I found a ticket online for $1321 for British Airways. But I am old school and prefer paying in cash, so I called Sunrise travels. It was saturday and she wasn't at office, so she checked online and wasn't getting the price. To confirm my price, she asked me to send me screen shot of the airline website showing $1321 price, which I sent. She asked me to resend it as it wasn't clear to her, which I again did. She told me that she is getting $1350, but she'll talk to airlines and give me 41321. On asking if I could get a deal, she replied that it is already $29 extra at her end and she is not sure if she'll get $1321, so she cann't give me deal, but she'll give $1321. Then she emailed me to come on next working day to get the ticket. She wrote "ok i got the hold till tuesday so u can pay on also tuesday by cash". To confirm price before going on tuesday, she gave price $1350 and said where did I give in writing for $1321. She had told that over the phone and in writing she had only said that I have booked the ticket and pick up on Tuesday. How can a true professional do like this? After that I got a call from someone on her behalf to buy ticket for $1350. But I had found another ticket online for $1316, which I booked right away. But now I have to stay for 20 hrs instead of 6 hrs on one side, one side stay is same for 8 hrs. A waste of complete one day and lots of frustration. It has been a horrible experience. I will suggest everyone to be very very careful in dealing with them.

I booked with Sunrise Travel in 2021 for a trip, due to covid restrictions when coming back into Canada you must have to quarantine at that time being, while on my vacation still our flight was canceled and we had to pay extra due to our cancelation which we thought it was from the Airlines as we were told until we called the airlines and they stated it was the travel agent who canceled the tickets they did not. I called in to book with Sunrise a second time letting it pass and we came to an agreement for a ticket, I was told to do e transfer when I asked if I can do payment with my Visa or Mastercard like I did prior with them they said we only except cash or e transfer as they are equivalent, both female and male working told me this was due to COVID19 restrictions and that the AIRLINES do not accept Mastercard or Visa which made no sense, I contacted air canada and 3 different travel agencies and I was told this is NOT true. The male later told me he did not say it was the airlines but it was the route I was going on?? I highly dont recommend this place because all they are doing is lying to their customers and taking advantage of people during this pandemic. I blocked their number and got a message on whatsapp saying "got approval" which still made no sense who the approval was from?? I do not recommend.

I dealt with this company a few weeks ago when looking for an all inclusive package for me and my family of 5. I was put through to a woman named Sonicka who gave me a quote. I then asked her for another quote based on some different options (change of date, etc) she never got back to me, even though I called twice asking...each time I was told she would call me back. Finally on the last day of dealing with them, I was once again given the brush off and told she would call me back, this frustrated me to say the least and I said that I didn't trust she would call me back. The man I spoke to on the phone asked for my email address and I didn't want to give it to them because I wanted to speak to someone over the phone. Needless to say, he told me they couldn't help me after a bit of back and forth and hung up on me. I don't think my questions were out of line and I don't think I was being hard on wanting them to be timely with my inquiry. I think I gave them a lot of time to get it all together...something which truly should have been a simple task. To have them say they can't help me and hang up the phone is to date the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I can't say enough about that.

Sun Rise Travels, Sonica and Vikas I do not have enough words of appreciation for this company and these two individuals. They are beyond amazing. I have not seen such great care and customer service in decades. They always answer the phone, they always call back, they are so professional and experts in travel. I have a family emergency and my last minute flight that I booked myself had cancelled. I called Vikas and he immediately at earliest hour in the morning arranged my tickets in no time. I was so panicked, he waited patiently and guided me through. Similar with Sonika too, After my return flight got cancelled I reached out and immediately she answered my phone and everything was done in minutes. I have not seen such level of commitment and dedication in decades. I highly and strongly recommend Sun Rise Travels, they are friends for life !! I am not just amazed nut blown away with the amazing service they provide. Sonika and Vikas special mention to you guys, you saved a family emergency situation for me. I can not be enough thankful to you guys. I am so grateful, please keep up the amazing work you do and for sure you have my life long business no matter where I am. Thank you

Very disappointed with the rude behaviour of Vikas Bhonat; extremely unprofessional service where he takes advantage of the customers by withholding critical information He mentioned yesterday that the dates on the ticket could easily be moved but purposedly left the critical info that there would be a penalty if the dates are moved. Taking advantage of people who are going through distress is not just inhumane but also shows the agency's true stance in terms of a good customer service. If you're not a frequent traveller, don't expect this agency to look into your needs sincerely; Vikas will just make sure to snatch money out of your pocket. Response to the owner: When I initially agreed to take the option of travel credit, Vikas came up with a penalty fee on it as well which means it is not full value so do not lie about it now. And what difference it wud hav made if I took the travel credit or cancelled it when you or your agents made sure to rip me off regardless? What kind of hypocrisy is that you force me to buy the ticket assuring me of flexibility but later enforce penalties of your choice that too in less than 24hrs?

