Things will for sure be getting much better with the opening of the O-TRAIN expansion suppose to open in Sept 2023 - the station itself could use an update of some sorts, but it is useable. It's just so drab and gloomy inside - but their focus has been on the new infastructure (train tracks, new extended lines to Ottawa International Airport/ MacDonald-Cartier Airport) so once those things get off the ground maybe the next chapter would be to renovations to make a world class system, in a world class City, look like its world class also!

Got on the wrong bus once and didn't know where the hell I was, it took me half an hour to find which bus I needed to be on. The signs could be clearer to help people unfamiliar with the area, though overall it was a nice experience.

Poooor time keeping by the buses - the display board says 3 minutes and the bus doesn't arrive until 23 minutes - the buses have their engine on and yet won't start

Waited more than an hour (10:26-11:40 on Saturday night) and didn't see one bus that was in service.

It's a convenient and well positioned park and ride.
