I was looking for my first car, so, obviously I'm not so good about the cars. I have chose these guys because I've seen a lot of positive customer reviews. Unfortunately in fact, it's just another dishonest business. I found their listing with 2012 Chevy Cruze, there wasn't really much information online, so I came to see that in person. Jerry showed me this car and said that it is in perfect condition. However, he never told me that this car has been in accident and most important - it was flooded. Only after I came home I found out that it has a lot of rusted parts and elements under the hood and inside interior, which couldn't be rusted on regular 8-year old car. Even charging ports are rusted and barely work! But okay, I could live with that, if there wouldn't be a much bigger problem. This car has mold on its interior, and it smells so bad. When I was buying it I felt this weird smell, but I thought it's just a car freshener. After I removed that, it has strong smell of mold. I cannot drive this car, because I feel sick after 30 minutes being inside. It's very dangerous to my health and it may cause serious diseases. I showed this car to two independent mechanics guys, both of them made a conclusion that it was previously flooded. Afterwards I drove back to the dealer and asked them to return this piece of junk. However, Jerry and Andrew (their manager, I tried to ask him his last name and he refused to tell it) just started to lie in my eyes that they don't see any problems with rusted parts, that they don't feel this awful smell, they don't see mold and that I'm just trying to find any excuses for returning this car. People, just think 1000 times before you will buy anything from these guys, they care only about the money, not satisfaction of customers and making business in a honest way. They have used my lack of knowledge about the cars. They sold me such a piece of junk. They put my health at great risk, selling flooded car with mold.

All I can say is WOW! Boston Road Best Motors has to be the most honest used car dealership I have ever been to. I originally came in after hearing from friends about the reputation of this place and how they truly care for the safety and well-being of the customer. But what happened when I got there was beyond anything I could have imagined. So I come in to purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue, after being shown the car by Andrew I took it for a test drive and instantly loved the car. Andrew allowed me to really take as long as I wanted during the drive and insisted that I give a very thorough inspection of the vehicle before I make any decisions. The vehicle showed no signs of having any mechanical issues. After taking my time I decided that I would take the vehicle so I left a deposit in order to come in the next day to pick up the car. When I came in the next day was when I was shocked by the honesty of this dealership. I walked in and they told me that when they put the vehicle into the mechanic for further inspection they noticed some signs that would indicate that the transmission may need replacement in the future. They offered me my deposit back and deeply apologized. I have a lot of car buying experience, both good and bad, and I have never seen a dealership cancel a deal that they could have closed due to mechanical errors. I truly believe that Boston Road Best Motors cares about ethics over making money. That is when I told them to hold my deposit until they get another Rogue which I ended up taking home! Thanks so much to Andrew, Jerry, and Sal for giving me a go-to dealership whenever I, or someone I know needs a car! I suggest to everyone that they go through Boston Road Best Motors to purchase their next vehicle!

I purchased a used Volkswagen Tiguan from Boston Road Best Motors May 5, 2021. When purchasing the car I explained to Abraham this car was for my son who is attending Binghamton University and it must be reliable because he would be driving it back to school. He assured me it was a good car. It less than 6 months I had to repair/fix the following: 1) Tires all four were bad 2) Fan Belt 3). Battery 4) Tire sensors 5) Balance the wheels 6) Duplicate key 7) Fuel Pump 8) Fuel Pump Control System 9)Full Service Oil Change 10)Gas Cap 11) Fan & Motor-Cooling Fan 12) Turbo Claps Th Engine light would continuously come on. My mechanic told me to get rid of the car because the engine was going bad and he didn't think it would last another six months, it's turbo engine ,and would be very costly to fix. I called Abraham ask him how could you sell me a car in May, 2021 and 14 months later the engine is about to go, and after I spent an additional $3500.00 repairing things that I should not have to do. Well six days later my son was driving to school car started smoking cut off and the Engine was done! I had the tow company tow it to his shop, he told me the engine is done, and I would have to pay him $4500 to fix it. And if I wasn't going to pay move the car off his lot! I have reported him to DMV, and I plan on taking him to small claims court! If you're looking for a used car I would stay away from this place. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Buyer please be aware.! This car dealership does not care you, only your money. They do not show respect and I am talking about the manager himself. They are judgmental and prejudice toward people based on how they look and I proved that today. I had a son who wanted to finance and a daughter who can afford to pay cash for the value of the car she was to choose. But based on the way we were treated, I would not buy a free lollipop from this place. Another thing you all should be aware of is that they post a hot car and when you inquire they tell you that the car was just sold. This is like click bate and that is how they get you in and then try to convince you to take some other vehicle. This is shady business practices and the BBB will hear about what I discovered today. You never know if someone is a consumer representative or an influencer; that is why its important to treat everyone with the same level of respect and they did not. I tried to even disclose who I was but again based on how I look, it was perceived that I had no value as a customer If you value your hard earned money avoid this place. There are so many other dealership that will treat you with the courtesy you deserve. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

