So I called the nolensville location around 11 am and asked what time they closed. I was told 430. So on my lunch break I take an Uber and get there at 350. I test drove the vehicle the previous day, so today I was ready to do the down payment and paperwork. When I get there the lady that was working argued with me about the price of the car for 20 minutes at least, even with me showing her what was shown online. Eventually she looks into it and sees she was wrong and laughed. She was extremely rude all 3 days that I dealt with her. It was as though I was bothering her because she had to do her job. I was so offended and irritated by the end of it I left without purchasing the vehicle and will not be returning. I advise anybody not to purchase a car from this place.

I bought from those people 2010 dodge caravan last year; the price of the care has been increase somehow every month by 17%. By the end of one year the price of the car jumps from 14,000 to 18,000. They lied to me and take my 2005 Camry and sold me salvage broken car and told me that the price will be just 14000, and don’t wary about the interest in the paper, we will never collect that interest, it just routine put in every paper. I pay 11000 already and still need me to put 8000 more. The car does not worse 4000 in the market If you still want to buy a car from those people, read the paper carefully and don’t trust anything they will tell you

I really though this was a reputable car lot...I know I made a mistake. We purchased a car there two and a half weeks ago and it has been in the shop just about every week since we got the car. We just got the car out of the shop on 1/22/2018 and this morning the check engine light is on....WOW!!! They use this shop on Lafayette st in south Nashville to patch the problem and when asked for paper work showing what type of repairs they did to the car the guy refused!!!! talk about dishonesty!!!! I think this is a sad shame because people work hard for their money to have a business such as this one to just take their money is a down right shame and should be a crime. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone other than the BBB.

We bought a car from here not once, but two times. As a family, and overall, our experience with this establishment has been very positive. I mostly had interactions with Jesus and Sol, both always pleasant, congenial and patient. I experienced some complications with relocating to New York State when it came to registration of the one car that still had the title being held by the lienholder, which was Blue Car. They helped with working through that glitch til we found a solution. Sol was always helpful in making that happen. I do thoroughly recommend this used car dealership. I'm thankful I could buy a decent car with a reasonable downpayment and on credit.

This was an absolute joke. I have purchased from Blue Car in the past and had great experiences but today ruined it for me. I walked in with cash hoping to test drive a few vehicles and walk out with at least one, possibly both of them. I stood for at least 10 minutes before anyone even helped me and I was the only person in there. He was very short and acted like I was bothering him just by asking a few questions then was told they no longer offer test drives. Excuse me?! Who in their right mind would purchase a vehicle without driving it first. They lost a long time customer today.

I have been a customer of Blue Car since spring 2017. Tony who I believe is the owner negotiated with us and made us a very fair deal on my vehicle. Since then when I have had an issue with anything, a minor repair, a late payment or just a question, anything, they have always been kind and eager to help me. I love my vehicle and I plan on doing business with them in the future. I would recommend Blue Car to anyone needing a great reliable vehicle, because not only do they have a wonderful selection of late model cars and trucks, the staff is always friendly and accommodating

My dad got a truck from here. They were okay. He didn't receive a warranty, but thankfully, he never really had any issues with it. I did, however, notice that small things like the hood handles were a bit flimsy but I am aware that they were after market so it may not have been entirely their fault. Like I said, he didn't really have any issues. Except for one time when he was a day late with his payment they called him threatening to go pick up his truck while he was at work.

Very shady carlot bad business. Pursuing a lawsuit i would not reccomend this car lot to anyone i was threatened by one of their employees and then came and repo my car i did not miss a payment if you buy a car from them you will regret it the one close to downtown he will tell you that its cash only or he will take a credit card payment but does it on a square reader i have proof i never missed any payment i even fix the car when sold to me was not a safe car.

Stay away from this terrible place unless you want to buy a car that isn't good. I bought my car from them, and started seeing issues with it a week later, so I took it to them to fix. They were rude and told me that there was nothing they could do. Now I'm stuck with this car and have to find a mechanic to fix my issue. I can't wait to be done with these con artists. Take you business somewhere else where you can get a good car, not this place.

When my boyfriend bought his truck from here he was told it was a 4x4 and when i went to have a leveling kit put on it well it a 2wd instead when i called to talk to someone about the issue i was told the guy i needed to talk to was in the restroom and he would call me back i told the lady he needed to call before 4pm cause i had to go to work at 4pm well that was 11-09-2017 @1:55pm today is 11-10-2017 and noone ever called

i would not recommend anyone going to this location you have a better chance at going to the one downtown because i bought a 2010 gmc and only had it for 5 months and my starter went out on the car they lied and said everything was fixed on the car and it wasnt and then i missed my child funreal because my car would not start and they refused to give me another car never again.. i rather go to the downtown location

I was very impressed with the new redesigned customer friendly atmosphere but mostly pleased with their selection of cars and trucks and competitive prices. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Whenever I go there for service or help, they never make me wait and always give me A+ customer service. I have recommended friends and colleagues and they have all been very impressed.

Please I am warning you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT! They promise a warranty on used cars and that should be the first clue this place is crooked. They will steal deposits, repo vehicles after they tell you not to make a payment while they "FIX" the broken one they sold you. They will tell you to pay by check then demand cash for the check. They are crooks and liars. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT!

Unprofessional, unorganized and crooks!! Do NOT buy a vehicle from this place. All the do is repo and patch on anything that needs fixed. I was repoed because of them being unorganized. Had money and electronics stolen out my car when they repoed me and then lied about it. Now I’m filing a lawsuit against this place. Count your days because I promise you won’t get away with this

Bought a chevy tahoe on nov 20th from blue car and the nolensville road location has been very nice to me and helped me with making sure that i am riding good and safe for my kids. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them. And will in the future also when i purchase another vehicle. The staff are nice and really work with you.
