Long overdue because I never write reviews but this one is a must. It’s going to be a long one!!! Last summer I started thinking about investing in bikes for myself and my boyfriend for leisure and exercise. Wasn’t sure of what would be best for me so I decided to check out the big box sporting goods stores and local bike shops in the area - BikeLane was last on my list (for no particular reason), but by the time time made it to them - they were closed. Fast forward to two weeks ago when my 13 yr old son became obsessed with a particular bike (SE Big Flyer 29” BMX) to be exact. I decided that the first shop would be one with great reviews and coincidentally the one I never made it to! Went in with my bf and my son and had to wait a few minutes because the gentleman (Mr Franky) was taking care of a customer - a little girl. I stood there and listened to how attentive he was being and how much he knew about his products. It wasn’t until he was finished and his customer was satisfied, did he move on to us. Franky, and Edwin, were very patient and accommodating, and very pleasant in general. They answered all my questions, and made suggestions and recommendations to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride for my son. They know their stuff! Unfortunately, the bike he wanted was sold out and even though they offered to order it for us, my son picked an upgrade and we were able to get it close to the price of his original choice. They even helped my bf pick out a bike. In the end we had spent over an hour in the store, had a fun time, learned a bit about bikes, met a couple of knowledgeable and trustworthy “bike” guys and walked out with two beautiful bikes (assembled). My experience with BikeLane is beyond positive. I can be a “difficult” customer, because I know what I want but I am also loyal and I won’t go anywhere else now. My son has gone back a few times since for accessories and he loves it there. He have also ridden his bike everyday for hours since the day he bought it. Thank you for your amazing service! The best bike store. Great deals on all classes of bikes. I got me a Cannondale mountain bike. M size. 26in all black. I love my bike had many issues with the bike tho. only because I ride hard! I wasn't given any explanation how to maintain the bike just told to check a few boxes off when I made the purchase at the end. After a few weeks over 50 miles things started to brake. One thing Broke after another on a new bike. I called and brought my bike to the shop. They wouldn't exchange my bike after huge brake the gears in side the that should never happen on a new bike. They just fixed issues and give me a upgraded part. They will fix the issue at a price nothing is under warranty only the frame. You think you get alot with 500$ bike you actually just get what you see. They put on plastic pedals and say you can upgrade to better ones and I did. no light I had to ask for reflecting red and white safety to be put on my bike. Just before the 90 days where up I came in and told them. I would like to exchange the bike for a different one. I dont might putting extra down. They said no it's used bike at this point. I've had to many issues I believe the bike to be faulty and unsafe they basically said you purchased it 2 months almost three months. Also found out that this is the wrong size for my body size and height. Sadly I was told there is nothing we can do for you. We can just fix your issues. Disk brake never worked as they should always made louder noise. All in all they guys who work there give you there best when you probably are not that easy to make happy but they try . I've spent over 900 on my bike. About to spend another crazy amount in a few min. It's a great store check it out make sure you ask what is covered in 90 warranty. They said maintenance when they tune up add oil no test drive allowed. Ur basically buying as is.

Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this one thing. I pre-ordered a bike 3 weeks ago at bike lane . But the color I was interested in wasn’t available. So I settled for another color. Frankie has amazing customer support. I was sold. Frankie calls me today. 3 weeks later with surprising news. He tells me that the color I was interested in. originally. Is in the shop and he called me because he remembered me. His customer service is so on point he remembered me after 3 weeks. Showed up payed for it. Was so excited. Frankie was very welcoming. And asked me to do a review. Now as I’m leaving I notice the tires have very little air. No problem. I politely ask for air. The guys helped me out. 5 min. I’m out. It’s raining but I’m so excited that I finally have the bike. I ride home. 15 min. Into the ride, I feel a pop and the wheel isn’t turning anymore. I don’t know if they put the bike together too fast. Or they don’t know what they are doing in the back of the shop. The rear wheel bolts weren’t tight. The rear tire ended up pressing left against the frame. Rides over. It’s raining. I have no tools on hand. Had to push the bike for 2 miles back home. The most annoying and embarrassing experience ever. Pushing a bike home and it’s making a skidding sound. because the wheel isn’t turning since it pressed against the frame. I could have gotten hurt. Very dangerous and irresponsible for that to happen from a bike shop. I got home I had to re-tighten every single part of the bike. I was confident that the bike was ready to go. It wasn’t. Customer service is on point. Buying from them is reliable. But ride at your own risk. Better to pack it in the car and inspect everything at home.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would!! I HIGHLY Recommend this bike shop as it is the only bike shop I would ever trust to take my bike to get a little check up or just buy some awesome gear from. Everyone here is EXTREMELY nice, warm & inviting, but most of all professional. They are very knowledgeable on all products they sell and really good at catering to the specific needs of your bike. Four years ago, I shopped around for bikes and ran into typical salesman who tried to up sale me or weren't really listening to what I wanted or their prices were just flat out outrageous.. and as I have a strong background in Customer Service/Sales I can spot the BS. I came to BikeLane with a final attempt to walk out with a bike that was for ME.. That is when I met Ed who knew exactly what bike to show me and I've been extremely satisfied ever since so much so that I keep coming back and will continue to come back. Unlike most places no one is here to make you spend money on things you absolutely do not need they tell you like it is! Their prices are exceptional, fair, & affordable!! It is evident that when you are there that the community has nothing but love and respect for BikeLane and I can say I never get there or leave without a smile! Thank you guys so much for always being so accommodating, helpful, & AWESOME!! & also thank you for staying behind after you were closed just so I can pick up my bike the same day because I was too eager to go for a ride again I am forever grateful for your service!!

BikeLane is not you're regular run-of-the-mill bike shop. It's so much more then that, it's a place you can walk into knowing that the owners of the shop aren't in it for the money, they're about making sure you get the best possible experience you will ever get in you're life. To me, this shop is honestly a second home to me. Outstanding customer service and support with everything you can throw at them. I've been to other bike shops and no one comes close to a bike shop like this. Every single time I walk in those doors I know that the owners are going to do everything they can to cater your riding needs. I've heard people that have complained about the prices of their shop but they run lower then most shops I've seen. All of their bikes and merchandise they sell are amazing quality. I bought a black Retrospec fixie a couple years back and it hasn't failed me once since I got it. I recently bought a 2019 SE Big Flyer and I will never regret it since the service and care they gave it was amazing. Every single problem I came into that shop with it was resolved swiftly and surgically. The BikeLane Bicycle store is a bike shop you will never ever forget. The owners of the shop put their heart out to you when you walk in those doors.

This review is waaaay past due. I first walked into Bikelane in may after purchasing a Huffy Nighthawk from Walmart. My front rim came bent, so i decided to take it to a bike shop to see if they can help me out. I went to 2 other places before coming to Bikelane. I stood on the line for over and hour, but let me tell you how it was so worth the wait. I was let inside, and thats when I met FRANKY the best person you will ever meet in your life. He was so nice and very helpful. He told me i needed a tune-up and that i was going to have to leave the bike there being as though this was a Tuesday and they are closed on Wednesday i would have to pick it up on Thursday. Franky told me he would call me when my bike was ready. Sure enough i got a call around 4 pm on Thursday saying my bike was ready to be picked up, but because i didn't pay for it before hand, so i had to wait on the line. Which i didn't mind, and the rest is history. Bikelane is the only bike shop that i will ever trust. All the guys are awesome but Franky is amazing. I highly recommend Bikeline to anybody that needs work done on their bike, and if he's available try to get Franky to help you. I promise you wont leave there disappointed. Nothing but POSITIVE vibes!!!