We bought a car yesterday, 2004 Accord and I have to be honest at 1st I went in there with my guards up and went in thinking they may be like most used car dealers. However that thought quickly left my mind after speaking with Jerry. He really makes you feel that he has your best interest at heart and is genuinely concerned of your satisfaction. We ended up spending 4 hours with them (for reasons unrelated to the purchase) and when we left I was so happy and at ease because I knew that he guided us in the right direction and wasn't concerned with the money as much as he was concerned in doing the right thing for my family and I. They have completely changed my opinion on car dealers and as long as we are in the market for a car they will be the only dealership we will ever go to. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone, even if you know nothing about cars. I cannot remember the owners name but he was just as nice and made us feel welcomed. I wish every business had the same ethics this establishment has.

I have literally never posted a review before but I felt the need to after coming here. I was referred to Best Motors by a neighboring dealership who didn't have the title to the car I had come to buy. However, it turns out that was the best thing that could have happened to me that day. Best Motors had an amazing selection of cars for very reasonable and fair prices. The service was OUTSTANDING. Jerry was helpful, patient, informative, and kind. We asked to test drive 3 different cars and he didn't rush us at all. Not only that, but he made it clear that he would work with us to find a good price and get us into a good car. The manager, Andrew, was equally as personable. He negotiated a very fair deal with us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The car we picked had some minor issues that needed service before we left, and it took longer than expected, but Andrew offered to pay for our uber back home. 5+ stars and I would definitely come back!

Honestly, this has been the worst experience with a car I’ve ever had. With such a great payment option, I easily was convinced that this was a great place. The mechanics at this place manually turned off my engine light so i wouldn’t notice. Turns out the entire muffler was rotten and the catalytic converter was messed up plus my 02 sensors. All together I’ve paid about 2500 dollars in repairs. Would not suggest to buy here unless you have an extensive amount of car knowledge or a mechanic to check the car before you buy it. This place only cares about getting it’s good reviews. Not about the actual customer. Done dealing with this company, and looking to buy a new car. It’s ashamed that with my little car knowledge, i was taken advantage of. Not to mention the check engine light came on about a week after driving the car off the lot. With my little knowledge of cars, i thought it wouldnt be a big deal. Until it was time for inspection.

They’ll sell you a car that has so many problems and everything may seem fine but once you drive it off The lot. That’s when you’ll start experiencing all the problems, the rust, all the issues and those Hispanic men that fix the cars and pass all the inspections before it’s sold. They are thieves. Take it from me. Buy a car somewhere else because you will regret it.. idk what it is, but they are so dishonest.. Jerry is a nice Sales person though, I can say that.. he really don’t know about the fact that those cars aren’t good but the fact that he helps to get it sold contributes to it.

Walked into this car dealership on a whim looking for an affordable, used car (I’m from CT). I was approached by Jerry, and test drove a car we were interested in. Like many other smaller dealerships they lack a certain level of professionalism and they're only nice until the car is sold. They do have cheap cars for sale, however all that money you saved on a cheap car will most likely go into repairs. Only been there a few hours but already saw multiple ppl and they complained about having to keep coming back to the auto shop with car problems. The car I got already has the check engine light on and a mechanic I met at another place doing my inspection said I don't even pass for a few problems.

Had a great experience at Boston Road Best Motors after having a very negative experience at a nearby car dealership (Eastchester Auto Mall). Jerry was helpful, friendly, communicative, and worked with us to find a car that was exactly what we needed. When our pre-purchase inspection showed some minor issues, Jerry had a mechanic fix it immediately. He honored the 30 day warranty and had the car fixed when we heard a strange sound. I drove out from Long Island to see a particular model offered for sale. I met Jerry and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took me a while to decide to buy the truck after I had left a modest deposit. Jerry was patient and did not pressure me at all. When I decided to buy the truck, it was fully serviced and immaculately clean. I would drive the hour plus again to buy a car from Jerry. I trust him - a rare find.

Jerry and Andrew are good honest people. They were very open and willing to negotiate. There were a few issues with the car and as with all used cars you can expect it. They were willing to get one of the more serious issues fixed which is great. Also pulled off with a one month engine and transmission warranty. I went to buy a 2006 bmw and it needed a few fixes, they took care of it and handled me the car like if the problem was never there, I been all the way to Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the car runs perfect.
