This is going to be my thorough experience from prior our visit and to our visit today. I had decided to look around for jewelry stores around Dallas since the store we initially asked to make our rings have remained closed since covid started. My fiance and I didn't mind taking a trip there so, I emailed them beforehand about the design I saw on their website and they were pleasant to respond so fast. We didn't get to go til over a week later which was today. We came by and we were greeted right away by the family and it didn't take very long til we loosened up and it felt like we knew each other for a long time. They were very helpful, patient, and kind especially that I liked a few of the rings they showed me other than the design I chose. They didn't pressure about how we will pay our balance and all the more, they worked around the budget we had! They also took time to explain a lot of things for us and Abe was very flexible with our time frame and the design we initially presented. He was passionate about it and so was his wife and his other family. PLUS! He fixed my engagement ring and now, it fits perfectly well! I hurriedly went back to the store to bring my parents cause I wanted my mom to have her wedding band fixed since it didn't fit anymore and he did it in maybe 5 mins. All polished and he did my dad's too!!! LONG STORY SHORT, IT'S WORTH IT!!! I LOVE THEM ALL. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM and I am glad to have friends and a jewelry place to go back to in the future! 37 years in business and to many many more. Will write a part 2 after getting our bands! And already told my aunt and cousin about this place and awesome people :) I had peace when I saw their webpage and I would like to thank Abe and his family again for a beautiful and meaningful meeting earlier.

I cannot say enough good things about Abe and his family. The first time I went to Plaza Fine Jewelry, I was fixing these cufflinks that had been run over right before a wedding for THE GROOM. They fixed them with a hour to spare prior to the ceremony and needless to say, Plaza Fine Jewelry was a hero that day. I have returned for my wedding bands and Abe helped me again! I've been going to Kay's and Jared's and all those stores but for nationwide companies as big as theirs, they still told me that it would take at LEAST two weeks to make my husband's wedding band. I don't know why I waste my time at those stores when I could've called Abe long ago. I visited him about a hour before closing to talk about what my husband wanted for his band. This was Tuesday and I asked the ring to be done on Friday before a trip. Abe had this ring made and engraved by Thursday morning. I was stunned. Needless to say, shop local and shope with Abe. What many people don't take into account is that even when shopping online, the weight of the wedding band is never revealed. It's because that's where big chains can skimp on cost as long as they deliver the look or width that you want. Well, my husband's ring is THICK and HEAVY and worth every penny because Abe delivers QUALITY. He has a simple band so don't get your hopes up that he is that fast all the time but Abe is fast. Service was great and educational and with Abe, the price is right. Also Abe polished up my two other rings in the breath as well so I picked up everything on Thursday. Shop, design and visit my friend Abe. In addition to his rings, he is truly a gem. *Also, they'll give you a parking pass to validate parking for the Plaza de Americas parking garage.

This is a very cool story that proves that it just makes so much sense to be honest and kind to your customers… My daughter and I found ourselves at a business meeting at Marriott Hotel in downtown Dallas and she asked me to help her with fixing two of her bracelets. I took them from her, went to the front desk to grab an envelope to take them with me securely. The hotel front desk lady saw the bracelets and asked if I had a problem and recommended that I take them to the nearby Plaza Fine Jewelry store. Once at the store, I met the sweetest people you can find. They opened and worked at this store for over 40 years. The owner looked at the bracelets and in a matter of minutes fixed them. He refused payment for fixing one of them because it was just “not that big of a deal”. While waiting, I was chatting with these folks, and they shared their life story, and I shared mine. It was a very nice, warm, and cordial experience. To kill some of the time I was asking questions about some of the pieces, and it turns out that a lot of them are handmade at the store and therefore unique. Then I moved to check the watches they sell and because I felt so good about my experience I went ahead and bought a Rolex for my wife. This is how business should be conducted. Because this team is proud of what they do, are very good, kind, unassuming, nice, and simple, something that was a quick bracelet repair translated in a sale of an expensive piece. I strongly recommend this place and will definitely stop by next time I am in Dallas.

So thankful that we came across the Plaza Fine Jewelry store in Dallas! With the pandemic restrictions, the store appeared to be a hidden gem as it’s in the plaza by the Dallas Marriott where many of the stores have closed. Abe welcomed us in and gave my son and his fiance many options to choose from for his wedding band. He settled on a unique design that Abe said he could make. When they picked it up, they couldn’t have been more pleased! The ring was beautifully done and for a very reasonable price. Like many businesses, the pandemic has hit this family owned business hard. If you are looking for jewelry for any occasion, this is where you should go!! Abe is an artist and a jewelry expert!!

My Fiancée and I didn’t know anything about jewelry as we were beginning to shop for an engagement ring. We had visited a few big retailers however none of those stores were very helpful. I am so glad I took the extra time to go to this Jewelry store! It a little tricky since it's in The Plaza of Americas. Due to Covid all but the main entrances are closed. But it is well worth trip. The owners are some of the nicest people I've met. Friendly and honest. There is a reason they have been at the same location for 37+ years. I had a custom rose gold necklace made for dual pendants and couldn't be happier. They promised it would be ready by Valentine's Day and the son even kept the store open till I could get there. I will be bringing all my jewelry needs here from now on. Located downtown, lots of parking and they will validate. Amazing experience.

We took our gold heirloom wedding bands in to have them resized, engraved, and polished and the services we received surpassed all of our hopes and expectations! Abe has been in business for nearly 40 years. He’s a fantastic jeweler who will take good care of you. I took my grandfathers wedding band to him to get resized and he was able to shrink the ring down 3 sizes. He also polished the ring and it looks amazing now. Wonderful family business! They do appraisals, repairs, and sell their own custom jewelry that they make in-house. It’s a father and son, and the son can design any jewelry and make it for you. They were helpful with an appraisal, have engraved rings for us, and also fixed a bracelet of mine. Highly recommend if you live or work downtown and have any jewelry needs!

We were in town on our honeymoon during COVID when I discovered my engagement ring had a bent prong and my stone was loose in the setting. We called them up and they same day fixed the ring. They even added extra stability to the prongs/setting so that the ring felt more secure. It was extremely affordable and everyone was so nice. Highly highly recommend!

I love this place and Abe’s work! Just had Abe add a diamond halo to my wife’s wedding ring (which I originally got from Abe 10 years ago) and his custom work was terrific. We also had an extra diamond from my mother in-law’s ring from which Abe made a great custom diamond pendant for my wife. Such great work at a great price, and my wife is so happy.

Abe did an excellent job restoring the prongs, sizing, and appraising my family heirloom ring for an exceptional price. He was even able to do it all in less than 24 hours.
