While I feel the LRT doesn't have too many issues when I take it, it's offset by terrible connecting bus service, especially on any given Sunday. The overall typical bus ride is bumpy, with a bus that feels like maintenance hasn't been done on since they bought it, and drivers who tend to slam on the breaks too frequently. Pair those factors with unreliable times, especially with the overabundance of buses going to Millenium station and the lack of anything going to Place d'Orleans, and any time you might have gained by LRT is lost. Seriously, when will they lower the price of the Presto card for service this unreliable? Asking for almost $120 monthly is too much, and I struggle to justify that price yearly if this is what we are getting.

This is where your drivers do not have slightly respect for people with lomited mobility and closing doors in their face. Your service OCTranspo does not worth a penny. This was on August 18 at ~17:00 with a photo of your unscrupulous driver and bus.

What a joke of a service, the station is extremely dirty and the bus passed by us completely empty then camr back 10 mins later to pick us up. Terrible terrible sevice

Bus frequency is good here. We have 3 stations here. Watch out! You can't find them in Google maps. Better ask or find a schedule board for your bus stop.

Use the Transit app found in the apple store and play store on the android phone. It's helpful to plan your route!
