"Very friendly and helpful staff"
"Good wifi"
"Good selections and anything not on shelf can be ordered in within a day or 2 and you can pick it up at another branch like Bayswater say so it's a perfect setup for me, I just find not everything's best from google, only a book can do the trick sometimes!"
A small library with a good selection for all ages and readers and staff are happy to order in items and generally helpful and obliging. We tend to search online and reserve items to be picked up here. Has desks and more relaxing chairs so good for both research and relaxing and a few PCs. Has toilets and occassionally scheduled events that would need to be booked in advance. Car park can be tricky when there are basketball matches on although there are some reserved just for library patrons and disability badge holder spaces. Wish they would list loan limits inside or on website as didn't know you could only borrow two video games at a time (although you can reserve more).
One of the library lady was very rude was shouting loud while I was getting help f from my niece on the phone to down load, she was telling and asking r u useing the computer for the person on your mobile.bciz I was on a video call. She sound very racist.other lady was so nice she knew what I was doing. She said to her she's getting help. People should respect others needs.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Used their call and collect service and found the staff could not be more accomodating. They located my book and organised a pick up the very next day ! These are very stressful times, thank you for your continued services for the community. We really appreciate all you do !
Good wifi. Small to medium size. Friendly staff. Plenty of decent computers. 6 workspaces with PowerPoints and several more tables without power. Adequate toilet. Being Boronia you get some interesting characters but you tend to get those at all libraries which keeps life interesting.

If you are not going to provide mouse pads then please keep the computer desks clean. I don't like moving my hand through grit. Noisy like all libraries these days. Staff should speak to people who make excessive noise and set a good example themselves.
I took my 4 year old here for the first time today. They had a great kids selection, with lots of books and a scavenger hunt activity. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be back to check out their storytime …
Boronia Library has a great information technology hub. Its where the poor go to use computers, and print their music homework for band lessons. Bring your earphones to listen to music on you tube. When will the library reopen?
Paul helped me to download myGov. and Vax. cert. onto my servicevic.app. for use when dining out. He was fantastic, led me through the convoluted process like a professional. Highly recommend . Greg Harney
Easy parking. Well laid out. Well lit, atrium ceiling/roof with murals of local history. Rooms for hire. Self check out and staff on site. Books, DVDs, magazines for loan. Large print available.
Nice library it's just the horrible surroundings, homeless men sleeping near the entrance and lots of rubbish everywhere, glad I'm not bringing a child here. I guess this is a council issue.
It was great it is perfect inside but especially during coronavirus they sent me movies I may be interested in. I loved that!!! They give you access to so many services it’s amazing
Lovely small and quiet library. In a very good location. Staffs are super-friendly. The wifi here is also very nice (but you need a library card to get access to the wifi I guess).
Needed to print some documents. Got very friendly help on how to access my account via the internet and how to upload documents to print. Was out within 10mins.
I love my local library. Friendly, efficient, focused and helpful staff. It's always a pleasurable experience. Thank you Boronia Library
Good library. Not too busy. Computers available. Copier. Video's to lend and a good assortment of books. Nice area for young children.
Well stocked particularly with children's books, friendly staff. I much prefer the Boronia library over other branches.
Nice quiet small library. The car park can get busy because of the basketball next door. But not a real problem
Boronia library, well I've always loved it, missed going there last year when covid was stuffing things up
