This past month myself and a group of friends were planning a trip to Mexico and we already had a resort in mind. Kim and Karen were absolutely wonderful in helping plan out Costa Rica Wedding for April 2022. The planning started during the pandemic and there were many ups and downs (particularly with the airlines- AC). Kim was on top of every issue that came up and helped alleviate the stress of the changed and bumps along the way. She got all 70 guests out to Costa Rica and was in constant contact to ensure everything was going smoothly. The wedding department resort was also challenging to get communication/ answers from Kim was on top of them ensuring that our questions were answered and plans were made. Unorganized and definitely underdelivered on their promises.. Unfortunately I have to share how Kim at Boulevard travels fell short of her promises and showed very little support when it came down to help us with our issues. Never once have I gone on a vacation and was forced to sit apart from my travel companion, we were also promised and ocean front view, which was also not the case.. even the airport shuttle couldn’t fit all of the guests on the bus and to top it all of both my and my girlfriend’s luggage got damaged beyond repair on our flight back. Would definitely not recommend booking anything with this agency
