Lovely place where you get fantastic value for money. While being modest in size they still had plenty of machines to choose from to suit your workouts. The guys there are friendly and the place wasn't too busy in the morning. It's great to support the local businesses in this climate.

This gym has such a family friendly and positive experience and the owner Wayne is such an amazing guy he is very helpful and is always approachable whenever you need him for anything. The membership fees are very affordable. 5 Stars to this awesome gym.

Good gym abit on the smaller side but actually prefer it.. No real complaints should probably try a month to month contract at first and if you like it go for the 12month contract so you save more …

I've trained at every major gym in Durban and this is by far my favorite. its cosy, its efficient, there's no waiting hours for machines or equipment.

Most friendly gym to be in. You will be comfortable working out here, the owner is amazing, there's a variety of machines as well and so affordable!

It's a really good gym. It's nice in size and isn't too expensive. They have a student plan as well which is great for school or varsity-goers

The owner Wayne is a super helpful person is very willing to help and give advise which I've never experienced in the larger gyms
