Shop stock, not an issue unless you want the meal deal, then dont count on it. Staff on the other hand are a disgrace. Rude, unhelpful, and to laugh and make jokes at and infront of thier customers, is an absolute disgrace. I ended up submitting a formal complaint to the company as I was shocked and infuriated by one particular member of staff, who one clearly didn't know what she was doing with a self service till, and then decided to belittle my partner, whom by the way works for boots but in another location for at least a decade, she chose to insult when my partner who knows the self service tills in and out stated about a bagging weight issue glitch. She then removed all of my partners items that she had scanned quite aggressively, started to rescan without clearing the basket first or doing anything to stop double scanning everything, then got annoyed with us, when we said to her repeatedly that your double scanning everything and should have cleared the basket first before starting again, to which she just said "shut up I'm doing it this way because you don't know what your doing, so I'm doing it for you", and this is all with my partners STAFF card in full view on the till. She finished scanning and then said to us "are ya happy now?" To which we said no because you still haven't removed the double scanned items. I would go on with the rest of this but hopefully my formal complaint will reach the management of this store. As it didn't stop at the till and it continued even as we left. I would avoid this store from now on due to the nature of the staffs behaviour and manners towards their customers as this didn't just happen to myself and my partner, but also another 2 people infront of us in the queue. Absolutely disgraceful.

It’s no wonder that one of the most used words for this store on Google reviews is “rude”. The female shop assistant who wears a hijab was shockingly rude to customers. She gave customers annoyed looks who ask her something, drove customers out of the shop BEFORE closing time, lied that she couldn’t link a student ID to an advantage card because she couldn’t be bothered… I went there twice and could witness this appalling behavior both times so I guess this is just her m.o. Is there no manger who trains staff there?

One of the best customer service I have received of my 52 years of living in the both days I came in, this young black lady with black and blue braids, who I think her name was Julia, such a lovely girl helped me both days I can in the store, spoke to me politely, helped me sign up with a loyalty card and packed my bags for me. Offered her money but she didn’t take lt saying it’s her job. Would love to comeback again

This is a brilliant chemists, the staff are attentive and very kind. Last week i came and had a funny turn after an appointment, the ladies on duty were with me the whole time and extremely attentive until the ambulance came. I have even jut received a phone call from the manager checking i am ok, couldnt be more impressed. Thank you, Francesca

Really the worst Boots I've ever used! The pharmacy was always late (sometimes weeks late) in collecting prescriptions from doctors surgeries (even ones on their doorstep) and because of this they left me stranded for vital medication at times. The only bad experience I have had in any Boots store.

The current pharmacist is impolite and have no customer/patient skills. I was waiting on the pharmacy counter to inquire about my prescription and he just ignored my presence and continued doing whatever he thought it was important for him.

Understaffed and overwhelmed. Once waited for 5 mins to be approved at the self checkout, so went to the medicines desk next time as it had to be approved again & they sent me away after letting me wait for 5 mins again. Very incompetent.

Closed before closing hours. We got there 7:48pm and the doors where locked. The clerk was busy chatting with her friend/colleague and ignored 4 of us standing outside the locked door. Absolute laziness and selfishness at the highest!!!

I was hunting for a specific cold medicine, and not finding this on the shelves a very helpful pharmacist assisted me in finding another medication with the same active ingredients - which was appreciated!

Three times I’ve arrived for my flu jab and 3 times there has been nobody to administer it. No phone call or message to say it is cancelled. Staff don’t have a clue and can’t rearrange. Very poor service

Non existent customer service. They were there, just to busy chatting to serve anyone. Then muttering Urdu insults under their breath and laughing. Try Victoria station instead.

Absolutely Apauling Rude Staff. The worst Boot's that I have ever encountered. Staff would rather ignore Customers at the Pharmacy than do what they get paid to do.

A good place to get a reasonable meal deal in the area however the actual tills are shut for cash purchases. Expect to have to queue to use a card only machine.

What's the point of having a pharmacy if it's hours are different to the store itself, can't even collect something that's readily in stock. Waste of time.

Booked travel vaccination here - when I showed up they say they don't do it here because no qualified nurse. Waste of time
