It would be quicker to make furniture yourself rather than wait for it to be delivered from this incompetent retailer. From being told we'll have our table pre Xmas, to then January, to now who knows when. On top of it all, when I complained, I was told to "just to deal with it". I wish I spent my money elsewhere

If I wanted terrible service, I would go to a petrol station. Lady with the glasses and brown hair- you shouldn’t be in retail if you can’t be nice to customers, think it’s time to retire hun. Don’t bother with this place, over priced & they love knock off furniture .

Top quality furniture and homewares. The staff are always friendly and helpful & provide great great customer service, before and after sales. I have always been happy with whatever I’ve purchased from here and highly recommend Big Chair

This is by far my favourite furniture and homeweres store in Melbourne. The style and quality is brilliant, along with the fantastic service an d genuine interest from the staff. It is a little pricey but the value is in the product. <3
