It all started with a dirty table that took almost 10 min to clean and that was after asking for it to be cleaned. I asked the waitress Anna for a margarita bull dog , when she came back with my drink it wasn’t slushy at all. She told me the machine was broken but didn’t tell me or offer anything else. She just made a runny watered down margarita and expected it to be ok. This is a $17 drink, I was not impressed. When our appetizer came to the table they did not provide us with any cutlery, napkins or plates. After waiting 10 min trying to get someone attention we finally received what we needed to eat by this time the food was soggy and not hot. While this was going on a group of 8 sat down at another table. This larger table then became the priority and we were ignored. I had asked for a shot of tequila to add to my watered down drink and it took so long because our waitress was more interested in the large table that came in after us. I had enough and went up to the bar and requested our dinner be canceled and that I would pay for what we drank and ate . The waitress then proceeded to apologize by saying sorry but the larger tables are a priority. Excuse me I don’t care how large the group is , that does not excuse the poor service we received before and after the group arrived. My husband and I were looking forward to a nice date night and it was ruined . Anna had the nerve to try and still serve us the food we did not want anymore. My complaint was not about the food it was about the lack of service. Being in the bar for almost an hour and only receiving 2 drinks and a appetizer I was done. There was only 4 table and 5 staff when we walked in. This is unacceptable

1)It wasn’t very busy tonight but was very slow service. Food tasted very good. But my garlic toast was larger than the chicken parmigiana on the plate. I’m only a small person and it was literally only 4 1/2 bites to finish the chicken. 2)The other time we came here all of the 5 adults got their meals but we had to ask where the kids meals were. They were never put through. They finally came out halfway through our being finished. Manager gave us money off of the kids meals to accommodate. 3)Ordered take out from here and food showed up at a good time. Opened up bags and found the kids had the raw veggies and that was it. Nothing else of their meals showed up. Phoned in about half the food missing from order and was ask if we still needed the rest or a credit back ? Um yeah there was a reason we ordered food delivery, please deliver the rest. We got the rest later delivered but all was cold. Just received a sorry. Unfortunately these last meals were the 3 strikes needed to not come back here again. Too bad because we use to enjoy it here. But recently has gone downhill and made our experience a negative enjoyment.

Have been to this location twice in the past month and both times were not great. Let me first and foremost say, I blame management. The servers have no control over scheduling and circumstance. First time went, waited five minutes, ordered, and only my friends food was brought out, and not mine. only to find out it never got put in, and they rush ordered it. it was not good, and they did not compensate me for the extra 20 minute wait while my friend ate her food, and then had to wait for me to eat mine separately. Our server was very kind and apologetic as she was the ONLY server in the restaurant and lounge on a very busy evening. Tonight my friend and I go back, and it is very busy, as is expected this close to Christmas (the 22nd). There are only TWO servers in the whole restaurant and we waited 15 minutes to be served before we decided to just leave. No one spoke to us once, or even noticed when we left. Schedule your staff better, they are clearly overworked and underpaid, and it shows to your customers.

Went out to eat with family at 330pm. 5 kids. Needed 2 high chairs. They were so DIRTY. There was still crayon on one of them so you know they had not been cleaned. Ordered our drinks and one plate of nachos. Drinks didn't come for half an hour. Had the passionfruit mule. There was no fruit taste at all. The appy didn't come out till 4 and finally half an hour after that the children's meals FINALLY came. Hungry/angry toddlers are not fun after an hour of no food. I ordered a special beef antojito and again it was not great. A costco taquito was better than that. With everything taking so long to come out I didn't reorder something else. Disappointed with the wait, cleanliness and how long it took for children's food to come out...Try a different location.

Dont waste you're time on coming to this one.Me and 2 others came to this boston pizza tonight we got served our drinks fast was asked if we were ready to order said no. Probably about 15 or minutes later the male server we had finally came back we went to order the new Italian trio pizza which he gave us the special menu for amd did not say anything at the start but informs us they Ran out of the pizza crust for this pizza at this point we were not happy amd said we will just go to a different bps all we got was fountain pop that we didn't even finish one and he comes back with a 12.50 bill like give me a break waited 20 minutes to give our order and still gonna charge us for the fountain pop we each maybe had 3 sips out of I will not bring business back to this one until customer service is better!

