This is a great dental office and I highly recommend Dr. Malette. She is an excellent dentist and is particularly outstanding in the level of care she provides. On top of all the regular dental check-ups, fillings, etc, I have also had two major gum allografts done by Dr. Malette. She took the time to explain the procedure beforehand and also emphasized what I needed to do post-op to get the best results. She also made herself available afterwards for any follow-up questions or concerns I had. She is an excellent surgeon and I had really good results. Recently, I had botox injections to reduce facial pain and headaches from night grinding. Once again, she took the time to explain all the pros and cons and really listened to my symptoms to ensure that she was targeting the right spots to address my pain. I am once again enjoying excellent results. Besides Dr. Malette, the rest of the office is also filled with people who are excellent at their jobs and who always make you feel welcome and well cared for, almost like an extended family. My two kids have always gone to this office and have never complained about having to go the dentist because they have always been so well cared for. I also really appreciate that appointments are on time and that Joyce is always so efficient with booking and with submitting claim forms.

What a wonderful team. From the reception and warm welcome at the front desk, to the hygienists professional and friendly demeanor. They are also bilingual, which is important to me. Dr. Malette is an expert in her field. She is easy to talk to, professional, trustworthy, efficient and makes recommendations that are required and reasonable. I didn't feel like she was there to make money and recommend things that wouldn't really be required for me. The office is gorgeous. It has a modern, fresh and welcoming design. The Accessibility features are top notch. You can see that they take their clients' safety, security and comfort to heart. Lots of parking and and easy to get to. They also take Covid restrictions seriously and this is very important. I felt comfortable at all times. I brought my 5 year old daughter a few weeks ago and she was timid and fearful, but the hygienist was kind, gentle and comforting. So happy to have become a patient of theirs. Gen Lacroix

Greatest dentist ever. I have been a patient of Dr. Malette for over 13 years. She and her staff are super friendly and always warm and welcoming. All the fillings, root canal, and the tooth extraction that I have had done there have been virtually painless. I have trouble with freezing not working and she’s able to accommodate for that. I also have severe sensitivity issues and the hygienists always put on a numbing agent before cleaning my teeth. It’s nice to have Dr. Malette and her staff remember who you are and remember personal details about you! I now bring my young children there and they love her too.

I have been a patient at Blackburn since 1995. I have always been very nervous in a dentist's chair. You know, sweaty palms and eyes squeezed shut hoping they find nothing wrong. Well Dr. Malette changed all that for me. She and her assistant Angie are very caring and a calming influence. During a freezing, she will tell you to go to that favourite place. If you have any pain, she stops right away and gives you time to breathe and explain what you are feeling. Even when she uses the drill, which I really hate, she tells how many more seconds till she is done. I am so grateful to have her as my dentist.

I am a very nervous dental patient due to past experiences at a different dentist office. I switched to Dr. Mallette about five years ago after hearing about her through a friend. I am so glad I did! She has been extremely gentle and patient with me. She understands how nervous and anxious I can get and she treats me with respect rather than brushing away my fears. I have been a patient of Blackburn Dental Centre since about 1989 when it was Dr. Harfield's practice. I was afraid when he retired that I would not experience such a kind and gentle dentist who also had excellent skills again. But since then I've been treated by Dr. Malette and Dr. Morin and they are both wonderful. Their team of hygienists and assistants and Joyce at the front desk are also very efficient and always greet you with a warm smile. Their beautiful new office is just icing on the cake!

We have moved out of Blackburn Hamlet, but we don't mind the drive to Blackburn Dental Center. The office is run efficiently - clean, and we rarely wait more than a few minutes for anything. I particularly appreciated the extra efforts they made to look after a new and challenging patient I brought them, my very frail 94 year old mother. I will never forget their kindness.

Dr. Morin made time to fit me in his schedule the next day and went out of his way to fix my teeth as quickly as possible.