BEST BIKE STORE IN NYC. The level of the experience here is exceptional and unlike any other. Shoutout to Frankie, Edwin and the rest of the crew! I was in the market for a new bike. (During the pandemic and now that it’s about to be summer.) I went to other bike stores in Queens and Brooklyn and found BikeLane to be superior. Most places are sold out and some places are taking advantage of this and are ripping people off. What makes BikeLane the best is the service and the experience one gets from their knowledgeable experts! Yes, while their hours are limited and lines are long, it is well worth the wait. For those who dislike getting a good experience or are impatient, good luck getting a good bike. Here, you get to learn everything about your bike and the options that are available even if they’re not in store yet. You’re not dropping hundreds of dollars just to walk out in 5 minutes. These guys really take the time and effort to help you find exactly what you need and help you make the best decision. You really leave the store confident on your bike and I bet you’ll be back. It’s not just a bike store, it’s a community of riders.

I visited 3 different bike stores and Bike Lane was the best by far. The store is very clean and modern looking inside with a great selection of the latest bikes & accessories. Franky who works there is awesome and helped me to find a great bike based on my budget, showing me multiple choices that would work well for me. Once I selected the bike I liked they quickly got it set up and adjusted to my height and added a drink holder, lock, and bag I also purchased. Fernando helped me to my car with the new bike and showed me how to take the front tire off and fit the bike properly into my trunk. Later on I forgot how to re-connect the front brake (after putting the front tire back on). I called the store 2 hours after they closed and Franky answered my call and listened as I explained the difficulty I was having. He connected me with Fernando who recorded a custom video on the spot which he texted to my phone a few minutes later showing me how to re-connect the front brake. I was very pleased with the caring and attentive service at this store and would highly recommend Bike Lane to a discerning buyer looking to purchase a new bike.

This place is a mixed bag. They clearly know how to wrench around bikes but have a hidden sleaziness. You ask for something, they'll do about 95% of the work. Ask about opinion of brake pads, says they're fine, less than a month later says they're worn even though the bike wasn't ridden. I asked for hydraulic brake flush for both, only 1 felt like it was worked on whereas the other felt as when I left it there. A much earlier visit in past I asked for general look over and I who knows what they looked over cause the above requests was ignored nor recommended anything. Each time I learned and observed about my bike, what to look for and how they conduct business. Unless you need something very specific done, don't expect 100%. Due to lack of local alternatives many come here but I won't be as they seem to know it too hence the above. Waiting in line is definitely a thing others have noted which might bug you but for me its incomplete work. The "owner" seems to like to reply to these posts and you'll see if accepts or defends this

BikeLane is my local bike store, and I love coming here for help on my fixie. They sell inexpensive, high quality, high performance bikes and parts for any bike. The store is very clean and aesthetic, but what brings it to life is their awesome and lively crew who are quite funny and always have a smile on their faces; they want to assist you in finding anything that would make you extremely happy with your bicycle and take pride in their work and shop. In the past I've gone to other bike shops full of salesmen looking to sell you whatever (usually outside my budget) . The crew at BikeLane was looking into helping me choose the right tire for me within my price range. I spoke to Franky and he recommended a tire that he uses himself which not only gives extra protection to my inner tube, but also has a reflective lining on the sides so drivers can see me at night with ease, and honestly I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I salute you guys

I don’t even know where to start. Franky and the whole bikelane team are amazing! They’re super patient, knowledgeable & have excellent customer service. (They were also super understanding when it came to my cranky toddler which meant a lot!) Going in I had no idea anything about bikes, I just knew I wanted something with two wheels and breaks. Franky spent a great deal of time with my husband and I, he made sure we knew about the different bikes he was showing us and most importantly made sure we were comfortable on them. Being that I am on the shorter end I knew it was going to have a little difficulty finding the perfect bike but with his help and knowledge, I fell in love with my bike. If you’re looking for excellent customer service (and not feeling like you’re being pushed to buy something) GO TO BIKELANE! Be aware due to the pandemic of course there’s going to be a longer wait but it is so worth it. These guys are great!