The guy is crook,during this covid19 situation my parents stuck in India coz we booked there tickets with them,every time when flight canceled we end up paying him half of the actual ticket price as PRICE DIFFERENCE, he charged us more than $20000 .we trusted him and when this happens 3rd time I directly contact to airlines and come to know there was no additional charges. So when I rebooked ticket directly from Airline and then contacted him and he is saying same thing, PRICE DIFFERENCE so so,and when I told him that I already booked ticket which is coming same day and ask him why did he did that to us instead of being ashamed his answer 'I didn't put gun on your head, you was free to contact Airline",so I know there are more victims like us .I have recording of him saying those things, I am ofcourse suing him and teach him a lesson.

In March,I had to book a ticket to India immediately.I booked a flight for same day. I had no idea how I could get a COVID test done so quick but the customer service at sunrise travels is truly credible.They helped me to book my COVID test but also ensured that I was okay and checked in multiple times to see if everything was going smoothly. Sunrise travels is truly the best possible option out there and their customer service is perfection. They value their customers and focus on building long term connections. I have travelled through many other agencies before but I can say with my experience, it doesn’t get any better than sunrise travels. I am so thankful to these guys for helping me through such a stressful and tough time.Sunrise travels is simply the best.

I wish there was a -ve star rating, I will ask all my friends to avoid this agent/agency. During Covid situation this agency did not spare a singlechance to grab our hard earned money. When airline was refunding 100% fare without penalty, this agency charged us thousands of dollars saying airline penalty. Contact me if you want proof as I have all the proof handy to share and save anyone from getting looted by this agency. Agent told me that airline charged penalty and invoice also shows agency charging money as penalty (See attached invoice). And later name this as Service Charge. Totally fake and lier. Never ever trust this agency or agent.

Better call airlines and deal with them directly rather than booking ticket through this middleman. Vikas tried to con me so he could make extra money out of me as a client. He asked me to pay $1500 to change return tickets long before departure from Canada but I called the airline directly and they did it for free and moreover I was tricked in to purchase travel insurance and airline explained I shouldn’t have because in covid they accommodate everyone with canceling rebooking etc. Watch out people save money call Airline directly for cheaper and better service. Adios

I booked my parents tickets with them in September 2019 and they were supposed to come back in April but unfortunately they got stuck in India and this agency charged me extra 2044 dollars to book their ticket again by saying I have to pay price difference and taxes again but when we talked to airlines directly they said they are not charging any fees for re bookings. I am pretty sure there will be more victims like us .I highly recommend not to deal with this agency and we will for sure file a complaint against this agency for trapping us in covid 19 situations.

VERY CHEAP PEOPLE...The owner is very cheap and dishonest.....not giving my refund and saying me airlines has not given the refund and I asked airlines they said they already refunded to the agency...its been two years and still I had not received my refund from the agency.....I will again mention the behavior and attitude of the owner and team is very cheap....BE CAREFUL WITH AGENCY NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED....I am giving ONE star because there is no option for giving ZERO or NEGATIVE star

DONT GO , BIG TIME THIEF , OVER CHARGED ME ALMOST $1400 , I confirmed with air India airline, after I called him to cancel , he denied, said no cancellation policy but there was cancellation policy with full refund, but he did not cancel to keep money, never returned difference amount of $1400. Vikash and his wife (so called manager) BIG LIAR, LIAR, LIAR. If you want to pay large amount of profit/markup to them then only go.

I wanted to express my appreciation for a wonderful trip to Australia and Newzeland . It was above and beyond expectations. The customers service we received was outstanding. We were very impressed by the attention to every detail and quality of itinerary. Our tour guides made the trip very informative and entertaining. I will enthusiastically recommend Sunrise Travels and we will definitely book all future trips with them.

Vikas scammed us, he was charging me double for the price of the tickets, he also didn't tell us any details about the tickets I bought. He was asking a really high price for canceling the tickets, if I could I would give this company 0 stars he can't communicate anything without lying about it. I 100% don't recommend this company at all. Don't bring your business here, don't pay him anything.
