By a country mile, the worst taxi service in North America. 3 cabs refused to take me because I had a small set of golf clubs. They also ask you were your going before you get in and if it doesn't suit them they drive off. They also occasionally tell you the price before you get in and don't turn on their meter (mainly to drunk people at the end of the night) tried it with me a few times late at night after I finish work. Robbing yous blind. No wonder Uber and Lyft are blowing yous out of the water.

Unreliable service. I'm a daily user and yhe service continues to decline. Majority of the time, you call for a cab and they accept the call...only to pickup a flag and cancel, restarting my waiting process again. I try to support local business and avoid uber, but with can services refusing to innovate or put a priority on customer service and accountability, it's becoming a struggle to support a business that is unwilling support their regular customers will even moderately good service

Driver on his phone all the way, I had to repeat my destination 3 times… holding his phone in his hands while driving, giving his credit card number and personal infos to the person on the phone while almost making an accident… didn’t care about his customer for the 30 minutes drive on the phone… BT59 on the 31st of august at 5:30 from the airport… next time I’ll take an Uber.

My driver wouldn't let me out on my side of the street in the pouring rain. I was so mad dressed in my work clothes, I got soaked. Then I phoned left a complaint my number because nobody answered and nobody called back. Completely stopped using

Hashan was an absolute lifesaver this evening! Amazing service, picked us up quickly, super professional and accommodating, and got us everywhere we needed to go (multiple stops) early. Will be using Black Top cabs from here on out!

Worst cab Co. Ever. Stole money from my wife, management chose to do nothing about it. I will never use them or recommend them as long as I live.
