Love this place! I've always been getting my cat food from Bone and Biscuit at Meadows, but then we moved to the SW, and so this became our default store. We recently adopted a rescue dog in Feb 2019 and the staff here have been so helpful in finding me the right kind of food for Kira. I started bringing Kira into the store since, and she loves the attention and treats she gets from the friendly staff! I love the parking stall they have in front and I can understand why they insist it's for customer only parking - it's only one spot. Some of these bags are heaavvyyy. I read both the 1-star reviews here about the parking spot, but I won't address that. I'm just saying I would never park in a dedicated stall if I wasn't going into the store right away. 30 Seconds, rain, snow, doesn't matter the excuse, just don't park if you're not shopping there. If I was picking up something next door, I would have been courteous enough to let the owner know that "hey, I'm parked in your spot but I just need to grab something next door and will be back here, won't be too long." But that's just who I am and how I would have approached the parking spot. Anyways, the staff is very friendly, the quality of food is great, some of the products seem over priced, but if you prefer convenience of buying all pet needs in one location, then this is a good start.

Arrogance and Condescending Confirmed I would give it no stars if possible. I have confirmed I also experienced what Dustin below encountered. It was raining outside, all stalls full except the one reserved for Bone &Biscuit. I parked to drop off my wife, just to pickup some take out at a restaurant. My vehicle was running so clearly anyone would know I would not be long. It was no more than 30 secs, man comes out (assume the owner Chris), so I started backing out of the stall but he stopped me. Instead of saying "I appreciate you not parking here", he goes on a condescending rant and asks if I stop at red lights! He had to get his word in before letting me go. Based on the behavior of this business owner who has a huge "chip" on his shoulder and completely arrogant attitude does not deserve mine or anyone's business.

Owner was rude and condescending. I have arthritis so I try to park close to the entrances of building when possible. I'm not handicapped, but give the choice closer is easier. I parked in the customer only spot. I needed dog food and had to swing into a business next door to pick up some papers. As soon as I walked to towards the other business the owner (i assume) came running out screaming about how he was trying to run a business and he had things to carry out to customers cars. I was so blown away that I didn't even bother going to get dog food there. Sort of a self fulfilling aggressive hissy fit since his irrational behaviour caused me to not be a customer and I guess with that I shouldn't have been parked there. EDIT - Now the owner is telling me my intentions... I've shopped with you before, never again.

I tried this store out after getting a new puppy, my wife and I owned and are very familiar with small puppy breeds. This is our first large breed dog, the staff and owner here have been nothing but helpful with tips and advice about our large breed pup. He was helpful getting our pup fitted with a harness and has always been nothing but very friendly to myself and my family anytime we stop by. They’ve gone way above and beyond customer service, I appreciate that and will be a customer for life. I would recommend this place to any dog owner top notch service great advice and conversation. Chris, the owner is awesome. So knowledgeable and helpful. The products her serves are of premium quality, and the prices are reasonable. They have specials on Tuesdays ( for toys) and Thursdays ( for treats) where you receive 15% off on items purchased that day. Definitely recommend it to all animal lovers looking for premium quality food for their pets. We bought this backpack for Feona from Chris. She loves it.

Stellar service. Went in on a mission for a very specific kind of locally-made cat tower. The producer's website listed Bone & Biscuit as a retailer, but did not specify which location. Staff greeted me immediately and went above and beyond to contact another store they were sure had stock, and one was indeed still available. Clearly care about their clients, whether of the two or four legged variety.

Long time Bone n Biscuit customer, ever since Chris took over the business the change has been night and day. Amazing customer service, knowledgable staff and great products. I have always been concerned about the quality of my food and toys I give my 3 shelties, walking into Bone n Biscuit I never have to worry "is this really safe for them?" I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderfully positive experience today going in. My dog suffers on and off a lot with gut health so I decided raw might be a good option. The man working front was very helpful with tips and tricks and how to start off this diet for my dog, despite my anxiety with pricing and my dogs gut health, I left feelings pretty darn good about it after speaking with the man working

I absolutely love coming to this store. The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find a better quality food, treats, and toys for my two Miniature Pinchers. I love that I have the option to bring my dog with me into the store and I appreciate the wide variety of selection and variety that this store carries. Hands down, this is the best place to get anything for your dogs!

Amazing customer service. Great loyalty program. Will go above and beyond for their regular customers. Stayed late on New year's Eve for us one year when we realized we didn't have enough food to get through the holiday and they weren't going to be open for a couple days. Great selection and quality products, and if they don't have it they will try to find it for you.

I love this store! It is very clean and well-organized. Chris has always been great to deal with. He stands behind his products and carries only the best quality, safest pet food, accessories and toys. I recently moved out of town and still travel to Edmonton when I need stuff for my dogs. I highly recommend this wonderful store!

Staff are super helpful, remember us by name..er dog's name mostly, but what food they like, dog types, our points balance before looking in the computers, etc. Very great and highly recommend this be the 1 stop shop for all your pet needs. Very knowledgeable! Our pup is shy, but the owner encouraged him to pick out his own bone and our dog left like a champ with a bone. I enjoyed the knowledge on the dog food, treats, and bones. Great place! Will be back for sure.
