Really unhappy with the service we received. Had a plant delivered to our grandmother - while she was appreciative she said that a majority of the leaves had browned or half the leaf had broken off many of them, so she phoned the florist and they said they'd have a new one delivered in it's place - which was great! The second plant, however, was in a much smaller vase and itself, much smaller. This was aggravating as I had initially let the employee I was speaking with know that we wanted something quite large, as to make an impression (having your grandmother spend her 86th birthday in isolation is kind of saddening for us). We waited a few days to be contacted by the florist about a partial refund or credit note due to the amount we paid for the bigger plant.. When this did not happen I decided to reach out myself. I spoke to the same woman and she said the plant size is exactly the same, that the vase is different but other than that it's the exact same size, same amount of leaves etc and obviously no matter what they'd given my grandmother 'she would have have been unhappy' and told us that our 86 year old grandma would have to bring the plant back and choose something for herself (We live in Melbourne so we can't do this for her). At the point I got so angry I hung up. When I had (almost) calmed down I phoned back and told her, very firmly, that I have the photos in front of me, that I can send them to her if she wants. She tried to change the conversation from the original fact to the fact that I hung up on her, which I agree was very rude, but not the point. I take responsibility that perhaps I became too hot-headed, however I can't take/understand when a person or business can not take responsibility for perhaps not making the best decision on their part. Before I could ask for a partial refund she said she will go pick up the plant and give a full refund, again, because my grandmother would 'never be happy', lol ok.. I would stick to bunnings for houseplants tbh.

I was looking for a florist who would incorporate my families garden greenery in the Floral arrangement for my Father's Casket, his life celebration was the friday before Mothers Day 2016 (a busy time for florists) but "The ladies @ Bliss" were so Kind/Patient & explained different effects of ribbon I was wanting to use & showed me many flowers without me ever feeling rushed & they came up with an arrangement that was exactly the effect I was looking for & had it delivered early the next day to the funeral home. The funeral home even commented on how professional "Bliss Florist" was as they had contacted the funeral home to make sure all the details went smoothly for us as we had only gone into "Bliss Florist" the day before. Thankyou for making this so easy & for giving us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted @ such as stressful time you gave us a ray of sunshine.

Fantastic experience, nothing was too much trouble, I was seeking assistance with adding fresh flowers to a cake, the customer service was beyond exceptional. The staff (I believe it was the owner) was extremely knowledgeable; and went over and above with her service. I will definitely be making Bliss Flowers my only stop for flowers in the future. Keep up the fantastic work. The cake worked out great too!

I was quite particular with what I wanted this time so thank you for getting the special chocolates for me and for the beautiful flowers you put together - My Mother in law loved them. Disappointed with the service here. Visited looking to purchase some bottle babies. Young lady didn't know where they would be, asked someone more experienced who told me to look out the front. I did and couldn't find any. I asked for help but couldn't find any either. Both shop assistants seemed too busy to assist. Flowers looked lovely but not what I went for.

I rushed into Bliss Flowers at 9am and asked for two bouquets and two button holes, as we were trying to plan a wedding in about 8 hours. Helen was incredible, she was so quick, professional and understanding. The flowers she made us up were perfect. A MASSIVE thank you to Helen and Bliss flowers!!

Beautiful flowers and the service is fantastic. The lady who served me (the owner I assume) was very lovely and accommodating. I asked for a bouquet last minute, and she made one up for me on the spot, putting a lot of effort into her work and they looked beautiful.

BLISS florist was such a lovely woman, who was able to interpret what I wanted for my wedding bouquet and corsages to a tee ! Nothing was too much trouble and she even gave me some gypsophlia for my hair ! I have no hesitation in recommending BLISS .

Bliss made three simply gorgeous floral table centres for me. They are simply beautiful and will really make our Christmas table. I have used Bliss over many years and they always exceed my expectations. Great service and lovely people to deal with.
