It was a true pleasure working with Jason and the people at Bova Diamonds. I contacted them about purchasing an engagement ring for my now fiance after a friend recommended the great work they did for him in finding the right ring at an affordable price. Upon my initial reaching out, Jason Stephens - Sales Manager immediately reached out to discuss what I was looking for. I described to him the three stone setting we'd been looking for and were unable to find at multiple jewelry stores the last few weeks. He asked if I had any general pictures I could send him - which I did. We concluded our initial conversation with him asking me for my price range of where I'd like to stay within. I showed up for an appointment a few days later and Jason already had two settings in mind. The first one was an instant sell for me. He already had a center stone in mind that he was able to show me that still kept within my price range I specified. In fact, Jason was able to get me the stone and setting I was looking for under my initial budget. Upon my purchase of the ring, it was ready in less than a week which also met my timeline for proposal perfectly (Most Jewelers had told me that two weeks wasn't going to be possible). After proposing, there was obviously going to be some sizing required with the ring. I expected them to have us come back by the next day but, they were able to do it in less than 30 minutes - same day. Overall, Jason and the staff is always full of energy and more than willing to help in any way without the added pressure of making a purchase for the most expensive rock in the building. Both my fiance and myself were very satisfied with the purchase and will be recommending Bova Diamonds along with Jason to any of our friends or acquaintances.

Bova, and specifically Jason Stephens, were exceptional in guiding me to exactly what my fiancé wanted for her engagement ring. I could not have asked for a better experience! I showed up to Bova Diamonds unannounced, with an idea and budget in mind, as I wasn't aware of needing to make an appointment. Jason was able to fit me in and led me to what style of diamond my fiancé wanted. (She shared her ideal style of rings to her best friends so it gave us a perfect canvas to work with). The whole process went so smoothly that I even questioned how easy this was. He said " you have no idea how much I get that. I am no frills, I aim to please and work efficiently to get you to the more important matters" which really put me at ease. Two months have passed since my initial consultation with Jason at Bova and I have finally popped the question. She said YES, of course, and I catch her staring at her ring multiple times a day.... along with myself! This experience was better than I could've ever imagined. Bova, and Jason, have a lifelong customer and I cannot wait to get her wedding band and my ring from them in future.

I had a great experience working with Jason and everyone else at Bova Diamonds. They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice for an initial design consultation. I was very impressed with Jason's eye for design and I felt like he was 100 percent focused on providing the most beautiful ring possible based on what I asked for. After choosing the diamond, I had renderings in my inbox from their designer within 24 hours and the ring was ready for pickup in another week or two. Much faster than I expected! The quality of the ring was amazing! However, I soon realized that I had regrets over choosing the specific diamond that I did. I called Jason and he set my mind at ease by saying that they were going to work with me to make sure the ring was perfect. He helped me pick out another diamond that would work with the existing setting and the end result was a perfect engagement ring that my fiance gets complimented on constantly. I couldn't be happier with end result and neither could my fiance! I think it says a lot about a company when something doesn't go quite as planned at first and they don't hesitate to work with you to make it right. I highly recommend using Bova!

We have been working with Bova Diamonds since 2006, when my husband purchased my engagement ring. We used Bova for my wedding band and my husbands wedding band and the experience was first class! I worked with Jason at Bova to design a custom engagement ring. The process was easy. Because I already had the loose stone and work a little far away from their location, Jason just had me email him pictures of what I was looking for and describe the design over the phone. He knew what I wanted immediately, and had it completed in just a few weeks time. When I picked up the ring, a few things needed to be adjusted, and an inclusion in the diamond had opened up. However, everyone at Bova worked with me to get the stone replaced at no cost, and the ring came out even better than it did originally. Any place that cares enough about their reputation to do that is a place you want to do business.

I stumbled upon Bova Diamonds from other Google reviews since they cant advertise, and I'm so glad that I did. Jason was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He thoroughly explained to me the differences in diamonds, and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of like I did at other jewelry stores.
