TERRIBLE SERVICE. Motorola baby monitor wouldn't turn on, contacted them as still in warranty and was told they don't have a replacement; i will have to wait till they come across one... after explaining that is not good enough (should i really have to do this? they were so happy to let us go without a baby monitor for an unknown amount of time!) they said they can replace with a crappier model.. fine. and THEN tell me i have to post back broken one 1st @ my own expense (international pricing).... and 2 months later... have not heard a word.
Purchased a Motorola baby monitor through Hubble Connected, a Binatone company. Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Do not purchased anything from this company. Stay away.