After reading some reviews on this place I decided to give it a try a couple of times. I would agree with other reviewers that its a mixed bag. The best thing you will get out of this place is the customer service and the warm greeting by Frank. He makes you feel like hes known you forever and treats every customer with personal respect and acknowledgment. Very genuine dude and he would be the reason i go back for anything. For the mixed bag part of it, the mechanics and management obviously does quick work but at a price and with an attitude. The prices are way too high for the work that needs to get done and when you leave and have to return for the same problem that you paid to get fixed i think we would all agree that theres something wrong there. Overpriced items that you can get anywhere else for cheaper unless you are in dire need of something. I would be going somewhere else but Frank knows how to make you come back.

After walking along the bike trail near my home a few days ago, I had a sudden urge to buy a bike and learn how to ride in order to get in some extra cardio. Unfortunately, given the pandemic the bike store is now the new crack spot and lines are insane to get it. I came to BikeLane because of the positive reviews, and waited in line for about an hour and 15 minutes before being able to get in. My bf and I were warmly welcomed by Franky (with a Y), who seems to be very knowledgeable on bikes. I ended up purchasing a single geared bike and was able to pick it up yesterday. He answered all of my questions, making me feel calmer, relieved, and extremely happy to be a new bicycle owner. I guess I was a little too excited because I ended up riding my bike at 12am in the rain, busted my butt and scraped my entire arm, but hey at least I have a new bike lol. I’ll def be returning here for maintenance work, etc.

Bike Lane is an awesome bike shop that has all kinds of bikes and accessories to meet all your wants and needs. Franky helped my family and I select the perfect bike for me. He was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Could t ask for a better new bike shopping experience. I was anxious at first expecting to be rushed and pushed into an expensive bike that I didn’t want or need. My experience was completely the opposite! Franky asked me what I was looking for and interested in a bike. He showed me different models that met my wants and needs. His attentiveness and knowledge helped to ease my anxiety and helped me select the perfect bike! Thanks to Franky and Bike Lane shop for being an awesome bike shop in the community! I highly recommend them for all your bike wants and needs! They have it all! All in all I had a great first bike shopping experience and my family enjoyed being there.

What happened to this place and WHERE'S FRANKY? Walked in to unprofessional service and lazy workers that didn't come out the back area for quite some time before we were going to walk out. We find out Franky no longer works here and it shows. Started out with 5 stars but definitely not coming back. Previous Review******************************************** My family and I are in the market for new bicycles. After reading most reviews on this shop before visiting, Franky did not disappoint. He took his time, was never pushy and made us all feel comfortable. He has a way with kids. Even showed proper riding form. He explained to us all we needed to know on bicycles they had in stock and what would be the best fits for us all. He went back and forth tending with several other customers but never lost sight of us. He made it a great experience for me and my family and I think we found our new shop.

Very poor experience at the shop yesterday. I brought in a brand new bike that was making a funny sound when riding it.. like the gear wasn’t correct. Well according to the man I needed a gear adjustment and a brake adjustment. I heard him tell another man next to me that his was $12. He told me mine was 15 $ When I asked how come his price was different he said it was a different bike. Give me a break! Told me to come back in an hour. Then comes to me in an hour and said he couldn’t fix the bike because of its condition. It was brand new I bought at Christmas time! So I took the bike and left and lo and behold I get outside and one of their customers asked if they could look—- Long story short touches the gears and changes the number or something and pow the bike was working fine! The bike is working fine now no thanks to them.. n saved me the $35+ I was going to be charged !

Not my first time getting a bike from here, but recently got a Down Hill bike for a really good and fair price. Is not really a surprise for me because they usually have low and fair prices on their bikes, and if you're looking for a bike that suits your riding style and your budget, i would totally recommend BikeLane. And i also recommend the place because there's really good staff in there, they're really nice and very friendly, and they never fail with their products, never fail when you need help with a bike fix, or even just checking if your bike is functioning like it should, they're professionals and i'm confident on leaving my bike and having it ready the next day, or the same day, or depends. They also have a lot of useful products in there, and even if they don't have it there, they'll make sure you get what you want.

