other week since they opened and have had nothing but A plus service and the manager Wesley is like a friend he treats people so nice. They've gone out of their way to order the shoes that I like as well as multiple other Sporting Goods that I've needed over the last couple of years. Five star rating by me.

I got something it said it was on sale when I went to pay for it it shows regular price and the cashier jazmy told me to go get her the price tag to get it at the price instead she do it for me but this Afro-American girl told me she'll check it out for me I didn't get her name she wasn't attending me but she stepped in to do it not like jazmy

Got there late with about 30 mins until closing, walked In noticed they're putting things away but no dirty looks no trying to rush us out. I'm very picky about how my shoes fit, the kid assisting me had no problem going back and forth until I found the perfect shoe. Very enjoyable staff including the lady at the register. New favorite big 5.

Ahhhh big 5...I love these places! This place is like a candy shop to most men because they have not only sport stuff, but guns and camping stuff, cool clothing and such. I only wish they continued to sell handguns which they don't anymore.rifles yeah but handguns nope! They're all co2. Meh oh well still a cool place to visit.

I walked in and was greeted by the store manager that was at the register and was asked what I needed and told her boots and told me right where to go. And as I was looking for my boots, the workers came right away to help with what I was looking. After searching everywhere else, I finally found the boots I wanted. Thanks

I wanted to give it 4 or 5 stars but, no one cared to ask if I needed help with 3 yr old holding hand and 3 boxes of shoes in other hand and under arm... get to counter drop 2 and no one said anything , if shoes weren't 60% off and extra 10% that day something along those lines.I would of left......

I had not been in this store in forever. Really pleased with their sales on quality brand shoes. Picked up a new pair of Avia brand sneakers on sale for 25 bucks! Also snagged a new Nalgene bottle for less than 12bucks! Definitely better quality brands and prices then I remember.

Great place to buy shoes at a really good price. Last pair of shoes I bought here lasted a very long time. In fact, they still have plenty of wear left in them, so they will become my shoes for working around the house. The young man who helped me was courteous and helpful.

Our shopping experience here was amazing compared to the big 5 on 19th ave and bethany home rd. The store associates did not follow us like we were going to steal shoes, they gave us time to see what shoes we wanted. Thanks, we will enjoy the 3 pairs of shoes we purchased.

Good spot to buy the little things if you're doing overnight camping trip. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. They're low on ammo, mainly .300blk. It's probably like that every where though, and it would be nice if they carried more upscale outdoor equipment.

Went in for slip on sandals (slides) I wanted Nike, or Reebok, something like that. They only had a meager choice of thongs. It was terrible. There were only a few pairs on display. Off brand at that. It was waste of time to even go into this store.

The store seems to have a variety of items for sale but a good size of this store was clothes and shoes. We would have liked to see more sporting equipment. Note that this location is not a good source for pool table and soft tip dart equipment.

I had a $10 coupon and we got a good deal on some Bronco glasses for a Christmas gift. The store is small but always well stocked. The cashiers were very helpful and friendly. One cashier suggested joining the discount club, which I plan to do.

Customer service was amazing; I was greet when I entered and a young man assisted me with grabbing the shoes I wanted. I bought some running shoes a reasonable price. I highly recommend this store. Nice variety of shoes to choose from.

Went and did an exchange today for my son baseball ⚾️ tryouts. Socrates was very helpful in accommodating me. I am new to baseball. Affordable prices and they allow you to do exchanges since the fitting room is closed due to COVID-19.
