If i could give bradlows a minus 5 star rating i would do exactly that. I got a very horrible experience with these people i will never ever make any purchases at this brand ever. The branch and customer services in their call centres are cut from the same cloth horrible. I regret ever going to this nonsense of a brand
Worst experience ever. After buying my TV and den it got damaged and we had to claim from insurance. The store took so long to process the claim and there were a lot of up and downs until my lawyer husband 'talked' to them.It took 3 months to process a claim,which i think is rediculous.
A rude experience at Bradlows in Cosmo City my friend received. A sales lady approached her and asked if she could assist so my friend asked for
Tidy and not congested due to Corona restrictions.