1st and for most shout out to my main man Franky (with a Y) aka Franky beans! (Only I can call him that) for the greatest customer experience. I have been riding bikes for years and never purchased a new bike for specific usage. Franky and the entire bike lane crew have been knowledgeable in all aspects of biking and customer service. They were able to help me without seeming pushy or pressuring me into a purchase. Since my initial experience I have brought my family and friends to the store and all of them agree and have been back on their own. Bottom line great guys great experience and they will always have a friend in me! Ed, has put together a true family environment and should be proud of his team. S/O to the bike lane family! This place is awesome! I showed up to buy my first bike since I was a teenager (a loooooooooooooong time ago), and although I'd done some basic online research ahead of my visit, there was inevitably a lot of nuances I'd missed. Luckily, the entire staff was more than happy to share as much information as I could handle. I got my bike, and left there confident knowing I'd be riding smart from Day One. I appreciate the thoroughness - this is an incredibly popular bike shop, and they could work the customer line down a lot faster if they cut corners, but they don't. Everyone I saw, with whatever issue they had, big or small, was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and a great positive attitude. And that's why I'll keep coming back.

This is a great shop. We went in a couple of years ago to get my son's kick scooter new wheel bearings. They were so friendly and helpful and left such a lasting impression that we went there again recently to shop for new safety gear for my son. Franky was so friendly and so helpful with my son trying on different gear and making sure that everything was a good fit. This store seemed very clean, organized, well stocked. The staff is super welcoming and friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy with their purchases and services. Definitely a place that we will visit again and we will most definitely be recommending them to everyone.

Great neighborhood bike shop. Franky is very helpful and informative. He helped us pick out a bike for my daughter. We had a problem with the back tire which got detached (happens sometimes with quick release latches) which they helped us out with immediately. Irwin ( hope i spelled it right) helped me with another bike i brought in to get tuned up. The guys at bike lane definitely know about customer service and they are friendly and funny everything you want from a local shop. Definitely definitely come here if you are in the market for a bike or want your old bike repaired. These guys know their stuff and are professional. Keep up the great work BikeLane staff you guys are killing it.

My wife and I Bought our bikes at Bikelane this summer and we couldn't be happier! They're very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes, so much so they even have their own podcast which is very informative. They found the exact bike my wife wanted within days and steered me away from one bike I was looking at and into another one which has been perfect. I've been riding my bike everywhere, so much so that I ran over a screw on the road and needed a new tire. The shop is right off the J train so it was very easy to get there for service, the guys had me out of there within 15-20 minutes with a new Kevlar tire so it doesn't happen again. Highly recommend them! BEST BIKE SHOP IN NYC!!!

My experience at bike lane was the best. The personnel staff were very professional and helpful. My overall customer experience was fulfill to the best in nature. The craftsmanship of producing wonderful work was totally outstanding. The staff are very friendly and outgoing to listen to the needs of problems that a customer can face. I do recommend this place for the best in service and profound , genuine work of art. When it comes out dating and building a new bicycle these are the people who are the best in queens. Big respect to the owner and the guys who produce good quality work. I want to say thank you for your wonderful services and you guys are the best

Bought first bike for my 5 year old here as a birthday present. Paid $240 excluding tax. They didn't tighten the handlebars properly, and on first ride they collapsed and my kid fell on his head. Not the best introductory biking experience. Make sure to check their work before leaving the store, and definitely before letting your kid ride a bike from their shop. Their "2-point inspection" is not sufficient. And when I called to let them know the response I received was to bring the bike in so they can inspect it. Inspect what? Would have been much better if they simply apologized and said to bring the bike in so they can make things right.

