Encouraged by a friend who was already a member, I joined Body Rock Performance gym in February 2020. I cannot say enough good things about it, but I'll try! There are a huge range of programs and activities at the gym, from individual training to group training, led by the A team of trainers Paul and Marta. I have been impressed with their expertise in fitness, training and nutrition. I met with Paul for an initial evaluation and an honest discussion about fitness and training personalised for me. From there I enrolled in the group training sessions and now go 4 mornings a week. In a group of 10-15 others, I rotate around a series of cardio and/or weights oriented stations and work out over 45-50 minutes. All the time with Paul watching, coaching, instructing and occasionally bellowing at us! I love the sessions. I was never an early morning person, but with Paul's encouragement, I re structured my week and routine so that I now regularly go to the gym. I can honestly say I've never done the same routine twice, the inventiveness and thought that Paul clearly puts into the sessions is incredible. The group atmosphere is great, we are all in the same boat at each session and spur and encourage each other on. The sessions always start on time, punctuality is one of Paul's absolutes and they always run to time. If you have an injury or an issue, Paul effortlessly and discretely changes a station to accommodate. At the end of each session, I feel great - physically and mentally. Any other issues one has going on are forgotten when in BodyRock! Superb gym, great trainers and great results! Highly recommend!

I've been taking part in hiit bootcamp classes with Marta from body rock performance since early June 2020 and I'm delighted with the results I've achieved in that time; namely weight loss, better mobility, more energy and just feeling better generally. Marta is a tremendous motivator and has a great rapport with the class which brings people together very well. Consequently there is a great atmosphere and esprit de corps within the group. As far as I'm concerned, group outdoor classes are the way to more effective workouts going forward. I would highly recommend Marta, Paul and the team at BRP especially when I take into account previous gym workout experiences where some establishments were much more concerned about taking in money than the client achieving results.

I want to say a huge thank you to Body Rock for helping me to tackle my nutrition and fitness plan. I feel so much healthier and happier. As a Mum of 3 children under 6 years of age, I have little time to attend classes, yet through the Body Rock Online Busy Mums’ plan I was able to reach my goals. I had all the tools and motivation I needed at my fingertips. Marta’s Knowledge and enthusiasm about good nutrition is infectious. I felt supported in a very non-judgmental way, which meant I could be honest and accountable for my own choices. I had a tailor made fitness plan which I could follow from home. I feel incredibly grateful to the Body Rock team and I would encourage anybody who is ready to make a positive change to pay them a visit.

I move back from living in the USA and need a gym to go to, my brother recommended Body Rock Performance. Paul welcomed me in to the gym and I instantly felt part of the team. The classes are very well run and structured for all levels, what you put in you will get out of that class and Paul is always there to encourage you to push a bit harder….I always need an extra push! The gym is clean and parking is very easy. I really look forward to going to these classes even if I know there will be pain there will always be a gain at the end and I walk out feeling like I had a great work out. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good work out in a friendly environment.

I’d like to say a huge THANKS to Marta at online training at Body Rock Performance in Sandymount! Marta helped me look at my diet, and realize the impact of what I was putting in and my lack of exercise. Online training gave me the opportunity to do something during the limited free time that I have as a working mum of two little people! We made goals in partnership and online busy mums continues to support me to achieve them. The exercises are simple and I even convinced my husband to attend the drop in classes at BRP in Sandymount on his way home from work. We are delighted to be part of BRP team! Paul is an amazing person and a very professional coach. He knows what he is talking about and he will do his best to help you on your journey. I’ve been a member of BRP for a few months now and am really enjoying it so far. The group classes have a really encouraging atmosphere and motivate you to work hard while not being overly serious. Each of the trainers has a slightly different style which means there’s plenty of variety between the classes. The relatively small class sizes mean that trainers are aware if corrections or modifications are needed for any individual. Support is also provided in terms of nutritional advice and this has definitely helped me with accountability. Once you are prepared to train consistently and take advice on board there is no reason you wouldn’t see results at BRP!

I joined Body Rock a couple of months ago and I'm really enjoying it. I've never been able to get much return out of a gym. I often found it boring, was never 100% sure what to do, how to make best use of the equipment or indeed push myself sufficiently. The Group Sessions at Body Rock takes care of all of that for me. I just turn up, follow the instructions and move from station to station. When my efforts flag either Paul, Marta or Jack is on hand to make sure I'm not coasting. I often stagger out exhausted at the end but delighted with the effort I've made. If you're looking for a new environment in which to exercise, Body Rock provides an excellent one.

I have been a member of Body Rock since February 2020. Paul is a total professional and from the moment that I met him I knew that I had picked the right gym for me. I had been a member of a much larger gym and I found that I was totally unmotivated and skipped going there regularly. Since I joined Body Rock I have never missed a session. My wife and I joined the Group Training Sessions around 2 months ago and we absolutely love it! Best gym we've ever been. Paul, Marta and Jack are wonderful and encouraging coaches. Their knowledge of fitness, training and nutrition is really extensive and they are always happy to give you specific advice when needed. Classes are fun, challenging and unique! Every session is different, so it's always exciting to go back. As for the results, they are definitely noticeable from the first weeks so it really motivates you to keep going. Before joining Brp I had tried numerous different exercise classes and never stuck them out. It is honestly one the best decisions I'd ever made. The classes are kept small which means you still feel as if you're getting individual attention. The equipment is top notch and Paul is always adding to it to find new ways to torture us! The trainers are amazing and it has the best atmosphere, full of comradery with everyone spurring you on to do your best. I've been there from the start and hope to be there for as long as possible!

