Got an iced coffee, plain, nothing added, and it was 7 dollars. Seven. Dollars. It was a good cup of coffee, the employees were nice, but I probably won’t come back here because of the price. The menu board also didn’t have the price listed, which I feel like is kind of a scam. Overall good coffee but way way way overpriced. More

I love the soft arabica brand coffee they using to make cappuccino. It's may be little expensive, compare to other coffee places, but It worth every penny. It's very roomy inside, but I prefer seat outside (if weather permit) and observe crazy, dynamic live of this beautiful city with cup of lovely coffee.

Every time I come here, by far the worst service of any of the Blue Bottle in NYC. Everyone has an attitude in this place, staff here needs to undergo some customer service training. Definitely not what you expect from a Blue Bottle. I’ll stick to the midtown locations from now on. More

Blue Bottle Coffee might be one of the most elegant cafes that has reasonable prices. They will brew your coffee before your eyes by the cup( it takes about 3 minutes) and you know it’s fresh and, yes, delicious! I had a perfectly balanced and delicious almond latte. More

Three stars because the prices are obscenely high, even for Manhattan. However, if you have a lot of disposable income and paying $7+ for a 12oz iced coffee doesn't phase you, absolutely try it. The coffee was very good as was the service. Much better than SBUX.

The food was NOT worth the price. I got a tiny sandwich for $8!!! The atmosphere was mediocre. The ambience was basic, the coffee and food is overpriced and underwhelming. Save yourself the disappointment adlnd go to a different and better Cafe. More

Overpriced but excellent coffee. The barista rudely directed me away from the small opening in the plexiglass through which he talked to me. Note that I was the only masked customer ("guest") in the whole store. The remaining 28 guests were unmasked.

The pour-over coffee is quite decent, albeit expensive at $5 a 12oz cup. I don't go here often because of the price, just when I don't have the chance to brew my own. The staff members are polite, and the ambiance isn't hectic, loud, or crowded. More

They need to work on their pour over. I'm happy to pay $5 plus tax and tip for a good pour over, but it's not very good. The roast tastes burnt. Perhaps it's because they're using a "winter blend", which tends to be a blend of cheaper, dark

Ordered regular drip coffee (small - brown cup on the picture ), and iced!!! Coffee- on the right - medium!!!) came up to 12$ and change! When I inquired the person at the counter why my small coffee and medium size coffee are the same size

Delighted to be warmly greeted by the friendly Randy who is super knowledgeable about the menu at Blue Bottle—recommending the waffles and Hot Nola coffee which tasted awesome! He also introduced the newly launched instant espresso which is

People who work here are very unfriendly. I was charged $7 for a cup of coffee. Cold milk was added which made the coffee to get cold. People working there were not able to steam or microwave my coffee and did not even offer a replacement.

I've been to a few Blue Bottle cafes and the one in the Walker Hotel is especially nice. I had one of their seasonal NOLA iced coffees and it was perfect. Coffee quality is consistently top notch and reflected in the price. More expensive,

While it has become standard to wait for one’s coffee in coffee shops in New York City for anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes, even when it seems like there is no one in front of you in line, my wait for my drink this morning at this place

Blue bottle has been one of my favorite, but my last experience was disappointing. I think the barista poured some pre-made espresso from a cup and then went on steaming the milk to make my latte. I understand it as a way of saving time

  • Clifton Lawley

Pretty bad location. I’ve been 10+ times. I almost always have the same experience. Scorched espresso shot and rude/apathetic staff. Similar to another person’s experience– I watched a friend of the barista come in after I ordered my

$5 for a small cup of regular coffee. And was barely warm. You had one job… P.S.: minimum tip is 15% - you would think with their prices and minimal service they could pay their workers a decent enough salary? More

Love Blue Bottle and love this location in particular. All the baristas here are really sweet and the coffee is always fantastic, as to be expected from Blue Bottle. By far my favorite coffee chain. More

  • Abbas Abbasov

My favorite drink at Blue Bottle is the New Orleans iced coffee. While on the pricier side, Blue Bottle offers some of the best coffee among widely available coffeeshop chains

Very busy. Expensive but drink was fine and it was fine to pass the time before heading the to airport. The airport bus M60 runs across the street. Drink menu limited. More

Very neat place for a coffee chat. I went there to have a chat and enjoyed it. It smells delicious coffee and the hot chocolate was good but nothing extraordinary either.

  • Matthew Jennings

Want to order and sit in for 15 mins there while the baristas serve 20 online pickup orders before you get your coffee? Me neither. Just straight lack of respect.

  • Musa Aziz

The coffee is good. The staff is quite friendly. Above all, the atmosphere is different and well suited for work or hanging out with a friend. More

  • Eddie Maza

The barista was so friendly; after a long work day his kindness made my day! My drink was great, but I will be back for the amazing service. More

  • Abel V

Finally some good specialty coffee! Yes, it is more expensive than other places in the area, but if you are into coffee then it's well worth it.

  • Zoya Michel

I had a delicious cappuccino in the afternoon. Friendly service. It was kinda full of people who enjoyed whatever they had ordered. More

  • Shachar Ashkenazi

Great atmosphere and the place is definitely beautiful. They are pretty slow, it takes a few minutes just to get a cup of coffee.

  • Adrian Davila

If you go to school at columbia university or in need of excellent coffee, you need to come to this blue bottle location.

  • Josh Me

Friendly and nice staff, they make great coffee. Prices are very high, but that's probably rent, I blame Columbia. More

Finally a good coffee in nyc, i had the best coffee so far. One employee was so helpful and super friendly

  • Andy Edwards

Coffee was pretty good. It is often busy and finding indoor seating is a struggle. Overall nice place.

  • Daniel D'Agostino

Why do people come here? Don't waste your time or money. The product is no way near worth the cost.

  • Freya

The best blue bottle in the city, because of the amazing baristas!!!