Walked in expecting a regular bike buying experience.. but this was anything but that. I have been to bike shops and riding bikes my whole life and could confidently say that this shop has the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The workers at this shop go above and beyond for their customers, in particular one gentleman named Franky, dude was one of the coolest, people I ever met and was extremely knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire experience. Their prices are as good as you can get anywhere. I will definitely return soon, and this will be my new bike shop and should be yours as well

After discovering BikeLane a couple of years ago at their previous Brooklyn location, they have become family. Great vibe, great service and all around GREAT SHOP. I've met lots of employees at the shop and there has been nothing but love and humbleness. Ed is someone who you can always rely on when it comes to all your bike needs. I recently met Mr. Kay which is an excellent type of individual to have at a shop. Attentive to customer needs and he knows his stuff. I can go on and on about this shop but you have to go there to experience it for yourself. Keep up the GREAT job that your doing gentlemen.

Bought my new bike today (Giant Roam 2) from Bikelane and Franky (WITH A Y!!! ) was a tremendous help. I have been looking at this bike for a while and Franky remembered what I was looking for and called me out of the blue when it came in stock in my size. He sent me a pic of it being built (attached) and was kind and patient with his time to explain all the do’s and don’t. He made sure I knew how everything worked before sending me on my way. The guys at Bikelane know how to take care of their customers and are true bike and skateboard enthusiasts. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

My Bf and I had some problems with our bikes. Before discovering this gem, we used to go to other bike places closest to my house. We love this place because everyone is helpful, honest, and they give you options. Either you want a full tune up or just get a specific part fixed. They charge in an affordable price. I wish we discovered this place sooner as other bike shops ripped us off by replacing unnecessary things and overcharging for labor and the parts. I highly recommend this place! The vibe inside is immaculate. Hope everyone gets to experience the great service that we did!

WARNING: terrible service!!! brought my son's bike to get fix , break and crank. i paid and when we left we noticed they didn't fix the break. we went back there and they said they will need to fix the rims and change the break pads in order to adjust the break but i paid for the service and they never said a word. later that day my son's crank came off when he was ridding and he ended up hurting himself. they didn't tighten the nut, it was loose. this is unacceptable! i do not recommend this place. warning: be very careful if you decide to leave your bike for service.

I've been to several bike shops but after visiting BikeLane on Thursday, I realized they are the best in NYC. Despite being busy, Frankie and the rest of the team delivered excellent customer service. Frankie was able to help me choose a bike and was patient while I asked a bunch of questions. The selection of bikes and gear seems endless and if you don't see what you're looking for in the showroom, there's a strong chance that they have it in their stockroom. Although BikeLane is far from where I live, I refuse to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

BIKELANE is so awesome I bought my first bike here & the experience was amazing! Franky is my go to! His professionalism & personality are what made my decision and buying experience easy. I love the way he took his time in making sure that not only did I visually like my bike but that it was the right fit for me in every aspect. Not only can you get a bike bike from BIKELANE but it’s a friendly neighborhood shop that you can go to any time you need a tune-up, accessories or even a friendly positive conversation! I will be in going there for years to come!

TLDR: Incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. SHOP HERE! The staff truly cares about its customers and makes sure they are completely satisfied with their purchase. As a bike newbie, I had many questions about how bikes function and the differences among them. They answered all my questions with concise and detailed explanations that were simple enough for me to understand given my lack of knowledge on bikes. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend others to shop here!

Bikelane is the best! They are super quick! They surprised me so much the last time I stopped in for a flat fix that I felt the need to leave them a nice thank you review! They had me in and out within five minutes, I couldn't believe it. Of course they weren't busy that day. But I have come in before where there is barely any space to walk and they have still performed in a quick matter compare to the amount of people they had waiting in line before me. Although busy at times, they are pleasant, and quick. Keep up the great work guys!

I don't go to bike shops very often but this one for sure definitely puts a smile on your face. One of the employees named Franky definitely knows how to put a smile on your face and makes you feel welcomed but most importantly it's the information he is willing to share with you, importance of stances you take with different handle bars and grips to introducing you to other bikes you didn't even know existed. The hospitality is what I appreciated the most. The employees in there definitely know what their doing and have fun doing it.