I've not been to the gym in 9years, prior to moving to botterstown. Did my research and omg did BRP has proven to exceed expectations! Let's put it like this, I love walking to the gym and have a gym within 2mins walk of home, yet I choose to walk to BPR. Everything they do is personal and welcoming...as a team both Martha and Paul are exceptional. Young Jack also is so amazing at such a young age. Simple as this...if you want the very best all round service and vibe...its the only place to be... If only I could give 6 stars

Joined BRP 6 weeks ago and absolutely loving it. Had been a member to a few gyms over the last few years and always became demotivated by the amount of time I needed and using your own motivation to really get in to it. Here it's usually a 45 min class and your done, Have started to notice results already and love getting home by 7am after having had an intense workout which focuses on all parts of body! Would highly recommend and would even stretch to say it's almost addictive!!

I've tried a number of gyms over the years in Dublin but it didnt take me long to realise that Paul and the BRP team was a very special place. I've trained there for over 6 years now and cannot see me ever stopping. Paul's enthusiasm to push clients to achieve results is second to none & all the time having some fun. Highly recommend this gym if you are looking for small personal approach to training. The owners are so friendly and encouraging no matter your fitness level, age or ability. Members are friendly and there is a definite community feel. The classes are tough and will challenge you but everyone works to their own ability. I have really enjoyed my time at BodyRock so far and can see the results both physically and mentally. I have finally found my place to train after having a baby!

At 56 years of age, I have tried many gyms and instructors over the years but I never saw great results apart from keeping my weight down. With the classes that Marta and Paul run in Body Rock Performance, I got muscle definition in 6- 8 weeks. The classes are always varied between weights and cardio so never get boring. I hope I'm not sounding like a "paid commercial" because this is thankfully my experience. If you're looking for results I would highly recommend them.

For 4 months Martha took me under her wing monitoring my daily food plan and exercise, resulting in a huge shift in my body fat. Daily I posted pics to M comprising all my meals and steps. Martha is hugely encouraging, motivating and consistent. Being a busy Mum, studying and playing sport, Martha kept me so focused. Great place to workout. Been going to BRP for over a year and a half and wouldn't look back. Never been to a gym before going to BRP and the trainers here made the transition very easy. They really cater for all fitness levels and build at a steady pace. Always encouraging and tailoring exercises to suit individual needs. They are great for advice on diet and food plans aswel. No 2 classes are the same so you never get bored. A massive thumbs up for the place.

I've been doing outdoor classes with BRP in ELM Park Green over past 2 years & most recently have been doing small group PT sessions with Marta. Marta is full of energy & keeps you motivated throughout the class. Class focuses on a mixture of cardio & strengthening exercises & after 4 weeks you'll start feeing fitter & stronger. I have been going to BRP since August 2022 and I keep coming back because every class has a different workout that challenges me and makes my muscles more developed. Paul, Marta and Jack are excellent trainers who monitor, encourage and advise each person where necessary. There is a good atmosphere in the class and I generally finish feeling satisfied. I would recommend BRP if you want variety, encouragement and to be stronger and fitter.

After years and years joining various gyms, yoga classes, bikram, circuits etc. BRP was the first place I actually enjoyed and saw real results! I have been a member for over 5 years and I hate a week when I cannot attend. Claire and Paul are super trainers who really push you. I especially enjoy attending the 'mum's' classes each Tuesday and Thursday led by Claire and surrounded by great bunch of ladies and the odd male or two!

Amazing gym. I joined about 2 months ago. I have a busy job with a really disorganised schedule and was finding it hard to exercise. This gym is exactly what I needed. Amazing classes, great group atmosphere and fun! Paul is great and understands what it's like trying to make classes w a busy job but he keeps everyone motivated and is really practical about how to fit the gym into life. Great support each session from the trainers and the other members. Regular monitoring of how you are doing helps keep you on track and working hard to hit your goals. I joined BRP in July and I have lost 8kg+ to date. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and this type of training is perfect for improving insulin sensitivity. My Hba1c came down from 8% to 7% which is a major achievement. By following a sensible diet and doing early morning small group training sessions this has had a major positive effect on my health. I have tried other Gyms in the the area but this by far beats all the others.

Best gym! This is down to the friendliness, encouragement, attention to technique and general enthusiasm of Claire and Paul. The classes are well planned and varied....different muscles will hurt each week!! The great thing is that you work hard but you really see the benefit and it feels worth the effort. I would highly recommend BRP - I joined a few years ago to reignite my fitness regime which had gone stale after a few years in one of the larger gym chains. What has kept me in BRP are great trainers, challenging classes which constantly change and great people. Paul and the other trainers push you and I've definitely become stronger, fitter and healthier as a result.

Started with in person classes and have continued the online classes during lockdown with Marta. Both are great! Tough enough to really challenge you but very enjoyable also. Marta is very personable and tailors the class for different abilities. I noticed a difference pretty quickly in weight loss and building muscles. Would definitely recommend.

I have been training with Marta for a few months now. Marta understands the different fitness levels within the group and will adjust the exercises to get the most out for everyone. The workouts are intense and diverse but we are also having a lot of fun. She will push me, much to my annoyance sometimes :), but the results speak for themselves.

Great Gym! Training classes are tough and fun at the same time! They are also varied so you never know what’s ahead of you! Claire and Paul are welcoming,always keeping an eye on your progress and technique. Everyone can work at their own level that being said there is no slacking off in these classes! Really excellent gym/training classes with a balance of focus between weights and cardio training. Paul really is aware of individual needs/correct posture for exercises also which is so important. Lots of fun too as a lovely atmosphere in the classes. Paul and Marta are a great duo!