Absolutely amazing time here. The food was superb!! Hot, amazing portion size, asked for a small substitute, and was given it without hesitation!! My daughter joined us later in our meal due to changes in her night, and whenever my wife went to get her, they timed the meal I ordered for her. Absolutely spot on perfectly! There was a small issue, but they comped the meal and made us feel incredible too, not like some spots where they argue and try to charge you still for errors. Will absolutely be coming back again! & again!!! Most probably for the pub side next time, so no kids, hahaha

I’ve ordered from here before and gotten bigger portions and actually had plenty of toppings… Suddenly they are cheaping out. I ordered this on SkipTheDishes and was looking forward to not having to cook and to eating a tasty meal. There was barely any cheese and everything was cold and dry tasting… I was literally scooping up the toppings from the bottom of the box so that I could get some flavour on the dry chips. The cheese was overly baked on and there was barely any of it at all. I was super disappointed as I was looking forward to the meal. My daughter barely got any fries. I have called and had spoken with the manager he was admittedly helpful and friendly. He gave me a credit and said they will remake it for me the next day. Hopefully it goes better today

I came here for valentines day and had a good time! My girlfriend and I ordered 2 heart pizzas. The pizzas were extremely tasty and we had more than enough food for the 2 of us! We got our food very quickly! Due to covid, the resteraunt wasn't as full, but that was nice because it was much quieter and I could hear our conversation instead of having to yell it over the table just to hear. The servers were nice, but I felt that they didn't check in on us frequently enough, and when they noticed that the water glass on the table was empty, they didn't offer to refill it but instead simply took it away. Thats the only reason I took off a star. Besides that, I had a fantastic time with my girlfriend and will be back again!

What happened to the cheese. I used to love having the lasagna from Boston Pizza. I remember the wonderful tasting stringy mozzarella they used to use. The stuff on my lasagna, did not taste good and the texture was almost chalky or waxy. I know this is becoming the norm now in Edmonton for pizza and lasagna, but i expected better from BPs.

Had done a previous review about 6 months ago, and I rated it a 1 after a few visits. This last visit, they were busy, and Megan was the bartender at the time. She was very attentive, polite, and showed a real effort. Hopefully things are changed for the better. Would like it to be more of a sports bar but still a good place to go, relax, and enjoy as long as the service continues. Having more staff and better training to attract staff like Megan will go a long way. Appreciated.

Service was extremely slow. No one came to our table once seated for at least half hour and it wasn't even busy. Had to repeat asks for water, didn't bring out plates when our appies came, no pepper flakes or cheese when our pizza came, hard to flag down a waiter as there were few and far between in the restaurant area. Thank goodness the food was good otherwise we would've walked out. Also, didn't get my Ferrero Rocher chocolates with my order :(

We were a party of four. We were sat quickly in a requested booth by the hostess. Our server was Kristen, who seemed to be covering a lot of tables. We took our school on a field trip to this location. Tom, the manager, was supper informative and very helpful. He was really friendly towards our students and answered any questions that they had. We feel that because of him and the staff at this location our students had a high quality experience that gave a informative look into future job opportunities and what it means to be a quality employee.

The food was amazing, the place was very inviting, and the staff was very friendly! Jon was an amazing waiter! He was super friendly, he did a perfect job, and he, along with everything else really made a regular supper special. The 7 cheese ravioli was stupendous, same goes for the garlic parmesan fries! They even split The Big Dipper into 2 plates to make sharing it easier! Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I have been coming to Boston Pizza for many years. I have always enjoyed the experience, the food is good and the service was friendly and courteous. The restaurant is clean and well lit as was the washroom. Of course the main attraction on the menu is the pizza, it’s in the name, I can say that it is good. It’s not outstanding and I tend to think it’s somewhat overpriced. It’s a nice place and I will come again and maybe order something other than pizza. For desert I love the panookie.

This review may have been higher except that when our food finally showed up and we were handed plates to share our pizza there was washed gum on the bottom of one of the plates. Now, this could have been forgotten however other than getting a replacement plate nothing was done, not even a 10% off for giving us a disgusting plate to eat off. This shows how much they actually care about customer retention.

This is for the Manning location. It was basically dead in the lounge part when we went. Just had drinks and tried to use the blue Jay's home run promo in their app. Which they ended up honoring. But it took about 10 questions and minutes to understand. This is a nationwide promotion. Think staff would know. Besides that it was clean, and drinks were cold.

Service was great, friendly people and caring. Food was moderately quick, and food was decent. We ordered fetticcni, burgers, and lasagna. The quality was not very good, tasting plain. Restaurant was quite clean, and atmosphere is nice, with separate rooms for family, and 18+ bar.
