I would give this company zero stars if I could. I Would not recommend using this company at all if you want reassurance that the guys will show up on the day !! When booking I saw the reviews and was confident that this was a professional company. However On the day of my move the guy (not sure of name) cancelled 30 mins before he was due to arrive. Reason for cancelation was he didn’t realise the distance - 45mins distance between the two properties. I had given him the address before booking. This is one of the first things you give when booking- pick up address, drop off and date/time, I explained this to him and he didn’t seem to care. He should have disclosed this to me before accepting my booking. I would have scheduled my move with another company. It was a very stressful day trying to find a removalist on the day of my move especially having 2 toddlers. If you want a stress free move and a company to actually show up on the day, I would stay away from these guys. I honestly do not understand how they got a high review rating. seems off to me. I ended up finding another company that was able to do my move on the day. I paid a premium to book a removalist the day of however I got someone reliable which was worth every penny Reply to the person below: you know this is complete false. First you rang me to ask me for the address (which you had at the time of my booking), then you said it was too far. I explained that I have trail of our correspondence with my pickup address at time of booking and where was I suppose to find someone last minute. You then told me that I would have to pay an additional $149 to do the job. Bad business ethics! You could have told me at the time of booking that you didn’t want to drive that far. I could have booked the next removalist on my list. Trying to find another removalist on the day of my move especially during lockdown was not cheap and was most def not easy!!! I don’t normally write negative reviews. I understand that businesses are struggling at a time of uncertainty however to do this to a family with two toddlers is extremely unprofessional and just not good business. If you commit to a job you should follow through.

Amazing service. They are real professionals. They are flexible and seem to really want to help you, but most importantly: they make moving a breeze. I almost chose to move myself, without removalists. In hindsight, I can say that it would have probably taken me multiple stress-filled days to do what they did with ease in hours. I've moved twice with them now, and both times there were some unexpected challenges with large furniture which they easily overcame without a worry. And of course, everything was delivered intact, without damage to the homes or goods. I highly recommend Boomerang. Excellent service and professional work. 10/10

We have used Erez and his team now for two removals and I can't speak highly enough or recommend a business more. We had a 4 bedroom house with many fragile, heavy as hell and awkward items. My partner collects plants, large scale ornaments and furniture so it was a huge job that needed extra care. Erez and his guys were absolute champions for the 12 hours they moved us. We moved many times overseas and local. Never before did I have such a stress less move. Erez and Sam did a beautiful job. We moved a four bedroom house with a lot of furniture a piano and boxes. Very hard work for long hours done efficiently with a smile and in good spirit. We are actually renovating and in five months we will move back to our home. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be using Boomerang removals again. See you in five months time.