First time here this place is great and the guys that work there are incredible. Very knowledgeable staff and they make you feel very comfortable and provide excellent customer service. Fernando helped me choose the right bike he was very helpful and patient through the entire process. Also the other guys there Frankie and Edwin they were super cool and friendly and they have a way of making you feel like you've known them for Years! Cant say enough good things. I am always diligent about checking reviews before deciding to bring my business to unfamiliar places. I read some very positive reviews about this particular location and was confident in my decision to visit. I am so glad that I did ! Franky was an incredible help, very attentive and knowledgeable. If only all businesses employed individuals who truly anticipated their customers needs in such a genuine manner as Franky. I will recommend this shop a thousand times over because of the great service received. Thank you!!!

I love this store. I've been to many bike shops all over and I have to say that I really like coming here. They make you feel like you've known each other for ever. I've gone on weekends to take my bikes and Franky has been so helpful and he gives me honest opinions and suggestions. Im a good judge of character and I think that he really cares for what Im trying to do for my bikes. Im glad that this is not a corporate shop that is just trying to make money by making you buy unnecessary parts. Thanks my guy .

Frankie, you’re the best!!! I’ve been wanting to purchase a bike for the past few summers. My friend bought a bike from BikeLane and brought me there. The first person I met was Frankie who was super energetic and very friendly. I decided right then and there that I would purchase a bike from BikeLane. Frankie worked with me, called me ever so often to make sure I was good and after 2 months of having my bike sit there (because of winter), I finally brought her home!!! Couldn’t be happier!

Wow! Franky is just the best. Made me feel welcomed and devote all the attention I needed to find the right bike based on use, comfortability and style. He Super friendly but most importantly made this experience better than I would have ever thought a bike purchase would be... because as he said it’s not just a purchase, it’s an investment. He was very helpful in explaining every and any questions I had. Franky made a bike shop purchase into a memory and I’m super thankful for his help!

Walked out on two different occasions - once to get a flat fixed and then to simply buy a frame bag clearly visible on their wall - because I was in a line to get help and the one person working was chatting with whichever customer was first. I understand being friendly but if there's more than one customer in the store nothing seems to move at all. I'm sure the customer service is fantastic - if you're lucky enough to be the first person in line. Much less so if you're the 3rd or 4th.

I went there with a whole bunch of problems with my old bike. The guy (forgot to ask for his name) was able to fully diagnose everything wrong from broken axle, brake realignment and I needed a new seat bar. He even oiled, tuned and tightened up the gears and chains free of cost. All in all, it ended up costing me around $60 to ride what now feels like a brand new bike. More importantly, the associate was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.

This store is so nice and well organized. Nice selection of bikes. They have their high end stuff and their not so expensive stuff too! Definitely lots of options. I bought my bike from here and have never gone anywhere else for services! Tons of accessories to choose from and you could even order what ever you need if they don't have it. Which saves me shipping. Their flat prices are so nice compare to the city and other bike shops. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable.

Great store with a large array of selection. And if they don't currently have what you're looking for, they will be more than happy to look for it online and research what is best for you. Ebike friendly shop as well and they will even help with upgrades. Fair pricing, you will know what you are paying for and how much. Franky is an amazing sales rep, know's what he's talking about and will make you feel confident with your purchase. Cannot recommend this shop enough.

The guys at BikeLane are amazing. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. Great attitude and customer service. My husband just purchased a bike for my son and they were great. I also bought a scooter for my son a couple years ago at their previous location and they were great too, they helped me adjusting it every time I needed it. My son also likes BikeLane, he says they have cool stuff and the guys there are always nice and polite.

The vibe of this bike shop is amazing. The workers know what they're doing and they'll never do you wrong. They are easy to talk to and are nice people in general. This bike store also has a wide range of bikes, equipment for bikes, and they are masters when it comes to reparing. I got my first folding bike from them. It is lightweight and easy to move around with. Also, for the first year, once a month, I can bring the bike to the shop for free safety checks. That has been a big help to me. Everyone in the shop really cares about the customer. I always have a peaceful experience when I’m there. I recommend this bicycle shop to everyone no matter your age. Very poor customer didn't get the person name maybe he was having a bad day. He must not know how important is it to treat customers with respect to gain more customers. I went in there today to ask if I had to wait online to purchase a bicycle his response was " even if you want to give me a Kiss you need to wait online". He lost me as a customer I was in there today to buy more then one bicycle.

Great local bike shop. I went there to get my rear hydraulic brake bleed. I have an ebike and my back brake was very spongy and not working at all. I'd seen some videos on YouTube and they have good reviews. Eddie fixed my brake and now I'm good to go again. It took about 30 mins. I paid $30 for the brake bleed. I dealt with Eddie and Wilmer. Great job guys! BikeLane will be my go-to bike store.

Best bike shop in the city, bar none. Franky and his crew will always make sure you leave happy. Their selections great, the staffs familiar with everything under the roof and wont steer you wrong with recommendations. On the off chance they dont have what you're looking for they'll order it for you, and at a great deal to boot. For as long as I live in the neighborhood, bikelanes my go to spot

This place is fantastic and well worth the wait. My guy Franky is very personable with the customers and you can feel the positive energy within his establishment. Wilmur is another fella that works there that brings a positive energy to that place. Not only that but they’re very knowledgeable and keeps it real. I’m glad to have found this place I will be coming here for any of my bike needs.

Bikelane has a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere. I took my daughter’s bike for a tune up and purchased a new bike for my son. The entire experience was awesome. Not the same place it used to be. Service aint the same. Expensive, corny and rude. There are plenty of other local shops to go if you take the time to google it. Work is half-a$$ed. You have to keep coming back for the same problem. Some other reviews say this also. Before going here i recommend reading the reviews and looking into other shops in the area. Be careful with greedy owner.

The customer service here is just incomparable to any other business within a 10 mile radius. Franky and all of the other people I have come into contact with at the shop all know what 5 star service is. They actually care. I love coming in and buying new accessories I never knew I needed every week. Anyone that is new to riding and wants to get the right bike, check this place out!

The only reason I'm being somewhat generous about my rating is that I purchased a good bike from them and they're friendly with the customers. But other than that, I have nothing to say better about them. They're always out of supplies and the wait time is unusually long. I have asked for a shimano brake for about a month before giving up. The other store fixed my bike within 2 days

Bike lane is a really good bike shop. They got a wide selection of parts, accessories, bikes... during covid the lines have been longer, but it’s not a big downside given their amazing customer service. Franky helped me out with buying some lights, as well as giving me some advice about my wheels. Overall an amazing experience. Gonna be going here as long as they’re around!

This shop is awesome. I was there to buy my son his first bike. The service was friendly, they were patient and attentive. Great ambiance they have every type of bike for every type of customer. Fast repair times and cheap prices for advanced repairs. Fair / sometimes even cheap pricing for quality parts, product varies. Great staff with amazing charisma (seriously these guys are better than the guys in infomercials). Overall these place is pretty good and I would recommend.

I am very satisfied with their work quality. I brought my bike in for a complete tune up. They took it apart, cleaned it, re-greased it and replaced a few components. Amazing helpful staff, just started Riding my bike again this summer and started out with various issues including a few flats and a painful seat they quickly fixed my flats and walked me through some future tire care to avoid future issues then helped me find the perfect seat. the boys at Bike Lane did a fine job changing my tires and noticing a sharp object that had affected my old ones. They went beyond in fixing my brakes and were courteous despite my limited knowledge of bikes. They are con artist. I had 3 bikes serviced there and two of them had parts fall off during the ride. One on the same day of service! They do that to get you to come back and fill your head with stories to get you to spend more. You have been warned. Do not go there!
